Had them do an oil change and a multi point inspection on my truck and they did a great job. They were very transparent about what they found and they clarified a few vehicle maintenance questions I had. During my whole experience they were easy going and very respectful. Vehicle service is very expensive right now but Watson truly does have pretty fair prices. I had another local shop quote the same services and Watson s prices were better. Your vehicle is in good hands with them, I will definitely do business with them in the future.

I will never go to another auto shop. Justin and the guys are all easy to talk with. They explain what needs to be fixed now, what can wait and what order you should do the repairs. They are trustworthy, honest and reliable.But I have the highest regard for Watson Auto is how they respect Women. I used their restroom and let me tell you it was CLEAN. But not only clean, it was well stocked and nicely done with women's feminine products, toilet paper. And you didn't have to search for it and it was not an afterthought. It was put together with effort. The waiting room wasn't noisy and had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water.Gentlemen, you can safely send your significant other, mother, daughter or Aunt to this shop and be rest assured the women in your life will not be mistreated.Well done Watsons!

So I went in for electric steering for my car and I got it back and it messed up again I mean my opinion I wouldn t recommend it I mean Watson Because they are very pricey and I wasn t as successful as I should ve been with them because for when they left my window down why it was snowing and I got it back the very next day and my window was setting down so I mean I don t recommend Watson very much because of the price and they don t know when your car will be ready??? But I would most definitely recommend Wolfgang 100% all the way, Wolfgang hundred percentGot my electric steering fixed and it was just the gearbox and runs like a champ now

All I needed was fluid added to my sealed transmission. Nobody would do it or it was going to take a week to get an appointment. Sean at Watson is amazing! He got me in that day. Great place! Went in for an alignment, had some issues that prevented a proper alignment at that time. Got parts ordered and fixed along with the alignment completed. Great service, great people. They deffinatly live up to their "small town values, big city service" motto!

I bought my vehicle in on yesterday Jan. 17th and you guys did an inspection, I came and got it and the hood wasn't latched but I didn't notice living just a short distance away going home at 25-30 mph and parked it and didnt go anywhere until I had to pick my husband up from work at 3pm and when I got on the interstate and started picking up speed my hood started flopping bad, it was not latched at all. Scared the hell out of me, so I pulled over on the interstate shoulder during rush hour with cars and semis whizzing by me, thats all I could do to shut it. Making sure a hood is shut and latched for safety reasons should be mechanics 101. I do it whenever I open it, double check that it's latched securely. Definitely a safety issue with your mechanics. I have never had that happen to me before with any other place I have taken my vehicle, but I will damn sure check everytime no matter where I take it now. This could have turned out to be bad, lucky it did not.

Watson s Auto has been an amazing asset to me since purchasing my vehicle in July. The work has been speedy, reliable, and they're honest. Everyone I ve interacted with there has always been kind, and explain things clearly and in a way that s easy for me to understand! And unlike most shops I ve been to in the Lincoln area, they don t make me feel dumb for not knowing everything about my vehicle.I will be a loyal customer for life, and I tell everyone I know to take their vehicles to Watson s! These guys are Awesome. Very hard to find a trustworthy shop, but I assure you this is one of them. Moved away from Lincoln so I'm not able to use them anymore. Would highly recommend!!!!!

The most caring , patient people I ve ever met that actually care about their customers my car is a hunk of junk and they re always quick to figure out what s wrong and try to fix it as fast as they can. On our way to Canada via limcoln our car started making noises. They got us right in evenso rhey werw totally booked up. They got the car done in one day, which I was thankful for and even gave me a ride to pick it up so I didn't have to walk out in the below zero temps. That being said, BE CAREFUL. They use all high-end synthetic fluids and such, which an older vehicle like mine doesn't need and they charge an arm and a leg for them. The service is good but their prices are way out of line. I was charged $50 for shop materials, which there is no way on the job they needed to do on my car they used that. The bill was easily padded with at least a couple hundred dollars (probably well over that) of unnecessary or excessive charges. The staff is friendly but the prices are high and they recommend unnecessary service. I know they have a high overall review on Google but someone who knows something about mechanic work would take issue with their service and prices. I believe they are milking the average customer for more than they need but doing it with friendly service. I won't be going back. Sorry Watson's. I think 3 out of 5 stars is more than fair.

This place is excellent! Superior! Simply outstanding in every way! If you re looking for honest auto techs with small town friendliness and big-time abilities who will treat you right at the right price stop looking! This is your place. Watson s is that all-too-rare shop that seems to be harder and harder to find these days. It s a place you can trust, a place of integrity and fair dealing. Real, good, honest, kind people who want nothing more than to help you the best way they know how. I called them from Kansas City. They evaluated a car my daughter was thinking about buying in Lincoln and generated a professional report that they also sent to the used car dealer. It cost $70, but ended up saving her nearly $1,200 when the dealer agreed to split the cost of the needed repairs. I d give Watson s SIX stars if I could! Many thanks to Mark and the whole team!

