A couple of weeks ago I had been airing up my tire at Casey's next door and it just was not working. A couple of the guys had called me over when they saw me struggling. They filled up my tire and sent me on my way. Today I had more tire issues and went straight to them. They got me in right away and found me a used tire. Customer service was fantastic and they are so caring! I will always go to them for my car troubles in Lincoln!

I cannot express enough how honest, professional, experienced, and courteous the team and owner at Urgent Auto Care Center are.I was driving cross country from San Francisco to Chicago when my break line cracked 17 miles outside of Lincoln - losing all my brake fluid in the process.I called the shop, and due to the emergent nature of my situation, they allowed me to come in immediately.Within 2 hours, they had me back on the road safely!To the entire team at Urgent Auto Care Center - THANK YOU for taking care of a cross country traveler. While traveling from California to Minnesota my truck broke down at Blue River Rest Area, I called Derrin who helped me get there then repaired my crank shaft position sensor all in a days work and they were booked solid. I will forever be grateful, bless you guys!

When I was stuck and needed help, this was the only place able to help save my trip to see my family. I'm 10 hours from home, and they made quick work of it. Very nice, helpful people. People like this are hard to find.

I've had the same mechanic for years, but recently they've been pickier about what work they would accept. The dash needed to be pulled and they just weren't willing to mess with it. They recommended Urgent Car Care Center and now they are my mechanics!Super friendly guys, the cost was the same as the estimate and the work was completed on time. Super happy and I'll be back!

Of the 5ish times I have been at Urgent Care Auto, I have always left feeling confident and more secure about my car - a complete 180� about official dealership repair shops I've visited.Though most of my interactions have been with the front desk who has given me honest feedback, explanations, and encouragement to self-fix easier tasks at home, I have had brief conversations with some of the hands-on workers and even the owner who show the same mentality of providing professional explanations with the care and advice friends give to each other.Recommending Urgent Auto Care is an understatement and is worth the cross town commute I drive for them!

I gave Urgent Care Auto a five star, but in all actuality they deserve ten stars. The staff there were great, friendly, knowledgeable, and gave each customer their full attention while working with them. I was driving through NE when my idle arm broke while driving. I called for a tow and they recommended Urgent Care Auto to fix the truck. Once at the facility I had someone come right out and start working on my truck. I was there for less than an hour before I was able to get back on the road and continue my journey. About 25 minutes down the road the truck started having issues again, I turned the truck round and went right back to Urgent Care Auto where they looked and it was determined that my water pump and thermostat were at the end of their life. I drive an old 96 F350 so parts are old and fail over time no one would have guessed that two things would fail the same day, but that is life and you just have to roll with it. The staff were able to replace the pump and the serpentine belt the same day. Replacing a water pump is a time consuming task, they took time out of their busy day to help get me back on the road. Once fixed I was able to complete my trip across country. I cannot recommend this company enough. Their customer service was fantastic, they even called to make sure I made it to my final destination without any more hiccups.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

I am a return customer and will be when ever my vehicles need servicing or repair. These guys have always been honest with me and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They inspect my vehicles and tell me if they notice any problems and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to repair and they did not try to pressure me into a repair. They left it entirely up to me.

The customer service and attention to detail is second to none. Due to my truck having a lift with powder coated wheels and painted axles I was concerned about a shop damaging the overall appearance. Urgent care went out of there way to protect the finish of the painted areas and educated me on how they would mount my tires without scratching or damaging my wheels. One of the best automotive experiences I ve had! Brought both my Duramax truck and my Honda Accord same day to have both aligned and tires rotated, they had both of them done before 1pm! Great guys, quality service and great prices! Ben and Preston were awesome! I LOVE this shop! They do such a great job finding the root cause of the problem, fixing it, and then explaining things in a way that makes it easy to understand. I also love the new tire selector tool on the website! It makes it so easy to shop for tires to find the right ones at the right price for my car. Darrin and Ben at the counter are the greatest! If you need a place to bring your car I highly recommend these guys!

