The store manager Armando is very professional and polite been a commercial customer and this is the best service I had in a long time. Armando and his team are very devoted and always put the customer first. North 30th location is my go to ever since he became the store manager. Keep up the good work!

Franklyn here is awesome! He went above and beyond to get me the best deal on a new battery, he was very informative and knowledgeable. There was a discrepancy with a refund I was waiting on and he got it solved no problem. He was very kind and patient with me. I hope he never goes anywhere because I would choose him for battery problems any time!

I just want to come here and give Alberto Camacho & Uriel Garibay a huge thank you for their attention to detail and service during my visit to AutoZone on 30th street. After having a minor issue for a while, these guys made sure I did not leave the store without it being resolved. Huge thanks to them!! I m extremely appreciative.

It was awful. I went to pick up one item so I could deliver it thru an app. I stood there waiting for about 10 minutes (it seemed like) and when I told a young lady why I was there, she couldn't even find the item right away. That took another three minutes.

I called the store at 11:30 am today and requested an alternator price and availability, the customer service representative would not attempt to lookup the part number, I informed her that the So. Omaha store looked it up and priced it. She told me to call the So Omaha store and get the pa rt number and call her back. Do you not want my money? I will spend it somewhere else. This is unacceptable.

I called looking for a locking gas cap for 2 different vehicles and all I got was chatter and laughter on the other end, I could barely hear the rep, and when I gave the vehicle information for the first car and they looked up what I was looking for they gave me a price I asked if that was their cheapest price and I said thank you and was about to ask for the second vehicle and I was hung up on. Not the first time this has happened to me either with AutoZone

I typically get parts for my business at this location. However it is disappointing when you show up at noon on a Saturday to return a battery core you bought an hour prior only to find the door locked and the employee inside refusing to help because he is the only employee there l was unaware it took two people to refund the core

This is sincerely one of the best auto zones in town. They really tollarate so much. These guys deserve a metal for public decency. Not even the police have the grace and pause the men at auto zone seem to exude. Truly if there is a downfall for auto zone, that's conceivable, is the fall of the auto mobile itself. Bad enough to have to order the motor mount twice and still receive the wrong part. Then bought a oil change and wanted to use my reward points,but I was told I gave it too late. I had to dig through my billfold that now I have 6 points and they never expire. Now almost a year later they did expire so screw me....Well at least O Riley had my part in stocks $15.00 cheaper.??!!!***With life time warranty....The one I had to replaced I boughtat 5 years ago at AUTOZONE

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I went in the store and informed the clerk of noises my car was making. He got someone to cover the register and went out to listen to the noise, and gave a recommendation for what to do to fix it. I will definitely go back, and actually spend some money next time.

Reading these reviews have me like "really?"...The last 2 out of 3 times (in the last month) I patroned this business, I was quoted a price by the lady (Latina) there and once I arrived to pick the part up, the price was HIGHER! She blows it off like it's no big deal, but a $10-20 difference is a big deal to me. She also said this last item I needed was in stock, but once I questioned her about the price, all of a sudden, it wasn't there. I was sent to their other store only to find out, it WAS in stock at the store I'd just left! I appreciate the guy at the SaddleCreek store for giving me a $10 discount for my inconvenience of having to go BACK to the store I just came from. Needless, to say, she all of a sudden was VERY BUSY when she saw me back in the store. I prefer Autozone for small car parts, but I'm gonna need their employee to be honest and professional.

North 30th st. Omaha NE. Melissa gave me the worse customer service. I received a busted break pad earlier in the day and she refused to exchange it. Jason was very kind to me and willing to help, but swapped me for the wrong brake pad. Ten minutes later, at 8:59pm, i returned to a locked door, and when i gave a small tap on the glass and a brake pad wave, she threw her hands in the air and told me oh well. I knocked on the door for five minutes (literally) as she continued to visibly ignore me and throw her hands in the air from the back of the store. Finally, she yells at Jason to open the door and told him to call the cops. He fixed the problem within 30 seconds, however this is not at all a good representation of your company and if disciplinary actions arent taken, i will file other reports, including but not limited to the BBB, as well as boycotting your company all-together.

Two staff working at 7pm with a pretty busy store and handled it well. Came in grabbed the things I needed (looked up P\N's and whatnot before hand) and was rung up fairly quickly considering the number of customers.

Rude employee.... She didn't want to look up the specific part and was complaining about other customers. Tried to tell me I couldn't return the unused items I bought as a precaution even though I specifically asked before purchasing them.. Ended up having to go to another location. This is why I never use this location even though it's the closest to me.

The Manager Josh and his staff around 8:30p.m. 5/5/21 was rude and very unprofessional I bought a new battery and he couldn't figure out what type of alternator that fits a domestic vehicle.Autozone you give anybody the manager title these days I like the old Autozone when the staff was more professional and valued the customer I ask the staff did they care and they was the rude let me tell you I will not be returning unless I need to use the warranty's for all the parts I purchased.

Autozone typically are always helpful and courteous but this location was short handed and the manager at this place was trying to do to many things at once and freaked out on me. He looked up my part, took a call, went outside twice, went to the back for ten minutes then came out started to help another customer when I asked what he was doing (because he hadn't retrived my part yet) he started screaming at me it was none of my business what he was doing! I reminded him he was getting my part, he said they didn't have it (despite the computer showing one on hand) so i asked what other stores had them in stock and said he wouldn't help me any longer. I called him nuts and he screamed at me all the way out of the store.... I could hear him still screaming as I got in my car. I won't be back.

Most horrible AutoZone experience I've ever had! I'm a frequent customer. This Spanish-speaking lady could barely understand English. She couldn't run the charge. When I asked if we should order it online she like blew me off and called another AutoZone to get my radiator and wanted me to drive there and do it and I told her my radiator was out that's why I was coming to get a new one. When I called the store on Saddle Creek they put me on forget they probably called it hold. My brother went online ordered the radiator for me to pick up at the store on North 30th. The lady couldn't find it she printed two receipts, which totally confused her and I had to show her how is a duplicate receipt with the duplicate receipt number transaction number etcetera. I don't know how she can be a parts manager first of all you can't understand her and second of all she can't transact simple transactions. She's completely opposite of the other lady that normally works there she is a rockstar. I've never had any issues at this store but I've never had the Hispanic lady take care of me and if I ever walk in and see her again I will walk out or I will be proactive and use a different AutoZone. She was very nice. She was very nice and I'm sure she transactions most things properly I don't know why she had problems with me and my simple transaction. I guess it was my day

Had a $20.00 credit guess that says how much I use AutoZone. Service was good, prices not too bad.

They lied to me and gave me the run around about a really simple part that I needed. One store told me that they had what I needed so I went to that store. When I got there they said that they did not have the part. So they called the other store that sent me to them and they lied and said that they don't have the part and they don't know who told me to come to there other store. So I was pretty disappointed with there service.

This place is superior to most of the AutoZone said I've been to. Lots of brothers and sisters working together of all color. Very courteous and helpful in every way. I would consider this place black friendly.