I absolutely love this place everyone is nice and knowledgeable they don't push stuff on you that doesn't need to be fixed their diagnostic report is amazing and really helps for future repair planning. Unfortunately my last place closed down during covid but I am so glad that I found Watson's this will be my new car service place we've been there three times already and we're very satisfied each time.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

I loved the maintenance team here. This by far was the best service of ANY mechanic I ve ever seen about my auto maintenance. They were prompt, efficient, and definitely affordable for the battery replacement that I desperately needed. I don t see myself going anywhere else anymore. And as a woman, a good auto shop is hard to find. I scheduled an oil change at Watsons Auto Service and as I am used to quick in-and-outs, I showed up by myself expecting very quick service. However, there happened to be a minor mix up and it took a little longer than expected. I was doing homework so I was unbothered, but they gave me my oil change for free and explained very clearly some other tune-ups my car needed. Took my car in for an oil change a few months back, did a fine job so I decided to take my car in for an inspection. After spending $162 on my inspection, I learned there was a hole in my muffler and my transmission needed flushed. For those two fixes AND the inspection, I was looking at a $1300 estimate. I decided to just pay the inspection fee and take my car elsewhere, the same two problems were fixed for $480 elsewhere and estimated to be $550 for the repairs at third location. They re always friendly here at watsons but will definitely up-charge you if they think you don t know any better. Always call around and ask for estimates!!

Update: sadly had to go from 5 to 2 stars. We've been coming here for a few years now, since the experience below...but the more we came, the more it became clear that they didn't actually pay attention to our cars, or our customer accounts (we did end up spending a good amount of money here)...each time we get the same "checkup list" and each time there is the same stuff on that list, even stuff that they fixed just a few months prior...after I told them that they had performed that procedure, they decided that it wasn't import anymore...all that is telling me is that they have to follow simple sales tactics, but your cars and you don't actually matter.They have a computer system to keep track of accounts, everything you do is in them (since he they were able to verify they had performed x after I told them they did, same with parts and warranty), they just choose to push more things and the same things via said sales tactics.To this day I haven't felt that they have done a bad job ( so 2 stars instead of 1), but because of these sales tactics I am taking my business elsewhere.Side note...they were never able to fix my alignment, but they have been the 3rs shop that failed over the years, so I don't think this is on them specifically.Old review:Took 2 cars here recently, both with a great end result and good experience with the service.Car 1 had the check engine light on, Watson send me a full report of everything car related, with levels of severety and more details. They left it up to me to pick the fixes I wanted, and at no point I felt like they were pushing a sale.Car 2 broke down on a Sunday and wouldn't move anymore, so I had it towed to the shop. On Monday I called them to discuss details, by Monday afternoon they gave me a full run down of everything. My car is 7+ years old, and they only found 3 issues, of which I was already aware of 2, and the 3rd was a recommended maintenance. Upon getting quotes of everything I agreed to get all 3 fixed, again no pushiness.What stands out to me and why I am leaving 5 stars is that the main defect on the car, that made it not move anymore, was something that was diagnosed by the dealership before, but they quoted me $1250 to fix it...Watson found the same thing but they quoted $299 including new wiring work...at this point I feel like their prices are very fair, and their knowledge and service are on point. I can tell the fixes on car 2 are working and are making a difference.I would recommend Watson.PS: the have a referral program.

I ve been bringing my car to Watson for about a year and a 1/2 now. I appreciate how quickly they ve been able to get me in, the detailed feedback they send me during the checkup and their reasonable prices. Additionally, I ve never felt like they were taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge or trying to sell me a service I didn t need. Highly recommend!

Guys at Watson Auto are awesome. They've helped me get my car to 200000 miles and counting. They've gotten my car on for repairs on incredibly short notice and are always there if I need a loaner vehicle to get around. The text link to the ENTIRE diagnostic check of my car is awesome. I can see all the things they're finding wrong with my car and go over it with me to determine what is urgent and what can probably wait. I've never once felt like I was being "sold" repair work I didn't need. I recommend. Had 2009 Hyundai Accent towed here, inspected, repaired, and ready for pick-up same day. Was even given courtesy call confirming repair completed along with options for most convenient way for me to pick vehicle up. Absolutely fantastic customer service and car runs awesome now!!!! They fixed my car for me in a day and a half when I needed to get to school. I've been going to them since, They're attentive to needs of the vehicle and make sure you're not driving a death trap. Received full inspection/diagnostic and check out of my truck. As the Ole bird is tired, I want to keep. Watson's directed me in all the proper steps, from engine work, suspension, new tires, all at a spacific pace to work within critical time frames and maximize my budget efficiently and maintain utmost performance.
