Review for families with babies restrooms were fine, no family restroom but there was a changing table in the women s handicap stall. Didn t seem like the changing table had been cleaned but was there. Did not check the men s restroom for changing table. Not amazing but ok place to stop when traveling with babies.Convenient store seemed to have lots of options. Staff seemed friendly. Nice to fill up with gas while we did a diaper change.

This is a great stop if you have a large rig that s not a semi truck. The gas pumps are far apart, so there is wide space to pull through. This gas station has flex fuel E85. That also has firewood, propane and a tire air pump. It is easily accessible to handicap persons as well as users of wheelchairs. The handicap parking spaces right next to the front door. Also, the Ogallala welcome kiosk is right next-door. Where are you can find information about visiting the area and camping.

Was pretty busy when we stopped in at 10am. So many people the mens toilet flooded. Other than that it seems like a pretty great stop with a variety of foods/drinks. They have an ATM and Ice. By 10am most of the sandwiches and things needed to be stocked.

Update: for some reason I decided to stop in again, and to no surprise, no pizza whatsoever at 6:30pm. This place is a utter joke and I'm thinking about complaining to corporate at this point.Consistently out of pepperoni pizza. I pass this caseys multiple times per month but it not even going to bother trying anymore, ill just keep going to the next one.This whole town sucks.

Stop by on Thursday night, swiped my card for tire pump service. It s really cold out side -12F. The mechanic doesn t really work, went inside ask for help right away. Cashier won t come outside, he said he doesn t know how to operate it. Ask for a refund, first he said he did refund me then i asked for a printed recipe he changed his story said actually he cant refund me. I need to call the GM. Called the GM couple days later , he said there is nothing he can do have to call the company to fix it

Nice Casey s located right off the highway. Prices were reasonable and the store was clean. Parking lot had plenty of space to maneuver the pumps. Bathrooms were clean.

I went here at 4:30PM, the place was filthy dirty. There was what looked like a homeless person playing video poker while the staff stood there and visited with him. I went to the beer cooler and there was liquid on the floor along with empty boxes. I went to use the restroom and decided not to attempt it considering it was the worst kept bathrooms ive seen at any Casey's. When I was checking out the guy asked anything else? I said yes actually and told him how bad the bathroom was. His reply to me was do you have a rewards card??? I said no and finished checking out. I then said do you not care that your bathroom is disgusting. He stared at me and when he realized I was not leaving until I got an answer he says we'll take it under advisement. WHAT THE HELL!?!

Love the application. There is a wonderful selection of snacks, sandwich, beverage, hot beverage, and pizza. Very well lighted inside and outside. Gas prices were great for being right off the interstate. This store chain is my go to when I travel. Associate's are polite and engaging.

Where to begin. Consistently run out of fountain drinks. Bathrooms are disgusting, the grounds are packed full of litter. 6 employees working but only one cashier with a line around the store. They won t put out of service bags on their gas pumps if they are out of fuel, they just let you stand there wondering why the pumps don t work. If you go inside to ask, they re non apologetic and don t care that they are wasting your time. Since they opened this location they have been unable to keep a manager and their employee roster is a revolving door. 1 star is better than they deserve. Why can t you spend two hours a week picking up the trash, spend one hour a day deep cleaning the bathrooms. Hire a second cashier. Because of location and fuel prices and pizza this is the busiest gas station with the worst work ethic and management.

Dropped it at 6am for grab-go breakfast while driving thru on I-80. Great staff, and very friendly. Fresh hot food options, etc. One item was not available, but staff quickly took care of it. Happy wife, happy life. In/Out and back on the highway. OUTSTANDING! Thank you Casey team!

Honestly. This used to be my favorite Casey's stop on i80, but the last 4 times we've stopped they've been out of pizza, and the hot rack were completely empty, the bathrooms were a mess and at least 1 toilet gross. And the check out line is so long which is weird since they don't have anything but snacks to offer. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Stop at travel America instead.

Clean, good coffee and pastry selection. Nice staff. My husband had paid for our coffees and when we got to the car, he took the lid off and somehow a fly had gotten in there. He went back to get another coffee and she gave him his money back and apologized even though it wasn't her fault! So thoughtful!

The hubby and I got locked out of our truck with our cat in the car the night before Thanksgiving. Long cold evening waiting for a locksmith but Casey's made it better. The pizza was delicious as always like at any locations. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, service was quick, and they helped us feel comfortable during holiday travel stress.

First things first: you should stop here for gas, it's a good price for the area. The store is stocked, although they don't have filtered water at the sofa fountain and the tap tastes lousy.Here's the thing that drives me nuts about this place though; the customers here are the rudest of any gas station I've stopped at between Denver and Omaha. The pumps are often full, with people circling and waiting for a free one. Even though this condition is obvious, customers here pretend they can't see it and as soon as they start pumping their own gas, they leave their car parked to go visit the store. Their unoccupied car takes up a needed gas pump long after the tank is full which never takes very long. Be a better customer and neighbor. Please park your car after you fill the tank instead of treating the gas pump as a parking spot.

Great prices on gasoline ( very competative ). Very good Pizza and subs, but not always available. Service is provided with a smile, but can be rather slow. If you are in a hurry I recommend you pay at the pump for gas and avoid going inside. If you are wanting a pizza or sandwich I recommend you call it in ahead of time.

A lot of the pump nozzles were out of order (we saw at least 11). The main part of the store is clean and new with a good selection. The employees were friendly and helpful. However, the bathrooms were in need of cleaning; paper on the floor, pee on the seats, smelled like urine... they were busy and understaffed.

Always out of gas, short staffed. I always try to give this place a try because I like Casey s food/drinks and it should be a one stop shop. Have the time I have to get gas across the street. I d recommend Fat Dogs instead. They don t disappoint like this place

I have a Subaru 2016 my car broke down on the freeway a nice couple towed me here off the freeway coming from Ca headed to Iowa state university to visit my child they helped me and so did all the employees there we called Subaru have only 64 k miles on car to see why my car just lost power and stopped on the interstate for no reason had fuel oil fine radiator fine they checked everything for me the only thing Subaru could say was maybe a vapor lock my reply why it's this an ongoing problem my car just shuts off Subaru didn't do anything to help and I paid huge money for 7 year 100k miles they didn't offer me any help at all needless to say took that up later with Subaru but all these nice people and extremely awesome older couple who got me towed here with AAA didn't want to except any money from me I was stuck on interstate for 30 min and they pulled over and were a blessing Subaru did absolutely nothing I was not in a safe place and would take hours to help me it was almost dark and in very small emergency lane this beautifull older couple took time out of there day to help me and all the employees helped to calm me down and get my car back on the road rest of the trip was great but Subaru needs to address this issue I'm not the first complaining of this problem on my Crosstrek they said cause I was driving for long time but then why does this problem keep happening when I have only driven 10 min and boom car loses power and shuts off this is ridiculous I'm suppose to get towing hotel food for car break down Subaru did nothing only all of these very nice people so thank you to all for helping me in my time of panicked need this place was awesome

I ordered 2 pizzas from this location. 1 large taco pizza and 1, 1/2 hamburger 1/2 Supreme. What we received was 1 taco(ish) pizza (no lettuce, tomatoes, chips, or taco sauce) and 1 hamburger pizza with 3 of 10 pieces that were almost "Supreme".The store manager acted like it's no big deal and that I should be ok with making my own pizza. After I had to drive across town to pick up the toppings."What do you want me to do about it?" The store managers exact quote. Seriously?0/10 would not recommend!!!
