What there for polishing, sandpaper and pads at 5:29 PM. The doors are already locked but they came to the door and open up for me. Great customer service.

Auto Value was a vendor of mine out at Hooper Tire and Service. I've always enjoyed their friendliness, eagerness to assist you, and the service they provide: quality customer service, fast delivery/action, great communication.This was my first visit to this location, and I must say, they hit the nail on the head: 5 out of 5!Helped me out as soon as possible. Made the necessary calls to get my return done, got me what I needed and I was out the door.

Always have a good experience when I come to the store. Nestor is very helpful and friendly, Always quick at finding what I need and going out if his way to find it if they don't have it. I will continue to drive to this location for the great customer service.

Great values. Only purchased three items and saved more than $5 over big name stores.These guys were great! No rushing to get mr out and on to the next customer. Very friendly. I will be back and price them with future purchases.Seriously folks!

Very happy with service and support!Went in to have paint I purchased 3 1/2 years ago checked out to see if it was still useable. They shook it up and we looked it over and it still looks good. They could have lied and said it was bad which would of cost me about $130.00. I then went to pickup hardner and I asked the shelf life since I had the same brand from when I bought the paint in 2012, the guy at the counter didn't know much about paint, I asked if they had a paint guy and he came to the front and answered my questions. I was expecting to spend $100+ and left spending $0. Nice to know there is a shop that is helpful and willing to take care of there customers without getting one over on them. While leaving, the cashier also recommended their other store for paint after I explained I drove across town to get paint checked. Also provided me with number to store off of 144th.... Great customer service! Paint is not cheap and I appreciate the help I received!
