I called Pit Crew when looking for a couple of used tires. They didn't have the exact tire, but Sam sure did take that extra minute of time to see if there was a tire that would work for me. He explained everything to me. which was great. Sam and the rest of the crew were all friendly and were genuine workers who wanted to help. They didn't have "it's just a job" attitude. Also, they agreed to get me in 45 minutes before close without any resistance. I will continue coming here! Thanks guys!

Took my 2019 Jeep Wrangler unlimited in for work. I highly recommended them. Very nice people and amazing customer service. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to them!!

Special thanks to Sam and Mark at the Pit Crew they really took care of me. Reasonably priced, explained everything so that I could understand it. They made sure they got my approval before doing any work. They said it would be done by end of day and it was done by end of day. My vehicle is now safe to drive.

My experience was very insightful! I walked away with a clear understanding of vehicle issues that need immediate and that could cause problems if not addressed. I even have a list with photos and this Was great information. The staff was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for the heads up.

A good place to get your work done and find out anything your car possibly needs. The advice going in that even an oil change will take about an hour because they do a very thorough inspection of the car and let you know anything that may need attention.

I have the absolute WORST luck with tires so this is the place I have always gone and they are wonderful! They always vacuum out the vehicle and top off the fluids in my vehicle at no charge and they always explain things to me in a way that doesn t make me feel like they see me as a dumb woman . Austin and Mark have some of the best customer service I have seen, which is unfortunately hard to come by these days! I will continue to come here as long as I can and recommend them to all my friends and family!

I came in for a new set of tires, and explained to the employee, Shane, that I needed confidence in my tires when the roads were wet and rainy. He made a great selection for me, was professional, and courteous in his service, and washed the car once it was done! I m very thankful that I can trust the work that was done on my car.

I just had my car maintenanced with Pit Crew and got 5 star service and one heck of a deal on an oil change! These guys were very accommodating and honest. I would recommend Pit Crew to anyone.

My nissan has not been touched by no one but Troys businesses! Pit crew is nothing but great service with great customer service! Reasonably priced! Been a customer for many years with many cars & nowhere else ill take my vehicles!

I went to get two new tires. They said they had and would take about an hour. After an hour they said they didn't have the tires and tried to sell me a different set that was twice the quoted price. Then they told me I needed tie rod ends, control arm and basically a new front end. I had just replaced the entire front end 3 months ago. Flat out they tried to scam me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Awesome people, great shop, very reasonable pricing, unbelievable selection of wheels and tires. They do stereos, speakers, aftermarket accessories and tons of other stuff as well. Big waiting room area or a ride to work/home while they work on your vehicle, couldn't ask for more, couldn't ask for better. Stop in and see Sebastian and his crew, you won't be disappointed. Easily seen, and accessible on the corner of 33rd and Cornhusker in a yellow building .. I'll be going back for sure, I was super impressed !!!

I have always had a wonderful experience at The Pit Crew. After the first time I went there, I was impressed with my experience as a customer and now we bring all our family and work vehicles to these guys for oil changes and everything to do with tires. We are two women traveling across the country by ourselves and we got a nail in our tire in Lincoln. We called them and Tristan immediately jumped to action, had a staff member go across town to pick up our new tire, and got us on the road in one hour.
