Very disappointed with the service I received here. Not only was it outrageously expensive, but the service was also awful. When they initially asked what I came in for, I said I wanted an oil change and my wiper blades replaced. The guy said it would be $29 for the wiper blades and that he would add it to my serviced charged. Then they showed me my cabin air filter and I decided to pay for a new one. They never told me how much the cabin air filter would cost. They charged my card and it came out to $117. Based on my experience at other shops, I figured that included the oil change, wiper blades, and cabin air filter. They told me I was good to go and I noticed they hadn t replaced the windshield wipers. The guy said he forgot to add it and went through the process of charging me for that. He charged me $54 dollars. I was confused because he had told me $29 earlier. He said that they were charged per blade and said that the $54 amount included both the front and back wiper blades. Still confused because that math doesn t even make sense but OK. Well they replaced the front wiper blades and then tell me I m good to go. I noticed they didn t replace the back one. Wouldn t you know it! He forgot to charge me for the back wiper blade. The mechanic did replace the back one for free due to the confusion but WOW. I didn t realize it would be so difficult to get an oil change and new wiper blades. I will not be coming back here.

Very disappointed with the service I received here. I usually change my own oil but this time I was running late to do some traveling with my wife and kids and chose this store out of convenience. I pulled up, everything seemed fairly normal, nice enough guys. But then one guy came up and told me that he dropped the oil fill cap in the engine bay and couldn't find it. No big deal as I've dropped stuff and couldn't find it before either (still waiting for this cap to jiggle loose and disintegrate a fan blade and send it through the radiator smh). I know accidents happen and that is not the reason for my 1-star review. At least they had another employee go to a parts store to get me another one free of charge, they also could have been looking for the cap the entire time that we were waiting as there was only one other bay in use in the shop the entire time that I was in there. If they would have found it before the new cap arrived, then they could have put it back on, finished the service, and sent me on my merry way. Unfortunately, this took about 45 minutes for the new oil cap to arrive while they didn't touch my car until it got back. It seemed like they had no interest in looking for it. This whole time my 2-year-old and 8-month-old children were melting down with my wife trying very hard to keep them occupied. When the new oil cap arrived they put it on and had me start it up. I shut it down when I noticed that I didn't have any oil pressure. The guy pulled the dipstick and asked the other guy if he had put oil in it. THEY FORGOT TO PUT OIL IN IT!!! Now I'm not the smartest mechanic out there, but at least I know that before you even start the car you should check the dipstick to make sure that there's even oil in the car. After they squabbled around a bit and put oil in the car it finally had oil pressure again, but it shouldn't have run for a second without oil.I know that I took my car there in the first place, but what would have taken me about 20 minutes and $30-$40 to change my own oil and not forgotten to put oil back in my car ended up taking about an hour when we still had a 10-hour drive ahead of us at 5:30 pm and cost me almost $130 for my car to not be filled up with oil. Very disappointed in the service and knowledge of this place and will never take any of my vehicles back here to be worked on.

Rating 1 star for excessively high prices. Was unaware it would cost almost double of most shops within a mile until after the oil change was started so I couldn t opt out. Was charged $127 for an oil change, I was given a discount of $30 and they put in an air filter but I and many others think that was way high priced. I was told that my vehicle had to have full synthetic oil that's why it was to expensive, after contacting a few other places it came down to No it wasn't necessary. After asking my name and the spelling my bill was made out for Jane Doe. The invoice was full of "not checked" areas. Maybe if all was actually done it would have �

They were very nice and patient, but they seemed VERY young. They overfilled my tires and did not reinstall the cover after changing my battery. I do really like that you don't even get out of your car. I will more than likely visit again.

If you need an oil change with great customer service, then come to this valvoline and don t be nervous! Isaac was exceptionally personable while I was waiting and truly seemed like he loved his job. There was an extreme amount of attention taken in every step of the process, and I could tell each person work was an expert in what they were doing.Service: Oil change

Great place to go they are fast but very efficient,friendly. I got done in minutes!! Where I went to in the past it took hrs even if I was 1st to be there on there 1st come 1st serve policy. About the same price also.

Inexperienced workers, horrible service and lack of attention to detail. They put very cheap engine air filters in that are not worth the money and forgot to screw in the cover after replacing. Did not even check the other fluids in my truck and tried to tell me almost all fluids needed replacing which was not true. Never will bring a vehicle here again.

