Robert is a savior! He fixed the electrical problems that caused sudden death in my car. No other mechanic wanted to touch it without quoting me enormous amounts of money. Robert got it done fast with very affordable rates. He knows what he s doing!

Horrible experience here. My Family has been going here over 10 years. Robert is great and does good work. The new owner has terrible customer service skills and appears to be incompetent as a mechanic. Somehow diagnosed a blown engine as a bad alternator and tried to charge me for his mistake. The new owner also tried to physically stop me from leaving his business, when I pushed past him he called the police saying he was assaulted (police found no assault occurred... obviously). He also illegally broke into my car (causing damage) to retrieve the alternator that his incompetence led him to install even after we agreed I'd open the car for him. If I was not junking the car I would have filed a police report. I'd strongly recommend you avoid this establishment unless you can exclusively deal with Robert.

Robert is an amazing repairman and his customer service skills are on point. He took my broke down car and repaired it to the point were it performed like a new car!! He saved me tons of money too! I highly recommend going to him.

Robert is the best. He helped me out in a jamb. My old 1998 Honda accord was leaking oil badly. I got a quote of $1500 from exclusive repair. They told me the car wasnt worth repairing. In desperation I called Robert as a last resort. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad oil pump gasket and got it fixed the next day for only $220! Thanks Robert! You're a lifesaver!

I heard about Autoplex Diagnostics via word of mouth and when I went to visit they were very outgoing and nice to me. I truly appreciate the customer service that they had because it was very informative and they were really interested in what I had to say and didn t cut me off. After fixing the front axel on my vehicle they took the time to physically show me the worn out piece/part that they replaced. 10/10 would recommend and I will be back.

Robert, the owner at Autoplex is a great guy!!! He assisted both my wife and I with our cars and helped us save a lot of cash on our brake job. He is very honest and always looks for ways to save us money.

Robert is amazing. As a women I have been taken by Mechanic he has never done that you can feel comfortable and safe knowing that he will tell you what you really need not what he wants to sell you he is fabulous I have been going to him for about 3 years now and he is the man

Great service, these guys know what they are doing! Fixed our Volkswagen quick. They even dropped it off at our house when they were finished because I was stuck at home with a 3 year old and a newborn!!

I love going to this place. Because when I had needed to get a very BIG project done on my vehicle they were able to talk to me and get it done right. And being that I have a foreign vehicle not a lot of people and or places would mess with my truck. Thanks Autoplex
