Stacey is the best mechanic in town, hands down. It doesn t matter if I need an engine rebuild on my 60 s mustang, AC work done on my Buick, or a timing belt replaced on my Lexus. The fairest prices and most honest work every single time

This is the most helpful shop one could ask for. My daughter had wreck near Lincoln, Nebraska and I'm 8 hrs away from there. They was so nice and pleasant to talk too they totally went way above the service they provide to help us out. They are the best and highly recommended them.

I ve been taking my vehicles to Stacy for years now. Everything from oil changes and other regular maintenance, to a motor and transmission replacement. The guy is straight as an arrow honest, does better work than any dealership, and he charges a reasonable price. He is definitely a win-win for anyone looking for a good knowledgeable professional mechanic. This vehicle repair shop is our go to for our pickup repairs. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait for an appointment but it's worth it. They have gone out of their way to make sure we know what the problem is and how they are going to fix it. They're pretty genuine and very respectable.

Driving cross country, car trouble is the last thing you want: unfamiliar place, no idea who to trust that won't try to take advantage of your situation.The needle of the temperature gauge started creeping up right as we were passing through Lincoln. Pulled over, popped the hood and there's that unmistakable, sweet smell of coolant coming from the engine bay. Quick check of the hoses and clamps but nothing. Looking like the radiator gave out. Time to find a mechanic.Limped into Wilhelm's and they confirmed the radiator had given out. Luckily they were able to scare one up locally and had it installed and ready to go before lunchtime.Honest and competent mechanics. No upselling or unnecessary repairs. Would gladly service all my vehicles here if they were my local mechanic.

Brought my truck in for a noise that I thought was a wheel bearing, I was wrong and it ended up being ujoints. They fixed the issue and quoted me a great price. I showed up in the morning to pick up my truck and they put air in the tires without being asked to. We've known Stacey and Jennifer for years, and we have taken all of our vehicles to them when they have issues. Stacy is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I have ever met in my life. To this day I haven't had an issue that he was unable to diagnose or fix. Hands down the most trustworthy and reliable auto repair company in Lincoln. Will continue to refer friends and family here.

Best "Mom-N-Pop" Auto Repair Center in the Area. Hands-Down! Very Honest and no B.S. in their estimates. One of the last remaining places that allow you to bring your own parts in and they will put them on no questions asked. Willing to chat about the process of what needs to be done on your vehicle and will not just brush you off. Exceptional Customer Service. For those who are Jeep Enthusiast, they can help.

New radiator and compressor for the air conditioning. It's nice and cold instead of cool on a hot day. I have trusted them working on my car and being truthful about telling you about the problem and how to fix it.

I tried to diagnose and fix my truck myself, turned into a bigger project then I wanted. So I brought it to Wilhelm on a trailer with a box of removed engine parts. They told me three days before they could look at it,then called me the next day with an estimated. When it was finished , the bill was less then quoted. My little pickup now runs like a top! Definitely going back!

Wilhelm's has always been fairly priced and super helpful to me. If I have any problems in my car I can call them and they are able to check it out that day. They are much more reasonably priced than some of the other places I've taken my car. Being a college student not from Lincoln, it's good to know I can take my car somewhere I can trust. I had a part replaced on my windshield wipers and when they broke again 6 weeks later I took it back and they fixed it free of charge. I won't take my car anywhere else in Lincoln.

We've become huge fans of Wilhelm's. They did a timing belt replacement on my elderly Toyota 4-Runner for half if what dealer wanted. It's been 6 months without an issue. This week we took 2 year old Mazda in because the dealer said it needed a $2000 front end repair. Stacey drove it, diagnosed the problem as uneven tire wear. No charge. We went elsewhere for new tires and the noise is gone. Came to town for a funeral. Half way to Lincoln, started smelling sweet from the A/C. Thought maybe antifreeze or transmission fluid. Found the issue, was VERY AFFORDABLE for them to check it, and very quick. Gave me peace of mind for my trip back home. My Daughter referred me to them and I have had several cars repaired here. Recently they changed out the headlights on my Caddy for 1/2 of what the dealer wanted. Trustworthy.

I left my truck for them to inspect after it had refused to start. They had it for 2 days and found nothing wrong with it. 3 days later I was driving and it died and refused to start.I called explaining my situation and received zero support on what to do next. I had to have it towed to a different spot.

Been with Wilhelm since 1993, can diagnose and repair any vehicle we ever had always in a timely and fair manner. Has help friends of ours in a pinch they were elated Stacey was able to get them in and find the correct problem.

We have trusted Stacy and all the crew at Wilhelm for more than 10 years now. They are honest and great at what they do. We recently referred my niece from Grand Island to Wilhelm and of course, she had a great experience even though the diagnosis wasn't great news.

These guys are the best! I have a vehicle that was having issues with the anti theft system. No one else in town could fix it or even believed me that that was the issue. Wilhelm fixed it for less than the other shops in town charged just to do tests on the car.

Called them at 9am because my Honda Accord s engine light came on and was misfiring, they had the car fixed and ready for pick up by noon. Great service. Will be going back.
