Last Friday, I came in at 6 pm with need of an oil change and some other service needs. An employee by the name of Tanner was very professional, helpful, and got me in and out fast. The job got done right too the first time! Highly recommend. Are on. 3/7/24 the team lead her name is Britt and she went way above and beyond the call of duty along with all of her staff she gave me a price that was truly a huge gift to me that she did not have to do for some tire sensors I truly highly encourage you to visit this location you will not be disappointed

I dropped my car off for an oil change and a tire patch on my front passenger side. I told them multiple times which tire needed a patch. They told me it would take an hour. I got a phone call, expecting my vehicle would be ready for pickup. The phone call instead was the employee letting me know my drivers side tire is fine so what did they want me to do with it? I said no, it s not the drivers side tire that needs fixed. It is the front passenger tire. The front right tire. They said oh okay we ll patch that one for you when I went to pick up my vehicle after being alerted it was ready for pickup, I discovered all they did was put air into my tire. After having at least two conversations with two separate people that I needed a patch. I had to go back into Walmart and ask if they even touched the tire. One worker said oh we just aired it up you can t patch that tire you need a new one I had to wait an extra hour for them to put a new tire on. After I told them exactly what I needed this morning, and someone spoke to me on the phone about exactly what I needed. They were going to send me out the door without doing or saying anything about my tire that needed fixed. And wasted a LOT of my time.

I blew a tire on a Friday and went to Walmart Tire & Auto for a tire replacement. I was informed by the staff that they were double booked on appointments and could not guarantee services that day. Additionally, the next available appointment was Sunday. I used to always take my vehicle to this location for tire repair/replacement, but will be going elsewhere from now on.

I came for an oil change and they got me in 15 mins early before my appointment. I also blew a tire in the parking lot and they replaced that right away. The staff was very friendly also! Thankyou Walmart Auto Care!

Had a appointment for new tires and they had my car for a hour and 15 minutes and couldn't change them so I take them off and bring them in myself and still had to pay the same price it would've been if the tires were on my car

I do all of my own maintenance, but tires are one thing I don't have the equipment for. So, I had them swap a tire out on a rim. They did it in about 10 minutes. Reasonable rate.

I was told the wait time would be a few hours to get a tire patched. There were exactly no cars in line or in the bays. No explanation of why, I just said nevermind.

I had a lovely time wasting my Sunday afternoon to wait around for hours just to be told that they wouldn t work on my friends vehicle. If a bunch of monkeys could turn a wrench I would suggest they change your oil.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Will not go there under any circumstance if Anthony is working that day. Took 3.5 hrs to replace 4 tires! completely unacceptable. That was almost an hour per tire! worse part about it was knowing the guy could care less. I get it, you get pay by the hour not by how many cars you do but, come on... almost an hour per tire? I spoke to the assistant manager and he pretty much just said not much he could do. At the end they gave me a discount on the balancing on the tires (15 dollars)due to having to wait so long. The person working the counter flat out told me that he has the same problem every single day Anthony works there. They stop taking cars by 5 pm even thought they close at 8 just because how long the guy takes on any car he works on. The frustrating part was seeing him with the smirk on his face knowing I was already frustrated. Again, I will not go there again and I highly recommend you check first who is working that day unless you have 4 hours to burn or better yet just take your business somewhere else.

I bought 4 new tires and I asked to keep the best tire That I had on my car for a spare they didn't do it I didn't notice it until like a week later also I had 2 For the cover up my bolts on my tire Which they put in the van Instead of putting them back on they stuck them inside the van I had to go inside and tell someone so they could put them back on I'm very disappointed especially when they got a good tire for me without giving it back Now I don't have a spare I would like to get my tire back

Took car in at 8 a.m. on Sunday for 2 new tires. Road hazard sidewall puncture. Told me would be a hour. Went to breakfast. 2 hours later, car still outside. Even though I was first in line, others were served first. They told me they would get it right in. I left, with instructions for them to call. Two hours later, they called and said there was a problem. Since my car was all wheel drive, I was required to buy four tires. I explained the tires were not worn out. Failure was a road hazzard. I told them I would sign a waiver. They told me policy was you have to buy four, and hung up. When I went to pickup my car, after a half day of them having it. They were rude, and wouldn't let me talk to a manager. I'm through with this store because of the way they treat customers.

I called the auto center to see if they'd have time to fit me in that day. The person told me they had a two hour wait so it saved me a trip and I was able to get other things done instead.

My mom has driven here from Arkansas to come visit me and all four of her tires were low after her car being serviced. Went to this Walmart auto center and they filled all four tires right away with smiles on their face. Very welcoming and friendly!! Really appreciated their help and friendly attitudes!! Especially Jaycee!

The staff is friendly and nice enough but the wait time is horrendous. I went in for a tire repair and waited for about 3 hours. Aslo, as I was pulling out of the parking lot I realized I needed an oil change. I don't know why it slipped my mind but wouldn't it have been smart for a Walmart employee to tell me about it?

The associate who I first talked to about an oil change was nice enough, but everyone else seemed cold or straight up rude. They didn't give me many details about the services unless I asked, and they didn't even go over the systems checks upon checkout. They did not vacuum (or atleast for more than 2 seconds) as stated in the included services, and did not call me over the intercom once service was complete. I only found out when I walked up to the counter and a technician said "which car is it?" without even looking in my direction. I gave it an extra star because it was relatively cheap and the service was completed in a semi-timely manner (not that I would've known). Go for the "pit crew" option instead of "standard" when getting an oil change, because touching your carpet with a vacuum rubbing their balls on the dash or whatever isn't worth the extra $10.

Happy with their service. Once we paid, they advised us how to take care of our new tires and that we are protected at any Walmart nationwide.

Incompetent is an understatement. I took my car in to have the driver side tire patched. Had to buy a new tire, I get it that happens. However, got car home and off to sell it and discovered that the new tire had been put on the passenger side! No wonder it took over 2 hours (I was 1st person there)! I will never use Walmart for tires again. Thanks for giving Costco my future business.

Ordered 4 Kuhmo tires, my app told me to pick them up after 2... But when I got there, no tires were there at all. Employees have just as much info as customers...

Terrible customer service when interacting with the mechanics. Took over an hour and a half to get two tires changed and took them another half hour to get me rung up correctly. Prices are decent but it s really all they have going for them.

Waited over 3 hours for a new tire on a rim. Nothing more than that. It s a first come first serve basis. That makes sense until you realize they skip the quick jobs to work on the longer projects and are clearly understaffed.

Quick oil change but they didnt tell me that my transmission fluid is low and they did not have any in stock to fill it. Looked at my receipt after I paid and in Mechanic comments it said that. Wish I had known before paying so I could have demanded a discount

Just got off the phone with them. Lady was so rude. I asked if they had "take offs" she said no. As I went to asked to price out tires, she hung up.

Four hours to change TWO tires because someone messed up their schedule. Then they kept putting people in front of my order! Not okay! Not good customer service! Be certain that they put your form on the counter with your keys and not just walk about with it!

They fixed a nail in a tire and balanced all four tires. Really ran out smooth plus they reset my tpms sensors after the rotation.

They made me wait longer than they said they would and weren't very communicative when I had questions while waiting. But they didn't overcharge me for unnecessary services and in the end I got my tire repaired for $10

Brought some tires in to be mounted on wheels. Told me it's be 5 hours. Waited 5 hours in the waiting room went out to tire shop and noticed my tires were done on the wall. While paying found out my tires were done 2 hours prior to me finding out. Thanks Walmart Auto Care Center for waisting my day.
