I went in to have a chip repaired, as it turns out the chip is spreading and a replacement will be required. The technician was able to quickly show me the damage and it made sense. As for the overall store experience I would give it an f. In order to get your car in the shop area it must be driven on about 250 feet of crushed rock path which resembles the Oregon trail. There is no way a low car like a Corvette or similar could ever make it down this piss poor excuse for a driveway without scraping. The crushed rock is terrible for tires. When you do get in the shop you find that the floor is so dirty that it might as well be a dirt floor. I had to clean my floor mat after getting back in my car as my shoes were covered in this same white chalky dust. No way I am going to go back there for a new windshield. I can't imagine why anybody would be ok with paying nearly 2k for a windshield just to have their car get filthy in the process.

My husband had a tiny rock chip in his windshield and our insurance company recommended Safelite. They came to our home, which was nice. But when the repair was almost complete and the technician was cleaning around the spot, the windshield cracked all the way through and needed to be replaced. Even though it happened during the repair, we had to pay our deductible for a new windshield. We will not be using Safelite for repair ever again.

The technician who came out, Daniel Cook, was great! He let me know when he was on his way. He was not able to repair my windshield but gave me a quote on spot for windshield replacement.I do NOT like the companies automated system when you call their phone number. No option to speak to a live body ever!! Poor customer service in my book.Also prices have more than tripled. $185 to fill one little chip? Get real. Ridiculous.

My windshield cracked after a temperature change and Safelite was so easy to setup an appointment with and to use my insurance too. :) All I had to do was provide my insurance information and they did the rest. :)The day of the appointment, a slot opened sooner in the day, they called me, and I was able to go in hours before my appointment time. The windshield replacement took less than an hour. I am so happy with my new windshield. They even stuck my Drive Safe device back on my windshield. :)I hope I don't have to use them again ;) but if I have a crack or worse windshield, I will definitely be using them!!

I had to get my windshield replaced and they were very helpful and friendly in both the scheduling and while waiting. Fair priced, depending on which vehicle you have.

Not only did they make it cheaper then what i expected they cleaned all my outside windows, and even vacuumed out my driver side of my car!! That was very kind of them!!! Would 100% recommend

Don t bother no one answers the phone. You get the stupid automated service. They say they are open but you cannot talk to someone. They put in my glass which was great but they broke a part on the plastic above the rear view mirror and cannot get through to talk to someone to stop by and get it fixed.

Set an appointment up to get my driver side window fixed and less than 24 hours before the appointment they messaged me that they had to push it back a week because the part wasn't here yet even though when they look at the FedEx it was in Lincoln why would an appointment have to be pushed back a full week instead of just I don't know a day or two worthless company wouldn't recommend anyone use them

The work was fine, but they screwed something up and needed me to bring the car back for 20 minutes. It took 90 minutes.

Absolutely amazing customer service in the store and the quality of work is spectacular. The safelite company as a whole needs to get rid of the automated calls when you try to contact them. Your best bet is to just go to the store and set everything up.

They got my window fixed after my hood flew up on the interstate and shattered my front window. The job looked ok but they forgot to tighten the bolts on my windshield wipers so they would work properly. Also the replacement window was slightly expensive. Technicians were friendly and they answered the phones

I needed to have my windshield looked at for chip, I was able to get right in and get it looked at promptly. Thankfully it had already been filled in by previous owner. Staff was friendly and very helpful!!

Just had a rear electric sliding window put in my 2012 F-150. Window looks ok so far. It's not OEM . The biggest problem was they didnt vaccuum up the broken glass after replacing it. I even put duct tape over the glass so it wouldnt go flying everywhere. They had to take my back seat out to do this and it looks like they just laid my leather seat on the concrete. After scrubbing for quite awhile I got the Mark's off of it. They vacuumed my drivers front floor but left the dirt marks all over the rear floor.. I also found a big glob of adhesive on my truck bed. Sooo, cleanup is not the greatest here

You won't be able to talk to a person on the phone so don't even try. You'll have to go in to get any actual answers.Edit: I finally talked to someone but I had to schedule an appointment first (you can do this without paying up front). Ended up cancelling because they were way too expensive. Only giving them two stars because the one time I used them before it did keep the crack from spreading. I'll be going somewhere else this time.

Highly recommend. Richard and the rest of the team at Safelite were pleasant and easy to work with. I was able to easily schedule a replacement for the following business day. The waiting room was very clean with coffee available, comfortable seating, and a desk that allowed me to easily continue studying while they replaced my windshield. The replacement service was prompt and their customer service was stellar. One month later and the windshield has zero issues whatsoever. The shop is a little bit tricky to get to if you come from the west so come in from the east if possible.

Sketchy place. My husband made an appointment online and paid for it and everything. I took my vehicle in and they tried to charge me $65 for "taxes" which we already paid online. Then they said I had to pay $45 for some random additional fee. I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm sure they tried to do this because I'm a female. I got a refund and walked out.

They were fairly reasonable for out of pocket price. They didn't really honor their coupon that they advertised or had very many which I thought was kind of odd but on all wasn't a bad price for new windshield and only had the vehicle 2 hours

Workers were polite and provided snacks, coffee, and water while I waited for my windshield to be replaced. I was able to work on my laptop with their free wifi as well. My windshield was replaced in under an hour and a half and for a reasonable price. Overall it was a very good experience!

Very happy with the work that was done. The guy did a great job! Even though it was windy, still did a great job! And I didn't have to go anywhere and deal with sitting in a lobby, I was at home doing my normal daily routine. So convenient! And I received a little box of window cleaner ( the good stuff ) and a microfiber towel with my order. All around awesome!

My a appointment for 2pm. They started on time and it took about an hour and a half. Comfortable waiting area, easy to find location. When I got in my vehicle they had cleaned ALL my windows! Just a little bonus. I booked online and used a coupon code so my windshield was $20 cheaper than anywhere else in Lincoln. Great service.

Calling to talk to a live person to get a quote needs to be changed! Pricing once I went online to get a quote was more then I was quoted anywhere else in Lincoln! Call around and get prices before you choose Safelite AutoGlass! I would not recommend them to anyone!

I had an issue with my windshield install and they were quick to rectify the situation. The owner/manager was incredibly curteous and handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. They made things right without even asked to do so. Customer service like this doesn t happen often anymore. Very happy with my end result and will recommend again.

I don t have much experience when dealing with windshields so my expectations were pretty tempered. And I must preface this review by saying insurance paid for the job. All that being said, I dropped off my car In the evening and the following afternoon it was ready roll.
