I purchased a car from here a month ago. After putting the tax and plates in the loan. I had to contact them for my check making my plates late. After this issue, I needed to remove one of the tires but to my surprise I did not have the key to my locking lug nut. I contacted my salesman and was told he tried everything but "no avail" I requested that they purchase the key as I have purchased the car. Was told they would look into it, but that was three weeks ago. Was told I purchased it as is. Had to go to my local Honda dealership and buy a key. They are all about the sale then no follow up. Be cautious

The Acura of Omaha service crew is outstanding. We've owned Acura vehicles for over 25 years and have had them serviced there. I recently took my vehicle there to have a wheel replaced. I purchased the wheel online, and Acura of Omaha offer to install it for me. The price was right and the service was great. Thank you, Connor. Your personal touch is outstanding! Thank you also to Steve and Pat (for all you have done over the years).

They were easy to work with and all above board. Our salesman was Chad M. and I would highly recommend him. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the Acura on-board systems. If you are looking for an Acura... call Chad. Great selection, no surprises and they actually made it a fun experience.

Scott was excellent to deal with. Always willing to answer questions, spent a lot of time with us, never pressured us into any decisions. His product knowledge was spectacular, his communication was prompt and professional. We ultimately ended up with the perfect vehicle for our needs. We are Acura/Honda customers for life because of people like him.

The wife took her MDX there for service and gave them my number to deal with. I was called and told some filters needed to be replaced. Told the fee and approved the filters. I was told the oil would be changed and the brakes flushed (no fee quoted). $300 later (about half of which was labor) the bill is paid car is home. I called for an explanation and was told those fees were told to my wife. I asked why did she give you my number? The response was for additional charges. I said I feel that was a scumbag way of doing business and won t be back. It s pretty coincidental the most expensive item wasn t quoted to me when we spoke twice. That s a wrap on there as a buyer or customer.

Hi all my name is aaron . I have 2010 mdx full service .vehicle only 80k miles on it cost almost $2400 went home 2 week later and I spot that mdx have oil leaking.i live 3 hours way have to go somewhere else to fix they problem.Also called dealership talk to service department they rather rude and refused to take care the situation. So I m not really happy with that.. didn t recommend for anyone..! At this place at all bad service bad experience not going back..!

Went in for service with brand new tires. They took advantage of this and told my wife they needed to be rotated. Very unprofessional and will no longer use this place for service. Not to mention all the other unnecessary filters they suggested and told her she needed.

I had an incredible buying experience with Acura of Omaha all thanks to Greg Ervin, Jeff Holbrook, and Kyle in finance on loan from Honda next door. They created a smooth and comfortable buying experience for me that was both professional and cordial. I'm enjoying my MDX and would recommend both the product and the service sold at Acura of Omaha to anyone in the market for a new or new-to-you vehicle!

Worst car buying experience ever! First issue was they lost the second key fob. They were no help in trying to find it or replace it. Took weeks of calling them every other day until they finally found it. Second we got our plates built into our loan and they tried scamming us out of $1700! Called them for 3 wks straight about our check. Every time we called we got a different story and they would transfer us to different people. One person said it was mailed on a Friday and the next person said it was mailed on a Saturday. Nothing mailed in Omaha takes 1-2 wks to receive. Contacted Jay Kraus who sold us the car and he was zero help. He just said it's in the mailman hands. Finally 2 days before our plates were due my husband went down to the dealership and demanded them to write him a check right there. The receptionist was very rude and told my husband well sometimes mail gets lost. We bought our car august 4 and 4 weeks late never receive and still haven't receive our money. Don't waste your time going here because after you sign papers your S O L trying to get answers or help from this dealership

I knew once the new Integra was introduced it was only a matter of time that the Type S would be coming, so I waited, and sure enough a year later it was confirmed. I drove the ASpect Tech, and it was nice, but not enough to get me to purchase one.Through an Integra forum site. Acura of Omaha was listed as a dealership that was selling the Type S at MSRP. I contacted Acura of Omaha. I talked to Scott and confirmed MSRP + a few accessories, but they allowed me to swap the accessories they wanted for what I wanted. I got an agreement on 6/10/23. I was 7th on their list. I am in California and the markups are just too much here. I expected my wait would be 3-4 months for me to get my car.On 7/24/23 Scott told me they delivered their demo ITS in white/red and I moved up to 5th. Their next allocation would be 2nd week of August. My color list was PWP/red, PRP, LCM/red. Well, today 7/27/23. I get a message from Scott that they received a car that came out of the blue in PWP/red and it s mine if I want it. But, the sale has to be done by Monday. In all, paperwork will be here tomorrow. My accessories carbon fiber spoiler, mirror caps and wheel locks will get installed on Monday. I will finalize shipping tomorrow and have it delivered to California. I say all of this to help those out there who want a car, that there are good dealers. I can t wait to get the car. Oh, and one more thing. All of this happened today on my birthday. I guess it was meant to be!

I purchased a Lexus RX 350 from Jay Kraus at Acura of Omaha and had a really good experience. Jay was friendly, knowledgeable and empowered meaning I completed the majority of the deal with him directly and had little downtime waiting for him to confirm what could be done with a sales manager. I appreciated this and the experience all around. I'd recommend him for others and use for future purchases.

