I have been getting my oil changed on my car for a few years now, the mechanic that does my oil change is excellent and always does a check over on my vehicle and airs up my tires if low and checks all my fluids. This last time however, he noticed the roof racks in my cargo area and asked if I wanted them installed no charge. Thank you so much Logan!! I was able to go get my Xmas tree thanks to you installing them for me!!

Would not recommend, was told diagnostics would be free, If I could just get the car there.When trying to pick the car up all the sudden it was gonna be $100 diagnostics feeOn their website they offer free courtesy transmission, clutch diagnosisWhen I told them, I was not going to repair the car. They got very rude with me. Like the money was coming out his own pocket or food was coming off their child s table. Huge attitude change from when they thought I might repair the car with them.I love how was free until it s notDo not trust these guys. They do business on theft by deception.Update after complaining to corporate, because they never disclosed a diagnostics feeThe guy angerly called me and told me to come get my car and broke my hood pub so I couldn t get my car serviced anywhere they also stabbed a hole in my driver seat leather.So theft and property damage is how they do business

Do great work, turn around depends, last time I went they had my truck done within 48 hours but when I left my check engine light turned on and I had to change my own spark plugs and coil because I already left off the property and couldn't wait any longer for them to, so far they do a good job

I was treat very kindly, and fair. My car sheid Warranty, played many games with me and Aamco Tran. But with perseverance, and frotite. They got it take done. I recommend Aamco Tran.as A very awsome place to do business .

I needed to get some diagnostics done and it's always iffy when dealing in an industry that isn't second nature. That's vehicles for me. Very friendly people in the office . While I was waiting, Doug came out to greet me and make sure everything on the report was explained. Great people, great service. I just wanted to leave a special thanks to Doug and his team at AAMCO, I brought my 2010 Honda Accord in for a problem with the Air Conditioner in my vehicle; I thought it was a freon issues but it ended up being a bigger problem; the team at this location figured out there was secondary problems going on with my vehicle and got me squared away anf back on the road within a day..i couldnt be more appreciate for there services and fast turnarounds.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Air conditioning

You better look again it was a 06 buick rendezvous. Just own up and admit your fauly rather then try to lie and cover your tracks it makes you look worse. My car has been in their shop multiple times for the same issues. Each time we get it back it starts and runs one time then won't run again. I don't know if they fired all their good mechanics or what happened but this place has really gone down hill. Went for a service vehicle soon light. They said it was a wheel hub.they charged me 1300.00 dollars. I picked the vehicle up and the service vehicle light was still on. I think the business changed hands. Ive been going there for 8 years. The lady at the front who was always there wasnt any more. The people there were all new. I wont be going back anymore. My experience was a zero star if i cpuld rate it that.i am not a patiente or rational person. I just paid them and left for all of our safety. I was so dissapointed that i just paid and left. I have many cars and will never go back again.

