We bought our zero turn mower yesterday and just have to say, Steve was awesome! He really went out of his way to get things right! Thanks Steve and New Century we'll be back for all our John Deer needs! Customer service was by far top shelf!

This is a great.. customer service top notch.. My only concern is the way employees arent given raises and reviews as stated in employee handbook. Please review your policys and treat hard workers and employees as your company policy outlines. Ha e had 5 relatives work John Deere..all had to beg and raise attention to recieve tbete reviews and fair wages. Hope this corrects itself..America needs some Stand up Companies. Lets keep believing this company is a American Pride.. CO.. Not anotber Giant.. That treats employees unfairly and needs to be exposed. Tired seeing my relitives as they age being treated inhumanely. Posting on 3 company sites.God Bless and lets turn this around.
