*They did not tighten the lug nuts and a wheel almost fell!*I had tires put on my truck before vacation by a Lincoln tohass store. While pulling my 5th wheel on the interstate (and family with me) I felt a weird "shake" and pulled over immediately. I found the driver's rear wheel about to fall off! 5 of the 8 wheel studs were broken and gone! Upon inspection I found other lug nuts on the other 3 wheels so loose I could twist them off with my hand! When I contacted the store for help, they basically said I was on my own and wouldn't take any kind of responsibility. My family could have been seriously injured or died.AFTER I left my initial review, tohaas responded to it saying to contact district manager Paul Faughn and they would reimburse me for all expenses related to the incident. It must have been just an empty promise to look good because it has been almost 2 weeks since I emailed him and I haven't received a response. When all was said and done, it cost me over $2300 to get my truck back on the road.

We had a nail in our rear tire with a slow leak. Even though they were short handed they took our vehicle in and repaired the tire on the same day. They did a good job, thanks.

Had such a positive experience with T.O Hass when I went to get my tire checked. Not only did they do a thorough inspection, but their customer service was exceptional. Re s27 st., my tire pressure was low asked for help was told to do it myself outside in sub 0 temp. At 80 years and disabled I guess I was expecting too much. Have been a customer since 1978. But no more. Ps no other customers in the shop, now I know why

Vehicle: '01 Ford ExpeditionThe guys here were extremely helpful to me, and saved an small fortune. They are very informative, and capable.I had my front driver-side strut bolt knocked out. (Which was an absolute nightmare, cause it was rust-welded in there good from 19+ years, and 136K miles of serviceThen they were very accommodating to take out my front sway bar links for me so I could finish my project.The price was amazing as well. Under 40 bucks!Extremely satisfied, and I was able to complete my project ; now my truck feels near to brand new.I highly recommend coming to T.O. Haas for your service.I am for sure coming back in the future.Update 11/12/20: [Store 45] My shifter column tube snapped in the Super Saver parking lot across the way from this shop. I called them, and they were awesome enough to send a mechanic over to help me out. Todd manually put my transmission into drive so I could get home(11/11/20) T.O. Haas is the best around.I have replaced the broke part myself, and setup an appointment to have it inspected by Todd; just to be safe.Update 1/31/21: I had my truck hauled into the shop, cause I needed my 4x4 fixed for the terrible snows last week.These folks don't normally install parts that they don't order themselves. I had a spare CV axle on hand that they used, cause my passenger side was completely ruined.They asked if they could install it, and gave me a very fair pricing for manual labor to do the replacement so they could diagnose the issue with my 4x4 properly.The axle was the main culprit of my 4x4 locking up.I also had an oil change done.I paid under 170 bucks!Heck of a deal.Update: 3/6/21I had my powersteering pump, and lower high-pressure powersteering line replaced along with a new serpentine belt.I thought it was going to be so much worse, but T.O. Haas is always honest, call to update, and confirm work to be done which I appreciate a ton!$500++ for my bill.Remember that prices vary depending on your vehicle, and the parts cost.My truck is driving nearly perfect!Still got projects to do.T.O. Haas has the best customer service, and real fair prices around. They have helped me so much.Thank you all so much at T.O. Haas!You're the best!

This TO Haas (5145) location was the third one I went to (third time really is a charm!). This store, unlike the first two, was friendly and courteous and made sure all my questions were answered. Unlike the other two stores, Tyler didn t try and over sell me what I needed he sold me what I needed. That speaks volumes to his character and that of this store. Awesome place! I suspected I had a leak in one of my tires and tried to set up an appointment with my regular mechanic to take a look and the earliest they could get me in was next week! I had a bit of a time crunch and was planning on a road trip and couldn t delay it. I called TO Haas on 27th and Pine Lake and they were able to see me the same day. I brought my jeep in and in under an hour, they assessed the condition, patched the hole, and I was on my way! Tyler and Todd were so helpful and I think I ll be changing mechanics! Thanks TO Haas!

Guys were wonderful! They were able to pull the codes but of course Chrysler has the codes protected and have to go to a dealership, unfortunate, because I would rather spend my money with the guys at this location. Said they would call when car was done, I had to call at 12:30 pm to find out it had been done and ready to pick up. They said to come by after 50 miles to have the lug nuts checked. Said it will take 2-3 min and have you on your way . Meanwhile low tire pressure warning also came on. Showed up today at 12:10 pm said they had no one available, everyone was at lunch. Asked me to come back at a later time. What kind of retail business allows their entire staff to go to lunch at once? Absolutely terrible service for spending over $1,000 for Uniroyal tires. Won t be back again. I ll find some one else to check the lugs and tire pressure.Service: Tires

The big guy with the cowboy hat acted like I was a bother to him. This survey came before he even told me my vehicle was done. The other guy that was working the front end was very polite and helped me check out. Then the sitcom that was on was very disrespectful for a business such as T. O. Haas, tire should have on. It was talking about gonorrhea which I felt wasn t appropriate what happens if little kids were there.Service: Tires

Techs were able to fix a tire puncture quickly. I brought the tire in off the vehicle and left it for them to fix whenever they could. They even reinstalled the repaired tire for no extra fees. Kindness was much appreciated.Service: TiresService: Tires

They got me in and out quickly so that was nice. I thought the price for the service was a little excessive, but I should ve asked before turning over my keys. And they didn t put anything down on my floor mats so I got the truck back with tire filth all over the floor.August 2023 Edit: needed to swap tires on my spare wheel. Took my car in to have the tires changed here, only to later find out that 2 of the 5 wheel studs at one wheel have been destroyed and one has been bent. I can even see where they used an angle grinder to cut one of the studs in half. Photos attached.I am surprised that they let this kind of thing out the door, awfully dangerous. Now i am afraid to check to see if they did the same thing on my other 4 wheels. Please add an option to for 0 stars, this cost me more to repair than the tires TO Haas put on

The service was fine, speedy and friendly workers. My reason for the poor review is that they were bought by a new company that has jacked up the prices and added mandatory services. What should have been a 1000 dollar job ended up being 1150 due to the extra stuff demanded by the new parent company. I will likely not use them again.Service: TiresService: Tires

Great service called around 10 am to see how long it would take to check if my tire needed a patch. The worker who answered the phone said they were busy but believed he would be able to get it done in three hours. I took it right before noon and they were able to fix it and have it ready in the time frame they had given me. Loved the honesty about their availability and time frame. Great price, would definitely recommend to others. They took the nail out of the tire and patched it.

They were wonderful! They did everything they could to help me, ended up being to extent so I had to take my care elsewhere but I am very thankful for all they tried. Wonderful people. Good atmosphere
