Great service and excellent staff. The manager Evangelos helped me install some new LED headlights on my Jeep. Great guy with a passion for cars and helping people. I had asked some other autopart stores for help and was bugged off. He also helped my sister install a battery when her car was stranded down the road. 11/10!

What a terrific place. They helped me put air in my tire. I'm going back to get the air thingie he used. Andrew (manager?) is absolutely wonderful.

Evangelos is an overall amazing person and mechanic. I go to him for all my car needs and he doesn't lie. He's upfront about the situation and tells you everything you need and what to do. Amazing job with work ethic and has a passion for what he does! 100% will always be my go to guy.

Evangelist and Scott is 100% the dopest people I ve came across, hands down not only did they go above and beyond with helping me today. They even stayed longer than they should have to make sure I taken care of fully.They are kind, funny, inviting, and very knowable about everything in store.Even under pressure, with a full store, they handle things smooth and expeditiously. I live in CB but moving forward I m only going to this location Thank you fellas, for looking out for me today

Im a regular customer at this location and i never felt that uncomfortable the new store manager Nelson needs some training and also how to have some manners. Very bad experience. The store is not what it used to be.

The manager Joseph didn t know how to process a simple online order return. The guys over at Center street location made quick work of it. The employees need to be trained better.

Justin M is the Best. Both Justim and Joshua greeted me at the door and fixed my problem in minutes. I was super happy because it's rare to find this great of help. AutoZone on Saddlecreek Rocks. Even if I am closer to other stores I am always only going here.

I'm late posting the review and I forget the guy's name, but I was traveling through Omaha in the middle of a big move and my car battery died. One of your employees, Ithink he was the manager, changed the battery quickly even though he was short staffed. Great customer service. Really helped me out of a jam.

I came into auto zone not knowing what I needed and Damien was extremely helpful and patient. I went across the street to a different auto parts store first and had a terrible experience and the service at auto zone was completely opposite. He s friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciate him taking the time to really help me!

I went today and needed my wiper blades installed, I thought it would take a while because of how many people were in the store and calling the store and there was only one worker but Zaid got through everyone quickly, installed my wiper blades, and was very polite the whole time. Well done!

My car wouldn't start, I assumed that it was a bad battery so I called AutoZone. Claudia was able to find what I needed , which was a very pleasant and assuring interaction. Came in a day or two later and Damon picked up where Claudia left off, as far as service went. He agreed it was probably the battery so that's where we started. He took my old battery out and installed the new battery, check the alternator, lights and the starter, everything worked perfect. Damon was very personal and assuring as well as professional. He explained everything he was doing, which was a great experience.This week had been stressful for me and this was a bright spot, inspite having to buy a new battery! This guy named Evangelos D really saved my butt and help replace my battery service for free and he did everything that he could to make sure that I was safe and I was happy.I have been to a lot of places over the years with helpful people, but Evangelos goes above and beyond what it's expected and really gives you customer service and sense of security.If you need anything at all for your car I would 100% recommend going here and asking for this man.

Angel at the Saddle Creek store was Awesome. I was in a bind heading out of town and he stepped up and changed my headlight in about 2 minutes. Really nice and professional. Love this place...

It's always a delight to shop here. I employees are friendly and eager to help you find what you need. They will even come outside and help you sometimes. Way better than the place across the street. I've been going there since it was Blockbuster.

Bought windshield wipers months ago driver side failed. Gave me zero grief replaced it and was on my way. Kinda understaffed but the do the best they can. Thank you!

Klaudia at Autozone in Omaha, NE on saddle creek was amazing. She helped us find the correct screws to attach the license plates on our car. She took her time and made sure the screws fit correctly and even let us borrow a screw driver to apply them to the car. Her kindness and customer service is unmatched. She truly made our simple screw finding journey enjoyable.

After I was told by another auto parts store that I would have to take my truck to the dealership to replace the battery, I took it to this auto zone and Damien got it replaced with no problem! I had no wait time either. Was very impressed. Thank you!

Great customer service. The computer was being weird and I was getting a little frustrated but Krystal and eddy (so sorry if I messed up the names) worked their butts off to make sure i still got my parts and gave me a discount for all the trouble. Honestly the best experience I have ever had shopping anywhere.

Literally THE worst customer service I ve ever received. Looking for a diesel fuel additive and I asked simply where the fuel additives are and I was pointed to the oil section. Came back and asked again as that is all oil and antifreeze. Was informed that if it s not back there we don t have it. They had 3 staff in the store and no other customers at the time so I asked if they could look it up in the system for me as online it says they have it in stock. Maybe the computer can tell us what isle it s in? Was informed again.. ma'am.. as I said before.. if it s not back there we don t have it and refused to even attempt to look anything up for me. I almost left.. but it s snowing and I waited outside for them to open and I didn t want to drive around town if I didn t have to. So I walked around the store and found an entire section of fuel additives near the front doors of the store. Then they rang me up at the register and told me that I had come to the wrong register after telling me the total. Hahaha!! What a joke!

Eddy did a great job getting me in and out of the store and even allowed me to use the business phone when my phone died for card issues. He got me a battery and placed it in himself. He told me he d get me back on the road in a minute & I sure got out quick. This is after hearing we re closed and we don t do battery installations on Volkswagens over and over again. So, thanks Eddy!

Eddy was super helpful! Came in because my wiper blades weren t doing much of anything anymore and he came out and replaced them for me. In and out in under 5 minutes. :-)