Showed up with high hopes and happy thoughts. Was there to pick up my car for my boyfriend. Was told it would be good to go by 11:30 am, and showed up a little after 12:00. Was greeted and informed that it was going to be like 5-10 more minutes, they were just finishing putting in a sensor. I said okay that s fine. I had my 7 year old son waiting for me in my sisters car with her, only thinking it was going to be a few minutes. 5-10 minutes soon turned into 40 min. I was then greeted again and told they found a couple more wires that needed splicing together. Uhm okay. Another hour goes by, I start getting irritated. Mind you I m also 6 months pregnant, and uncomfortable. I was then greeted another hour later and told they just can t get it to stop misfiring and something was wrong. Like what? I show up and was told it was going to be 5-10 min because of a sensor and now I m here for 3 hours and told my vehicle is still running the SAME way it was when we brought it in. I m just confused how I could have fuel injectors already bad on a brand new engine you guys supposedly put in like what was supposed to happen. I was then told the car was good to go but was just idling high and will shake bad when it s stopped. Excuse me? So I take the car because I had to get to work so I didn t lose my job and guess what happened. THE CAR DIES ON ME 4 TIMES TRYING TO GET HOME! You guys CLEARLY didn t do a single thing on my car besides some how removing the check engine light. And we had to pay for this? And was told to take it BACK to your shop to fix the repairs again. I think not. I m going to make it very well known and maybe even reach out to Call 7 can help. This is ridiculous. You guys said my car was fixed and ready to go. And it s just as broken, if not worse than it was when it was brought in. Not to mention the conversations you were having inside the shop were highly inappropriate and unprofessional. And then bad mouthing other customers after they either hang up the phone or walk out the door. Very disappointed in the ENTIRE experience of dealing with this business.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Doug was very nice and easy to communicate with, I ended up needing a new transmission for my car and Doug gave me a fair price on the replacement. The turnaround time for the replacement was pretty good even for a busy part of the year. Overall it was a good experience and if you are worried about your transmission their mechanics can give a quick inspection to let you know if anything is actually broken and can get you a new transmission quickly and easily. They do also offer tune up services, oil changes, brakes, and more. However if you already have a mechanic you're comfortable with I suggest continuing going to him/her but if you're trying to find a new mechanic for everything Doug can certainly take care of you.

They are really awesome and good service. They really care about my needs help me through it all step by step letting me know what was going and how the car was coming along with the repairs. They worked out a payment system for me and I appreciate it to the fullest. Thanks AAMCO TRANSMISSION for all your hard work. If you ever need you car fixed go to AAMCO TRANSMISSION.

But as promised, I will give you a review.I am giving 5 stars because;Appointment on time and taken care of for my lift inspection ASAP.Respect and worked with me because I am a veteran.Observation of much work and cars being fixed means a trusted and great place to take your car.Greeted by office staff immediately.Greeted by Doug immediately after summoned to office.Courtesy and friendliness and good prices go a long ways with me and you guys nailed it.I will definitely recommend and return to this A+ shop

Doug at AAMCO did my car inspection so that I could start driving for Lyft. He was very efficient and had everything checked out and the paper work done in no time. Very painless and Doug and Tim were both friendly and cheerful. I would highly recommend !

I stopped in here for a quick inspection on my car and was in and out in less that 20 mins. Super convenient, friendly owner running a respectable small business. Would highly recommend anyone looking to support a nice local guy.

A few issues at their shop on 72nd. I then brought the car to Aamco in Bellevue and Matt was very professional, straight-forward and honest. Paid $1300 just to drive around the corner and my vehicle breaks down!! 9 hours of labor yeah right. Shady at its finestWould not recommend!!!!Like I said ....poor service.Literally drive half a mile and truck cut off and didn't start back up. So once agaim$1300 of work where.??? Get it running that's what your job was

I took my Ford Escape there to have a starter and flywheel, its been 2 wks. still not done.. Very very very poor customer service, plus the lies told to me. I'd advise everyone not to use them. Very, very,very unprofessional. Was told to come in and when I got there they closed up shop before closing time.

Went in on Monday to get a lyft inspection. The app said I had till 5pm but upon arrival I found out that inspections end at 3pm. Thankfully the manager went above and beyond and did the inspection himself and sent me on my way less than 15 min later!Have not used them for service yet but with a manager like that, be hard pressed not to! Thank you again!

Never got a call when I got my car towed in. Car was there for 3 days I had to call them. Got my truck back with the same issues. Made feel they never looked at my truck and charged me $100 to sit on the lot.

I applied to become a Lyft driver and they set up an appt with AAMCO late in the day. They don t do late inspections, nor did Lyft send them a notification of the appt. Doug, the manager, took care of me anyways! He s super cool and friendly. I m going back to get additional services done on my car!

Messed my car up tried to charge $1500 for my radio when that has nothing to do with why my car didnt start. They sent my car back in pieces and radio not working because of something they took apart. Doug the manager is unprofessional and rude dont take your car there they will get over and mess your car up if you dont want to get it fixed my them
