Need seats redone. They are the place to go. Had two motorcycles seats redone and was not disappointed. Want to lower your bike, their air suspension system is great. They back their products and are very helpful. Great interaction with them. Highly recommend them.

In 2016 I purchased my first air ride system from Xotic Customs....best investment by far on my 2016 Street Glide CVO.....the ride , the look and the travel on this system has not let me down over the last 8 years of riding.Big thank you to Ashley and staff that helped with any questions or help I needed.....Great customer service.Tim S.Saskatoon Canda.

Just amazing talented people. Have custom seats, tailbagger quick up air ride, and center stand installed from them at Daytona bike week. Very knowledgeable, great pricing , and quick service installation on site. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to elevate your ride! Come check them out a cross from Daytona Harley Davidson service center you will not regret it! They are only here until Sunday. #daytonabikeweek.

I have had my system for about 2-3 years and it s still going strong they waited after hours for me since I was comming an hour and a half away to put the air ride system on. something small went wrong with my system and they had a tech come to my job free of charge to fix the issue they are all polite worth every penny they will continue to have my business for the life of the company getting ready to call and set appointment up for front air ride soon.! I recommend them to anyone aalong about my air ride or air ride in general.Again thanks for the great work you guys have done.

Fantastic work good people!!Had some some Custom Upholstery done and air ride suspension to the rear love it great place to do business.Best air ride on the market in my opinion.

I needed some boat seats done and they came highly recommended. They do not disappoint!Excellent customer service and attention to detail, you can tell that they care for the results as if they were doing it for themselves.They even matched the original stitched emblems back on the headrests even though I wasn't expecting them to.I will be bringing all future projects their way for sure! Refreshing to get service beyond your expectations and at a fair price.Thanks!

Won t find better people anywhere else. Had the wife s leather seat fixed in her car and soon after had them install leather seats in my truck. Did a fantastic job on both. I wouldn t go anywhere else. True professionals without a doubt!!

If you re like me, you ll read reviews and see which air ride company is best. Do yourself a favor and stop reading now. Xotic Customs is the way to go! The BEST customer service in the business. I had air ride installed and after a minor issue, Derek rode out to where my bike was at and within 30 mins of a phone call, my bike was back on the road again! Thank you Xotic Customs!

Met them in Daytona FL for bike week, was super excited to get my kit in the mail and get it put on, ordered the kit and center stand easy up for them. Told them the front had a 21 and rear was all stock. Kit came in. Have had absolutly nothing but problems. Failed valves was the 1st issue, they sent a new fill valve n dump valve, fill valve worked but dump valve sticks, just like the first 1, tried the wd40 in the valve, worked a couple times, then stopped... I was eventually able to take the 2 valves n make 1 that works.... when it wants to, sometimes you have to start the bike so it rattles and frees up to work... ive messaged n called all day today, no answer, got a message today from marilee(the owner) that said she's busy. Will call back in a couple hours... waited 2 hours, called a few more times, no one answers the phone... I would just dispute the charges with the credit card company but of course they were on top of it and apologetic under that period... now I'm stuck apperently ordering a whole new system from someone reputable like dirty air, and waiting on a lawyer to take them to court which is all time and money. Long story short, wish I woulda went with dirty air or legends in the 1st place... oh n to top it off the center stand I have(ordered thru them when I ordered the kit) is to short or too long, either way I wouldn't trust it to hold my bike up, im not sure if its the dump valve not releasing all the air, or what but in my garage floor, flat ground, center stand down, the air dumped, the bike will fall over with a push with a finger on the handlebars... my friend ordered one off Amazon for 70 dollars that has a wider stance and can leave his on center stand literally anywhere...just never been so irritated with a product in my entire life that costs so much money..finally received a answer when I called from a burner number.. they're apperently @ a rally and going to measure the center stand for me... as far as the valves apperently they get good batches for a while and then have bad batches, I guess I was unlucky and got a couple of bad valves, or intermittent valves that work when they want too. They said if I can wait till Monday they will try to resolve the issue. So hopefully in 1 week I will have some issues. Will edit and update accordingly

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had the Taildragger Air Ride system installed on my 2013 Harley Roadking 5 years ago. 60,000 miles later, I had only one problem. One phone call and replacement parts were in the mail. Just 4 days later, parts installed, problem solved. Xotic stands behind their products. GREAT company!

Called to order air gauge for my 2015 FLHX and was informed they no longer carry a silver faced gauge for my year bike. Also was informed that they were not going to order anymore as they were not happy with the quality. I was offered other options to look into which were competitors. Very refreshing to talk to a straightforward company. I did although need to replace the bushings in my shocks and they offered to send them right out (which they did) and as I was trying to get my credit card out for payment they said they would take care of it. What a great way to end the week. Thanks Xotic Customs.

Amazing custom work. They did an R2D2 dome trash can for me. I saw a picture in Google and they took it up about twenty notches. I'll post pics if I can. Great people and great company.

Completely hooked me up. Made me an amazing seat cover at an amazing price and had it done in a couple hours. If you need something done for a motorcycle seat Exotic Customs is the place to go.

They built my 57 international pick up and I've never been happier to drive the coolest car I have ever owned. Plus the seats are over the top radical. What else can I say? If you have an idea for a real custom car or cycle, they can make it happen.

Purchased an air ride kit for my boyfriend and he has had nothing but problems with it, we have tried several times to get a hold of someone to address each issue and we only seem to get a voicemail and no call backs, if you are looking for air ride on your bike I would suggest going with another company.
