Just very disappointing especially when u thought you known the guy. All I expect when in this situations like this is honesty. Short and simple don't go there and waste your time and money and i honesty hope you guys there at sooner automotive be more professional at dealing with good customers. But my problem start with the guy ricky the owner. Make a long story short if u need tire pressure or someone to tell u lies then yes I recommend this place.

If you want the job done right the first time, call Sooner Automotive. They got me in fast and at a very reasonable rate. I have been sending all my family and friends here, and we have all been very pleased with the service we have received. Thank you again, Sooner Automotive.

I highly recommend Sooner Automotive! I did not have a trusted mechanic to help us with a car problem (service light on within 24 hours of buying it). I read reviews and took a chance and called Sooner. From the minute Candy answered the phone (she could tell how upset I was) she put me at ease and said she'd work me in. The communication was great and Ricky went out of his way in assessing the problem. Within a day I got a call back that my car was fixed and ready....and at a fraction of the cost that I was expecting! I feel very fortunate to have found Sooner and will use them in the future. I appreciate their friendliness, professionalism, honesty, and fair prices. Thank you Candy and Ricky!

This was my first experience with Sooner Automotive, definitely not my last.Window switch and regulator, plus some unknown hidden wiring issues were found and fixed.I was very happy with communication from the staff providing updates on parts that were hard to get as well as progress on the job.Work was completed in a really good time especially with the hard to find parts and priced fair. Very helpful and quick when needing an inspection to find out what s wrong with your vehicle and obtain an estimate for the repair. Have taken my vehicle to them multiple times. Highly recommend.

They helped fix the controller arm they day we found out what it was! He helped tow the vehicle to his shop, got the part, and fixed the car in about 2hrs total. I am glad we went with this option! I will be back in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about Sooner Automotive in Lincoln, Nebraska. Rick came after 9:00 on a Friday night to help me. He went and got parts before the store closed. He called Wiestar Towing who came out the same night. He called me when he said he would with updates along the way. He also wanted to make sure I got home safe after the work was completed. I don t know what I would have done if he wouldn t have come and helped us in my time of need in a city where I do not live. His friend also worked on it with his tire alignment equipment. I would trust Rick to do work for us anytime.

Went on my day off to fix a check engine light...car was also slow after gassing up..they replaced a spark plug and intake gasket all within the morning of my day off..great service, fast, reliable, and trustworthy!! Check engine light is still off and starts up way better when gassing up. Been going to them for over a year now .... still highly recommend.

Had a stuck crankshaft position sensor. Ricky and his team were able to get it out and get my truck running again!! Best place to go and call if you got any type of issue

I am absolutely happy with this shop. They took the time to see what was wrong with my granddaughters car and mine. Both cars were checked out on the same day in about 15 min knew what the problems were. Both cars will be fixed here. They will definitely be my mechanics as long as they are around.Everybody there is so down to earth. They care about their customers. They are very fair on prices.

I haven't personally had work done on my vehicle however I spoke with the mechanic and was treated with respect. I was having what I thought was a problem with my air conditioning but when driving it later in it was cooling. Just a very hot day. I will though keep in mind for anything that may come up. Always good to know there are good people out there to help with honesty. Thank you Sooner Automotive.

My sister lives in Omaha and got a flat tire while near Lincoln. We had some trouble finding help with getting a new tire as it was late in the evening, so we got her back and waiting til the morning to find someone to help. I called every single large company in Lincoln and either they didn t have the tire or weren t able to put it on the wheel for us the same day - a process that took Ricky about 5 minutes to do. So glad I called him after finding a tire.Quick response, fast and great service, and takes pride in their business - not lazy like the big companies seem to be. I d say I ve found my mechanic!

I appreciate honesty. They quickly assessed my vehicle and determined that they could not fix my issue, and that a new rear window was required. They referred me to a place which could do that.

Unparalleled service. I came to Sooner Automotive stranded with a busted O2 sensor half way through a cross country road trip. Sooner Automotive was able to sneak me into their already busy schedule 2 hours before they closed and help me fix my car. Once my car was fixed, the owner/head mechanic not only checked over everything again but test drove my car to ensure that nothing would break as I finished the final leg of my trip. Everyone was very nice and helpful when it came to my situation. They are the only reason I was able to continue and eventually make it to my destination. I cannot thank Sooner Automotive enough for all of their help!

Rick is the man! I somehow got an Allen wrench stuck in my tire and didnt notice it until 7:00pm. He told me to come on over and they d take care of it. Not only did he fix my tire, he didnt even charge me! They got a new customer now

Rick and sooner auto exceeded my expectations without a doubt! I will definitely be referring people to them and I will be doing future business with them. Thank you for the awesome experience!!! My transmission went out and I had them tow it. Before I bought my new/used truck I took it to Rick to have an inspection done. This was at 8:30-9 pm!! I then had him change the fluids in the transfer case, front and rear differential. He did a coolant, power steering and brake flush as well! Thank you for everything.

Is Rick and the guys at Sooner Automotive are awesome!! I was traveling across country from Washington to Tennessee in a motor home and my fuel pump went out just outside of Lincoln. I tried calling several RV and truck shops and the tow truck driver did as well and no one could get to us in the next 2 to 4 weeks. One lady gave me Rick's number and said he might be willing to help. I called Rick and talked to him and he said that while motorhomes were not something he usually worked on he would give it a shot. I took the motor home over to his shop and he agreed to work on it and replace the fuel pump.I had bought a fuel pump at an o'reilly before I made it to his shop. Unfortunately it was the wrong one and we did not find this out until after all the shops had closed. Rick and his guys asked if I would want to plug my RV into their power for the night so I could have heat and lights while waiting for the auto part stores to open up the next day. We got the Fuel pump that worked the next day and Rick and his guys got it put in and the Fuel tank reinstalled.. The motor home ran great and I was able to finish my trip thanks to Rick and his guys at Sooner Automotive! While Rick and his guys were working on my motor home, I asked a lot of questions and watched them do the work. They did not mind at all. The prices were very reasonable for the repair I actually gave them an Extra $200 over the quoted price of the repair because they helped me out so Much. They could have easily charged me a lot more than they did and I and I would have had no other option but to pay because I was a 1000 to 1500 miles away from my start point and my destination, But they were honest and did not want to take advantage of me. I'm very appreciative of what they did for me and if I am ever in Lincoln Nebraska again it's good again and need my car's worked on, I will go and take them to sooner automotive first! It is hard to find a decent mechanic that is honest these days and that really means a lot!

The guys at Sooner are great! Hungry for business and up front about pricing. They do excellent work and keep you updated if you have a big project like the last one they did for me. Happy to try a local shop just because, but they really impressed me throughout our process. I appreciate their later-than-normal service hours. If you are in charge of a fleet of vehicles around Havelock (Lots of industry out North), give these guys a call. If you have a truck or work vehicle come to your shop at 4:30p with issues, Sooner is close by and open. Im not going to put words in their mouth, but at least you can get that necessary vehicle looked at when other places are closed. Check em out.

This is the best shop in Lincoln, I wouldn t take my car to anyone else. They figured out what was wrong with my car quick & got it fixed faster than expected and made sure everything on my car was good to go before I got back on the road. I had to do a 17hour drive back to Texas and my car made it back with no issues. They answered all my questions and their customer service was great I would definitely recommend.