Burned up a real wheel bearing while traveling with a 30 trailer behind me about an hour out of Lincoln. Called and spoke to Ben while being picked up by wrecker and he reserved a lift for my truck. The guys jumped on my truck right away and stayed on it till I was back on the road for Indiana. All stand up guys in this shop and they know their business!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My coworker recommended this place for my car troubles and I am very impressed with their service. Twice I've called out of the blue for help and both times they got my car in same day and were able to help me. Darrin, the owner, does an excellent job of explaining and showing you what is wrong with your vehicle. After I left I felt informed and confident in the advice given to me. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! I was on a cross country road trip with my friends, my clutch had started slipping. We called with urgency, Ben was able to find a clutch kit in town and could take us in the very next day. Unfortunately the clutch didn t fit even though it said it would online, he was able to get another clutch from a neighboring town the next day. Once it was delivered, Ben gave me a call saying it was the correct clutch and we were out of there in the next two hours! I would definitely recommend this shop, 5 stars.

I took my truck in to get a diagnosis that one of the larger repair shops in town was unable to provide. Darren was able to take care of me in a short time and got me back on the road for a fair price. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here for all of your service needs large or small. The level of courtesy and professionalism is unmatched in Lincoln. Thanks Darren!

My truck was at this place as part of a insurance claim to get a new rear end. It was the worst experience I have had in Lincoln at a repair shop, non stop excuses and no accountability !!!!! Low quality work!!! Every problem I had with the work they did they blamed it on my truck!!!!!!I wouldn t take a wheel barrow here for a tire change!!!!Customer service is terrible, big talk with nothing to back it up!The guy answering my questions on the phone back peddled after I caught him up in a lie and then told me he shouldn t be saying anything cause he is not a mechanic!Dis honest , no integrity,I don t know why there is nothing but 5 star reviews ,they probably came from his buddies!!!!Place is a joke!!!!!Stay away !!!!!!LOCAL GUY!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Darrin and Ben took excellent care of me and my car! I had been to 2 other shops prior and neither could figure out the issues. Urgent Care Auto was able to determine several problems right away, explained them to me in detail and it all made sense based on what I was hearing and feeling while driving. Highly recommended!

I took my car to a different big name local shop in town for some road noise. They told me it was bad shocks and while I was at it should replace my struts, wiper blades, cabin air filters and the bill would be $1,200 Ended up being a slipped belt in one of my tires and my shocks were fine. Glad I got a second opinion!My father was a professional mechanic and I have a pretty good knowledge about cars. I have pressed in wheel bearings, rebuilt engines, and worked on my own cars for over 20 years. With two small kids and work demands I don t have the time or the space to do my own work anymore.For the past three years I have taken my cars to Urgent Care Auto. I have gotten to know Darrin and he has always treated us great. He will tell you exactly what is wrong. What needs to be fixed immediately for safety reasons, what needs to be fixed soon before it turns into a bigger problem, and what can wait because it is no a big deal.I highly recommend you bring your vehicles here and get to know Darrin too.

I just had the best experience here! I m on a cross country trip (traveling from Indianapolis, IN to Salem, Oregon). The splash shield on the bottom of my car wasn t bolted all the way and some bolts were missing after an oil change that I received at the dealership a few days ago. Darren (hope I m spelling that right) was so incredibly helpful and kind and took care of it right on the spot. I cannot say enough good things about this place or this man! I am so blessed to have come across such a wonderful place and person during this emergency! Thank you guys so much!!!

Great service - Fair pricingMy son and I were coming from Ohio and trying to get to California when we broke down in Lincoln. We had no idea what was wrong with the car. Darrin worked on it all day, even staying late to get us back on the rode. Very fair bill. And we made it to California!

Urgent Care Auto is the only mechanic in town I bring vehicles to. When I managed a limo shop, I brought him all our vehicles and no matter how complex the problems were, I don't think he was ever unable to diagnose and remedy the issue. Now as the owner of an auto shop in town, I refer all mechanical problems to him as well. He is extremely fair in pricing, honest in his work, friendly in his customer service, and as I said, I have yet to leave his shop with any problems. He has been knowledgeable and everything from performance upgrade for ricers, to electrical nightmares on limos, to engine and suspension problems on trucks.Highly recommend.
