Rich is a wonderfully intelligent man and very knowledgeable. Fair prices, gets the work done in a timely fashion and is one of the nicest people I ve ever met. He fixed some electrical issues I had with my lights, horn, and wiper fluid. I will be returning for minor and major car work and would highly recommend him!

I have known Rich for over 10 years and any vehicle problem I ve ever had. He has been there to help me. Rich is one of the smartest people when it comes to automotive knowledge or whatever question you may have about a vehicle. I ve seen him take apart everything on a vehicle and put it back perfectly! Rich has been working on all of our vehicles for years and has saved us a lot of money based on what dealerships or other service centers wanted to charge us. Rich had saved me thousands by replacing plug to power steering plug .Whereas Madza dealership wanted thousands to replace power steering pump and modular..It took Rich a matter of 5 minutes to find problem.Saving me a bunch of money..Great job Rich. Went to get my AC recharged. Turns out, I had R12.Richard pulled the old stuff, replaced it with new stuff, then successfully diagnosed why my AC fan wasn t running, made a relay jumper for me, called the parts store, and got me on my way.All while explaining what he was doing.From now on, if I can t figure it out, I go here.Service: Air conditioning

Let me tell you why you want to go to Altered Hours Garage. Rich is a great guy and well educated in the automotive world.Just by listening to the sound of your car he usually has the issue figured out or within a very close range.Recently a just bought a 2011 Buick Regal. The car started acting up. I told Rich about it and he quickly diagnosed the issue. I took the car back to the dealer and they said he was out of his mind and they d fix the car.
