Ryan is great on 24 & O . got me into some Michelin Cross Climate 2's right in time for this 6 or 8 inches of snow we got last night. 3Peak snow rating & tread design that highway tires cant come close too in the snow. Absolutely Love these tiresHIGHLY RECOMMENDED

T.O. Haas has become a place that I have gone to for my recent car troubles, and I will no doubt go back again if I continue to have troubles. The industry they are in is a lot of work, a lot of cars and a lot of customers. However T.O. Haas has ALWAYS been helpful, and make sure to put me in as soon as possible. They are fast and reliable, and always have treated me with kindness, something I don t see a lot when it comes to car repair businesses. Ryan at T.O. Haas is so great, and I think this place deserves a lot of recognition.

Quick Service on swapping out my studded snow tire wheel set for the all weather tire wheel set. Unlike another local vendor, helped me avoid hub cap breakage by following my request to align access slots on the hub caps with slots on the wheels.Simple task, but some folks have been known to get it wrong regularly, forcing me to spend time tracking down matching hub caps. Ugh!

Great place to do business. Employees were friendly and spoke to me very respectfully. And a wonderful surprise. They arranged a ride home and back while the my car was on the shop. What a nice benefit

I have always gotten good service at T.O. Haas. The technicians are friendly and kind, and get me in quickly if I have an emergency. We purchased our tires here with a lifetime warranty and that was such a good investment! Highly recommend.

Went there to get two new tires put on my Impala and was impressed with their service! I wasn't there for more than 45 minutes. I appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on any services and were straight forward with their pricing.Will definitely go back!

I came in for a flat tire patch and maybe new lug nuts as I thought they were stripped, when he tried the tire iron I was using n found out that the tire iron was too big for the lug nuts, they were worn but not stripped. The tire iron was too big. Only down side was that they don't sell tire irons there. Have to go to NAPA or something. But at least he discovered for me that it wasn't the lug nuts per se. Glad I got the professional experience!

The appointment I made was with another location. But the guys were super nice and fit me right in! It was my mistake, but they fixed it! Great service!

Ask for Kevin, Called ahead. He explained that they do not take appointments and it was first come first serve. There was 3 people ahead of me I needed 2 tires had me in and out with an hour and 15 min. Great service and fast. They don't sell used tires and they do have Veterans discounts but not on already discounted items.

Before going to T.O. Haas, we used to get our tires at a.discount store that also did tires. We thought it was cheaper. But it s not cheaper and it s invaluable being.a member of the T.O. Haas family. They truly do treat you like family, are trustworthy and they do a great job!

Ryan at this store was absolutely amazing. We came here specifically because of his customer service on the phone. We were in a rough situation and he helped us, got us right in, and exceeded our expectations. He even offered us breakfast! This experience restored my faith in humanity. There are still good people out there. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants exceptional service.

Took my car in to have a nail removed from my tire. They were quick and it was cheap which I greatly appreciate. However, my rim was beat up in the process and is left with a couple paint chips, scuff marks, and even a part where a little chunk of metal somehow got knocked out. If you just care about the work getting done, service was great. If you care about your car and the quality of work, maybe take it somewhere else.

TO Haas does great work, and does it on time as promised. The final cost also exactly matched the estimate, which is a pleasant experience. The 24th and O location is also close and convenient for us, so we remain satisfied loyal customers.

While traveling I needed a new alternator and batteries. Ryan was super helpful and got me in immediately. They also added oil and air to my tires so I could continue on the road safely. They were great!

My son and I were passing through NE on our way west and spent the night in Lincoln when we found out that our car made some funny noise whenever we drove through uneven road surface. We worried that our car wouldn't make it through the next 1000 miles to reach our destination, so we looked around for a garage that could give us quick advice and repair, if necessary. We came to this garage and after describing our problem, Ali, whom we think is the manager of the store, took our car to the service bay, analyzed the issue and told us that the sound came from a worn sway bar on one side but it wouldn't affect the car to complete the trip. He assured us that we would make it to our destination safely, which was relieving to hear. Moreover, he wouldn't even let us pay for his amazing help! We were so grateful to find such wonderful person during our time of need. We highly recommend this garage because we think they will give you great attention and service!

They got my car in immediately to replace a bad tire. I was in a rush and needed to leave town for work, and they had a new tire within 20 minutes! The process was quick and easy, and they didn't try to oversell the most expensive tire to me.