This dealership has the BEST service department I've ever been to!Steve Carberry was amazing! I popped in without an appointment for an oil change and asked if he could get me in and out under an hour. He immediately went into action as polite as can be! He got me in and out in under an hour and even had my car washed. I also had a great experience with the young men who cleaned my car. They asked me if I had any special requests and they did a fabulous job. This is where I purchased my car and I highly recommend you do too!!!

This dealership's service department is amazing. I have worked with Steve Carberry each time I have brought my daughter's 2020 RDX in for service. He kept me updated as to what was being done and addressed all the questions I had.For each visit I was in and out under an hour. Great experience and will continue to bring the car to Acura of Omaha for service and repairs.

I purchased my new 2022 MDX A-Spec from Acura of Omaha, I must say that Jay Kraus exceeded my expectations by being very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership and staff. No pressure whatsoever. We felt like both sides walked away with a win. Excellent customer service from start to finish; to include two follow up visits. It appears this dealership has moved on from the archaic stereotype of car sales. This our second experience purchasing a vehicle from them; the last time being in 2016. The visits mirrored one another, both exceeding my expectations. If you dread or stress about car sales, I would try this place. No games, no pressure. Just fantastic attention to the customers. Did they come out ahead, surely they did. Did I come out ahead, actually I feel like I did. Both sides feeling comfortable with the sale; that is a good recipe for return business.

Wonderful group of people. I was treated royally from start to finish. They went to the extra effort to make sure everything was handled properly. I really appreciate Jay and his honest and direct advice on the vehicle. The finance guys were great as well. They were fair on my trade-in and have outlined everything for the future. I went in with my wife to look at an MDX and the salesperson who's name was Scott I believe, wouldn't stop talking. My wife kept telling him what she wanted but he wouldn't listen. Very arrogant

EXCELLENT service. Oil change and tire rotation was done FAST. They also performed a multi-point inspection and everything was good. They had me in and out in less than the 30-minutes they quoted. The price of oil change was cheaper than what I paid last time at Jiffy Lube. Steve Carberry was professional and genuinely friendly. Acura of Omaha is now my go to for my Acura service needs. Thanks Steve for the GREAT service. I will be back to see you for my next oil change.

I purchased my used 2015 GMC Acadia from this dealership, I must say that this is the best dealership to go to. Never was the salesman pushy to purchase the vehicle. RJ was an awesome salesman, and Derek worked hard to get me the best rate on my financing. They gave me a more than fair price on my trade in. I would highly recommend this dealership! If and when I ever need a new vehicle I will be returning. Thanks again Acura of Omaha for a wonderful vehicle and awesome customer service!

I stopped at this dealership to get my oil changed on a road trip. Acura of Omaha charges more for this service than my dealership back home ($80 vs $55) so I called to see if they would price match. They said sure, as long as my dealership's price wasn't a promotion, which it was not.Once I got there I asked about the price match. I was told by Pat Sedlacek that it would not be possible unless I showed him a coupon/promotion from my dealership, contradicting what I was told over the phone. There was no coupon because $55 is my dealership's regular price.Mr. Sedlacek rudely refused to price match because he did not believe that my dealership charged $55 for the service, and insisted that I prove it to him. I couldn t find pricing online so I asked him to call my dealership to confirm it. He begrudgingly called them, and they confirmed that they do in fact charge $55 for a full synthetic oil service. He was clearly frustrated by this, but proceeded to price match with my dealership. His behavior was unprofessional and made me feel really uncomfortable. The $25 difference wasn't even a big deal, but I felt the need to hold him to the dealership's word out of principle.To further erode the integrity of their service department, a different technician said that most of my fluids were dirty and needed to be replaced. All of the fluids he mentioned had been replaced very recently. He was unable to offer an explanation. Did they even check the fluids? Did they even change my oil after that whole episode? Who knows.

Pat in service has helped us for years and is amazing. The service prices for the workhorse Acura in our fleet are always below the other estimates from other shops we take the rest of our vehicles to. I appreciate the customer service and that they always go the extra mile to make us feel at home and safe. Thank you!

well.... 2 weeks ago I shared a 1 star and today I m changing it to a 5. NO ONE can deny their professionalism is a 5.My 1 star rating was heard by Jerry who offered to drive to Lincoln to have my car picked up, serviced and returned to me. I declined as I had to be in Omaha again this weekend.Immediately showing up to the dealership I was greeted by Connor who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He addressed everything I asked for and had a loaner waiting for me. He followed through on having my car serviced immediately and instead of making excuses he owned up to the past mistakes and apologized.I really appreciated this and they had my car done quickly. Thank you Acura! I m a fan!

Power steering pump went out late Friday afternoon on our MDX and over 500 miles from home. Stopped in without an appointment and received outstanding service by service advisor Pat. He had it fixed and I was out of there in less then 2 hours. Best in class, gold standard service.

Be careful taking your vehicle here for service. We've had 2 separate occasions, when we were told something that wasn't true. The most recent was a quote for Brakes and Rotor replacement on an Acura MDX. We were quoted $317 plus tax over the phone, which was an acceptable price. We scheduled the service for a few days later. When we arrived for the service, they said it would be $398 plus tax. They said "well, we don't know who quoted you that, but this is the price". We're paying $398 for the brake job, but this will be the last service they will do for us.Check around other mechanics and dealerships for your service.Update: They've reduced the price to match a local competitor. May have been an honest mistake. Updated Star rating from 1 to 3.
