I had the best experience with 123 Glass Company! They explained everything to me, talked to me about my options, and helped me make a decision thats best for my car. As a female, I don't always get the best treatment at auto repair shops but I felt extremely comfortable here. Had a great experience today. They were very competitively priced and got my appointment in very quickly. They were done in less than an hour. There are shops much closer but I will do business with them again without a doubt.

Total lifesavers! Called early in the morning and was able to get in at noon the same day. Took only 20 minutes to replace my rear passenger door window! Reasonable pricing and awesome trustworthy customer service. This was my first time replacing my windshield and it was an amazing experience. The price is unbeatable compared to other places, the staff is very responsible, polite, attentive and honest. The replacement took only 45 minutes and the job was perfect. The staff keeps in touch if any changes arises and they work the best way depending on your schedule. This will be my only option if I need some glass replacement in the future. Happy customer here!!! Thumbs up

We had an amazing experience here! They were able to get us in quickly to have our entire rear hatch window replaced on our SUV, and were so great at accommodating our schedule to get us back in the same day when we forgot the handle at home. Fast, quality work that was 100% true to their quoted price. Although we hope to not need them again, 123 Glass has earned this family's business if we're ever in need again!

I called and set up an appointment to have the windshield replaced on my truck. They were courteous and answered all my questions and had the best price of the three that I called. I arrived on time and they pulled it into their shop and got to work on it immediately while I waited (I live about 90 miles from Omaha). In an hour I was back on my way with a new windshield. They have the best price, best service and their workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Really friendly and helpful customer service. They helped us source used windows from a salvage car to save money after our kid s car was broken into- super speedy service- plus they vacuumed the broken glass out of the interior. customer service here was excellent and the price was great. service only took about 90 min for replacement of a rear window in a pickup truck. only reason this review is not 5 stars is they broke the old window while getting it out and left the pieces of glass everywhere in the bed of the truck, and in the interior (some on the seats where I was sitting). despite that, the guy running the place seems like a really nice guy and seems to genuinely care about his customers for the most part.

Great customer service. I called for a quote several days before my appointment and there were no hidden surprises after the work was done. The work they did was top notch and very fast. I was told it could take 1.5-2 hours to complete the work but I could sit in their waiting room (flat screen TV, free WIFI, etc,). I decided to wait there while they installed my windshield. Less than an hour later I had paid and was out the door! I will always use these guys.

Replaced my windshield after procrastinating for 2 years. Brian from 123 Glass was very courteous and knowledgable about the process. They were able to get me in Saturday AM since I work during their business hours. They finished replacement under an hour and I am happy with the results! They reattached my remote start sensor without being asked. The price was reasonable, and even beat out the competition! Keep it local with 123 Glass Company! Highly recommend!

They got me in the same day I called. The price beat out several other auto glass shops. It took less than an hour and I was walked thoroughly through the after care. Fast, friendly, professional and inexpensive. Highly recommend.

Broke the back hatch window while moving. In literally just a couple hours they got a hold of a window, put it in and made a lifetime buddy out of me. Other company wanted the total just to put it in. So value, Brad was stand-up professional, absolutely fast and accurate service. Quality glass and advised what to do the following days. I'm 60 yrs old and Do Not see this level very often. No wonder they have 5 and just a few reviews! Kudos Brad and company. Great work! One of my car windows was broken while I was driving across several states and stopping in Omaha. 123 Glass had that window in stock and was able to repair it within an hour or so of me calling them. Called at least 10 glass shops in Omaha and 123 had the lowest price for a windshield replacement on my BMW. On top of that, their service was excellent. They care about details and make sure their work is great. If you care about your car, come here

I had called around to get some prices on fixing my back window of my car and found that this company offered the best deal so I went with them. They were friendly, on time, and even fixed a plastic part that had broken off and I really appreciated that b/c we hadn't talked about fixing that piece when I called. So overall it was a great experience and I will defiantly come back.

Fast and great work! Needed my entire windshield replaced on my 2014 Mazda cx9 with rain sensor (automatic wipers) and they were able to do it in an hour and a half while I waited. Excellent price for outstanding service. New glass is so clear it looks invisible! Glass looks perfectly aligned and my auto dimming mirror was replaced perfectly. This is just the place to take your car for glass repair, don't waste your time with other companies. Will be recommending to others!

My appointment went great, I asked if they'd be done by a certain time and they were, also they were very nice and accommodating. The waiting area came in handy as I couldn't leave while they replaced the windshield, it only took an hour anyway. I would definitely go back!

I had to replace a window in my car that they do not make new anymore. Other glass companies either said they couldn't help saying they do not search for used parts, or they charged me up the a** for finding the window on a junk car, taking it off one car and putting it on mine. 123 Glass was so great. They pulled the window from Upullit across the street and put it on my car in under an hour for a very, very reasonable price. I am so grateful for them! Never go anywhere else for glass needs!

I had great service here ! They were able to fit me in a timely manner with an affordable price! I recommend 123 Glass . They even vacuumed my car for me which was awesome I didn't have to clean out the glass myself . Definitely will return if needed.

For one these guys were the cheapest in the Omaha metro area. Secondly they are about the most straight-forward, honest business I have been to. While I was waiting for them to install my windshield during my appointment they put up with me asking questions. They even let me store my cheesecake I bought for my girlfriend in their refrigerator so it wouldn't spoil. A+ business and this is worthy of my first review ever on Google!Thanks 123 Glass Company!
