Free tire patching for members is great. However, last time I had a patch done there they ruined my tire by grinding down to the cords. That hole can't be patched now and it still leaks. I escalated this all the way up to the store General Manager and all they offered me was a $20 gift card. Won't replace the $250 tire they ruined. I will never be taking a vehicle there again and I don't recommend you do either. They don't stand by their work.

Great guys and excellent service in the tire service center. Stopped by with a flat tire on our camper headed home from vacation and they fixed it while we waited. Both men that helped were friendly and quick with their help.

Needed a tire patched that I purchased there a couple years ago and they refused saying it had uneven wear from probably a mechanical issue but I need new tires Took it elsewhere and had it patched (and an alignment) without question or any issues now a year later. Still have the same tires with plenty of tread Why would you try and make me buy new tires??

Waited 3 hrs for them to mount 4 tires which should only take 10 mins a tire. There wasn't another vehicle in there. One guy could do that job in 40 mins pretty easy with their equipment. They had 3. Extremely slow. Nobody there seemed to care to work at all. They'd work for a min at a time and then do nothing for 20 mins. We left without them putting the caps on cause that was gonna take them another hour as slow as they were

I came in to get a tire fixed. They weren't able to fix it though as the damage was in a bad place. They were very up front about it and offered to order in an exact replacement. The price was great and the service was perfect! Another great experience at Sam's!

Staff & service was great. Bought tires from here a while back & just had them rotated. All went well.

3 hours and still waiting...for a flat repair. Sams club service is really poor...think I'm going to cancel Sam's and get a Costco for the next year.