Went into store to have oil change last night. Store said they were doing inventory and were closed. Drove back to have the oil change this morning. 1 employee showed 15 minutes early. Store didn't start oil changes at 8am as scheduled open time. I waited till 830am before they offered for me to drive across town to another location where the could to oil changes. Tried using complaint system via live chat and via phone. Both took over 25 minutes to work with someone to express the complaint. Was informed Area Manager would call me. Instead the store location I was at was told by the area manager to call me. Store offered me a 15% discount. CUSTOMER SERVICE TECHNIQUES for complaints are lacking.

I will never come here again! Last time I changed the oil here and the engine light was on after around 1500 miles. I was wondering if they really changed the oil and when I asked them, they told me you can drive 500 miles more then come here to change the oil, we don t want waste your money! I have wasted money here, how can I waste more!

This place was good the first few times I went. I was in and out with acceptable customer service. This week I went again and might not ever go back. I was in and out in 15 minutes which was nice (only reason I'm not giving a 1 star) but this time it was the typical "upsell" and "we know your car better" techniques. I was told my vehicle is only allowed to use the most expensive oil or my warranty is voided. Then they demanded that I have to do all these extra services too or my truck would start falling apart. I'm luckily knowledgeable enough with my vehicle that I knew these were a crock but I felt terrible for the lady next to me that got doped into a $180 oil change after all the extras they convinced her she needed.Service: Oil change

They are quick and professional but over the last several years they never seem to have an oil filter for my pickup in stock. At some point you would think they would increase the stock of that specific filter.

Ok I'm super disappointed in Valvoline as a company because they have coupons for oil change specials but when I went to the location they told me that they are a franchise store and they don't honor those. I was headed out of town so I really needed to get my oil changed so I was told that their price is double the price of the coupon that I had so I was going to have to pay that since I was in a pinch. but after I politely explain the situation to the young man that helped me he gave me a discount of $10 off which was still more than the coupon but I definitely appreciated his efforts. The nice young men that worked there were all very polite and pleasant and I was out of there in about 13 minutes so it was wonderful their service is fantastic!

This is so much better than the Jiffy Lube it replaced. In and out in no time, and you stay in the car.Edit: I don't know when I left the above review, but it was awhile ago.Fast-forward to January 2022.It's clear that staffing issues have hit this place also, as I've now been unabashedly lied to.This afternoon, several hours before closing time, one car inside and just one other waiting, I was told my filter wasn't in stock. He asked what year, but not the engine type.I could have dealt with that except that my truck was available with three different engines, and I know for a fact that two of them take different filters.So, with no specific information as to what engine I have, the tech can determine they're out of filters?How's that work?My point is, whoever owns this place needs to teach these guys to lie better.Jiffy Lube had filters, so they also have my money.This is the second consecutive time I've been told my filter is out of stock. Last time I bought it.Now I don't spend my money there. Not a sustainable business practice.

Went there and was greeted by a worker telling me how f��king good his muffin was. There was talking to me cussing both him and the man working under the hood of the car. Just felt unprofessional and just happy my lid wasn't with me to heard them talk

Loved the streamlined drive-thru process, much easier and quicker than other shops. Workers seemed knowledgeable and acted professionally. At least in my case, the price for full synthetic were comparable to the previous lube shop at this location, and there was less waiting/hassle. Particularly enjoyed the Apple Pay option.Only complaint was one worker didn t have mask on fully over nose (chin diaper), which is critically important currently. Will likely return, though.

I have always gone to jiffy lube so I was nervous to switch it up but they were super helpful, friendly, and not pushy! They did a good job explaining everything and showing me the oil, filter, etc. I got to stay in my vehicle and see that they put all caps back on and the dip stick back in (jiffy lube left it out twice!) I will definitely be back!

This is the second time I stop at this location saying that the oil filter is not available to do a basic oil change. This is an oil change place and they supposed to have the supplies for most of car brands.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the third time in a row the location has been unable to change my oil. This time the system is down every other time they don t have oil. They don t ever answer the phone when trying to check ahead of time so you don t waste your time driving there. Will not be going back.

I drove in at 6:30 P.M. it was still half hour before closing but I got refused oil change service.They made up a reason that the place is new and they don t have the proper oil filter. But guys, come on. It s common engine for bunch of models, not exclusive or rare classic.I ve been satisfied by Valvoline I m loyal customer, but this branch disappoints me.
