I needed a variety of items to improve the appearance (interior and exterior) of my son's car. The manager, Brian, went out of his way to help me find everything I needed. He made helpful suggestions and he also assisted by attaching the new wiper blades that I purchased. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this store and if you're looking for service with a smile, look for Brian!

Went back to refund a faulty product. The clerk gave a it a small attempt to locate my order information causing me more frustration. So his solution was if there is no paper trail then the transaction never existed in the most condescending childish tone and mannerisms. And continued to deny me any help. This took place 10/22/23. I will never go back and I will forever boycott this location. The actions of this guy should in my opinion get him fired. Lost my business and I will continue to direct ppl I know to choose another store.

Brian helped us out yesterday evening and was very kind. He helped me avoid a mess when I would have overfilled my brake fluid if not for him. Low light made it difficult for me to tell where the level was, and I thought the reservoir was empty. Brian sold me some fluid, made sure it was the right type, and then came out and saved the day when he saw us fiddling around with our phone flashlight. Excellent service!

I stopped in Sunday (8/27/23) afternoon to see if I could get a piece of 5/16 rubber hose. I noticed a couple outside with their hood up. Inside, a customer was at the counter. I walked through the aisles to see if there was anything hose on display while the employee was busy. As the guy at the counter finished his transaction, the couple came in and asked if they could get help with their battery. The employee said he couldn t because he was the only one working - which is understandable. But he said it like they were the biggest idiots he s ever talked to. The lady had trouble communicating in English, and the employee got more animated in his refusal to help. I had a similar experience with this employee in the past, but assumed he was having a bad day. Maybe he just has bad days whenever I go into the store. He seems like he d be happier shoving toothpicks under his fingernails. I will do my best to avoid this location from now on, if at all possible.

My favorite battery place, they have what I need and install for FREE!!! Frankly I'm getting to old for that heavy stuff, plus that recycle motor oil, check engine lights, they diagnose for free.

Refused to sell us lower priced windshield whipers and refused to put them on. They advertised they put them on. Guy working was not nice!!!

Went there on Thursday at 7:20 p.m. they were closed... Said closing early 7:00 Three other cars in the parking lot left with me.Went there just now, Saturday . New sign on door sorry closing at 7:00 website everything still says 9:00 p.m. and Thursday night 10:00 p.m. but it's not the case. They just didn't care to update the technology part you know the part that everyone uses. Please if you're not going to update here maybe update your sign that says going to stay closing at 7:00 p.m. from here on moving forward something along those lines would be great It would be beneficial to everybody even the other car that left with me tonight.. I would also recommend typing up the piece of paper so it looks a little more official not just a sharpie being used on white paper 8x11... Just saying It would look a little more official. O'Reilly's is open though looks like they got a new customer from here on out.

Spoke with Maury over the phone about a battery for my wife s vehicle. He was very nice and helpful, later my wife took her vehicle there to purchase and have the battery replaced. He had the battery set aside and got it replaced quickly upon her arrival. Thanks again for the help!

I was in dire need of a battery for my car. The sales clerk told me he couldn t install it because he was the only one in the store and told me that Brakes Plus would install it for a fee. The guy at Brakes Plus told me it would be $55 to install the battery. I wouldn t have left a bad review if the guy who was working by himself wasn t under the hood of the vehicle next to me as I was leaving. I understand having to work alone but I don t understand how another person was given a service I was denied. Thanks for nothing and know I won t frequent your store ever again. Thanks for Nothing!

Michael the manager is as nice as they come. Super friendly and eager to help and keep you happy. I recommend always asking for him. My company has a commercial account too. So nice to call and get parts delivered. My van is up and running now good as new. The rear brakes were a mess and instead of an entirely new caliper Michael found me a caliper bolt that was perfect. He could have easily got me for more money but didn t.

I've been going to this store routinely since moving recently, and I have been really impressed. In my experience, the employees are all helpful and pleasant. One employee in particular, Michael, has provided excellent customer service to me and I will return to this store in large part because of him. Thank you to the crew at this store!

Needed my old battery removed, charged tested and then I needed to buy a new one and have it put in. All in 4 degree weather on Jan 1st. Fred was the one who helped me out with all of this. He let me sit and watch tv since it took a while and was so nice throughout the whole thing. He kept thanking me for my business and was amazing!! And he had to be out in the cold for way too long and never complained. Definitely great customer service here!

I went in for wiper blades today and was greeted by Blaine. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about the blades they carried in their store. He took care of my automotive needs and now Advance has a customer for life!

I went in to get a part to replace the one that wasn t working in my van. Guy showed me the part, then I went looking for a couple other things and came to the counter to pay. The guy was making fun of me for wanting the admittedly trivial part. Nevertheless, I won t come back to a place where it s okay to laugh at what your customers want. Honestly, this was just sad.

Terrible costomer service. My wife purchased a battery for our dead van. They gave her the wrong battery. I know this,because the van wouldn't even try to start with it installed. They blamed me for improper installaion, despite the fact that there is only 1 way to install, the bad battery at least turned lights on (after reinstall), AND none of the numbers on the new battery match the old one. I worked on multimillion dollar aircraft and have changed dozens of car batteries. They refused to accept that they gave the incorrect battery and refused to refund. The basically stole $220 from me.

I had trouble with my car keeping started. Went here cause it was the closest to me. The guy ran a diagnostics and suggested a good engine cleaner. I was desperate cause I was supposed to go on a road trip the next day. It was $25, but it did the job beautifully.

Buy all my car parts here! They have competitive prices. The staff here is always friendly and very helpful! If they are busy it can be a bit of a wait, but it is usually worth it! They always try to make sure you get exactly what you need and no more!

Quick and easy, asked for wiper blades for my Prius V and they had a selection. Bought em and I installed em in their parking lot. Packaging and old wipers in the trash. Took longer to install them than it did to locate, select and purchase them and I'm very quick!

I ordered a part talked to Bryant, was told it would be here on a certain day. I did not get a phone call, so I called them. Bryant did not order it, and the manager Blane would not do anything about it to get my part. Fred was answering the phone, he needed help, and no one there to help him. Fred was great, Blane and Bryant terrible. Will never get my buisness again.

This is not the first time I've received bad service here. No one on their staff could seem to find the right part for my car. Five hours and three trips back to the store, and they finally got it right.
