They were able to get me in for a tire replacement the same day I requested. They replaced the tire quickly and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. The guy who checked me in/called to chat about what needed to be done was friendly and professional.

What an incredible shop. Brought my truck in with squeaky brakes. They did an inspection, told me the pads and rotors were good, and then lubricated them for no charge! The squeaky noise is gone! Will definitely come back if I ever need auto care.

Had a project car on base I spent months working on. It needed an allignment to be drivable and I don't have an allignment rack. I limped the car to the Firestone in the middle of the night for them to refuse to do an allignment because "your bushings are worn" great detective work batman, that has literally zero to do with you spinning my tie rods a few times. This was pretty stressful as I needed to be able to drive this car 400 miles to ship it to England. Luckily beardmore Chevy has techs that don't treat you like a toddler and understand that sometimes a guy just needs his wheels facing the same direction. Got it done, drove the old girl all the way just fine. It's probably best they refused to do it since they messed up my buddies allignment to the point of undrivable.

Rude staff. I was waiting with someone else and I was waiting around and made myself behind the counter. Was angerly told to get back and no customers behind the counter. If so than put up a chain or rope to prevent people. They have two counters with one very easy and positioned closer than the other. No signs posted or barrier to prevent this from happening.

If you want your alignment completely jacked up and be a hazard on the road come to this place. Had to get all 4 tires replaced from a different Firestone because this one failed to do their job. Sent me off telling me we are 100% confident you will be safe on your road trip! Come to find out they made my truck worse then when I brought it in the first time. Their lack of safety towards the customer is pretty concerning and doesn t seem like they care about you being okay on the road, more or less take your money. 10/10 do not come here.

My husband and I will only bring our vehicles to Firestone on Offutt. They are honest, thorough, and professional. I brought my CRV in yesterday for an oil change and the woman servicing my car noticed something strange done by the last shop (not Firestone) that worked on it. Before doing anything, she called us, let us look at it ourselves, and helped us come up with a "worst case scenario" solution, even having replacement parts on stand-by and giving us an accurate estimate of cost. As it turns out, nothing needed to be replaced but I so appreciated the extra effort and transparency. And they still finished the whole oil change and inspection within the estimated time frame!

I love this place! I'm super picky about my vehicle and want things done right. Not only do they always ensure my vehicle is maintenanced properly and kindly go above and beyond what I ask for, they also do it promptly and within a timely manner. They are extremely competent and always nice. If you're looking for quality and quantity, this is the place to go! Added bonus: their prices are comparable and I feel you always get more than what you pay for.

Good service but very rude and disrespectful staff. Almost as if they think they are better than you and they talk down to you. It was mainly old dude the rest was pretty cool.

Great place for oil changes and nothing else. Brought my truck in to have a flat fixed. They fixed the flat and in the process put deep scratches in the rim. When I approached them about it they denied they damaged it. I inspected the equipment used to mount the tire and a brand new piece of rubber was installed with fresh grease. They had already replaced the rubber after damaging my rim. They have no integrity and will not take responsibility for damaging a vehicle. Oil change is all they are good for.

The service professionals were polite and professional. My only complaint was that the wheels were extremely dirty covered in caked on grease after the work was complete. Since they were clean when I dropped it off, I believe it is safe to assume they should not have excessive grime when I pick it up.

These guys were a fantastic help. Driving through in a camper van and desperately needed new tires. Called them the night before, they set me up with an early morning appointment and had the tires changed out in very short order. Absolutely recommend this team! Great job guys!!!

They definitely went above and beyond for customer service. Had a heck of an experience. Ordered a set of 10 ply at2s for my pickup. Well they ordered the wrong tires but gladly put a different tire on at the same money. Got there and I had misunderstood what tire they were going to put on but it ended up being a nobby mud tire. Not what I was looking for so they pulled those off and put another tire on in its place again. Superb service. Till I got home and looked over the bill and was charged $40 for valve stems they didnt replace. So a little shady there but went back and they gladly refunded my money.

Fast and convenient. If you call ahead, they'll cater to your work schedule as much as possible so you can drop your car off and pick if up at lunch.I only recommend them for minor maintenance or repairs like oil changes or inspections. They'll save your cars info which makes the process that much easier. In most cases they would be finished in under an hour for an oil change.They occasionally tried to pressure me into other services I didnt think I needed. Their tire prices are sometimes a little high, so shop around for specials or deals.

Hal and his team do outstanding work and stand behind it. Hal is trustworthy and honest, never tries to sell you something you don't need.Hal recently helped me out short notice when my brakes failed and he personally worked overtime to make sure the problem was fixed and I had my car back the next day. Hal has been working on my car for over 5 plus years and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thanks again Hal.

I've never had any problems. Friendly team and always have your military discounts applied and give u the best deals. All work has a warranty. Been dealing with firestone since 1996.

Was greeted and taken care of like family =) Kelly(?) was extremely helpful in explaining the differences in tires and how they would work for my car. Definitely going to be returning to this shop!

Don't waste your money on this shady shop. I brought my car in for a tire patch work. Within 5 mins, they said a lug nut on the tire was probably over-torqued, causing the tire to go flat. I had the car serviced by a dealer last Sep, and this tire issue just started happening. Their explanation of the over-torqued lug nut suddenly causing the tire to go flat doesn't make sense after all these months (they said the tire is just fine). So I brought the car to an off-base shop which cost $140 to fix the lug nut. However, the tire is still flat after a few days. This means these guys over-torqued the lug nut on purpose when I brought the car in and claimed they couldn't fix it and the tire is fine. Now I am taking my car to a different shop to patch the tire. Again, don't waste your money here. Additionally, none of these guys wear masks in their shop (even the guy working at the register) and one of them had this on the back of his red truck which I already reported to IG and PA (he stopped bringing this on base after seeing me take a photo of it.)

2010-Took 2 visits and 3 tries for them to get the right tires for my van, ended up giving me the best quality tire for the lower grade price, OK. I pulled in with 4 working TPMS sensors, left with ZERO because he said they were 'broken'; then he tried to juice me for $124.00 each to replace them (oh, you have THOSE in stock but not tires). Can't help but think I got taken on the deal. Now I have a TPMS alarm light on my dash until I get a quality tire shop to treat me right. FWIW, the tires are OK but it's not worth the extra cost down the road. That's what I get for doing business on base.

I have taken my vehicles to them far a while now. However, needed an exhaust put on after it was stolen. They told me that they "do not install customer purchased parts." The exhaust is a direct replacement. Seriously???

A complete disappointment from this location. Brought my car in two separate times and got sent home each time getting told nothing was wrong. on the second occasion i was making a trip to georgia and let them know i would be driving 18 hours so i really needed my tire fixed. Lewis told me to go to walmart and buy a tire inflator and inflate my tire on the side of the interstate anytime it went flat. I left extremely frustrated, by the time i got to lincoln (1 hour later) the tire was completely flat. By that time all firestone s are closed and i m left to fin for myself. I ended up having to buy a tire out of pocket which never should of happened since i have ROAD HAZZARD PROTECTION bought through firestone on tires i got in february. As soon as the guy pulled my tire off he said that people tried covering up a ripped bead on the seal of my tire. you could see the stuff hey used rubbing off. Don t waste your money on these professionals . Complete waste of time and money and i for sure will never be coming back.
