I picked up my car from a different shop over the weekend, and I did not feel safe driving my car off their lot. It was easily the scariest commute back home I've had.I messaged this place about my situation, and they were able to fix my issue in less than half an hour! Driving back home was such a huge difference compared to that other place, definitely felt safe!I just want to say thank you again for getting me back on the road so swiftly! I'll definitely be coming back here for any car needs in the future as I felt taken care of, and that matters a lot to me.

Stopped by for a quote after visiting with several other repair shops. By far the best rate that I found. Brandon was very knowledgeable with what needed to be done and with the questions I had for him. The time of service was amazing and very convenient for me. Brandon and the guys went above and beyond to get the repairs done and my vehicle back on the road a lot quicker than what other shops quoted me in time and money.i highly recommend One Shot Auto Repair to anyone looking for auto services.

Extremely nice people very welcoming and non judgmental! They helped me with some rusted screws that I didn t have the tools to remove. They were able to remove and replace them free of charge! I would recommend to go to them and based on my experience I would have no hesitation to go back the next time I need help!

These guys are amazing I appreciate the time they spend specialty after hours and let me know everything what they needed to get what they were doing it's the best auto repair I've ever had in my life they were consistent also and they will continue to get my service I recommend anybody with car trouble any kind to go there

Brandon is affordable, kind, informative, and knowledgeable! He was able to get our Cruze in and day and turn around was less then 24 hours! I will recommend One Shot Auto to everyone!! I promise you won t be disappointed or done wrong!!!!

Amazing first experience! In a matter of 48 hours my car had broken down, fixed, and back on the road. I called on Sunday and Brandon got me in first thing Monday and it was done by the time I got off work. His prices were more than fair, too. Definitely will use again!

Always done me right. Things are expensive to fix but they have to be done. One thing got broke by them while fixing something else. They fixed on their dime without any fuss. I'll be back when I need them.

Brandon is very honest with customers. I took my van in because one of my camshafts was grooved because of a bad rocker arm. He took the time to take the motor apart and inspect it and let me know that replacing one part wasn't going to fix the problem and that I needed a whole new motor. He didn't just take my money and fix one part when in the end my motor would still need replaced. He did the extra work and took the time to tell me it wasn't worth fixing. He is very thorough with the work he does and doesn't take any shortcuts! Would definitely recommend going to him for any work needing to be done on your vehicle!

Firstly, I have never had any of my cars worked on at One Shot. Our son has. He is Bipolar and ADHD and has made a bad auto decision. Recently he was sold a piece of garbage From Winners Circle Used cars in Lincoln. After one day the vehicle started to overheat. He dropped it off at One Shot and they found that the head was cracked and also some damage to a cylinder. To find this out, a bit of labor needed to go into it. We went back to settle and was told that there was no charge. They had past experience with Winners Circle vehicles brought in by other victims and had empathy for those who were taken advantage of. I would not hesitate to bring my car here in the future. A place that is honest, fair, and has empathy..Service: Engine repair

Absolutely amazing people that know what they re talking about and are actually honest about it. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Unlike every other mechanic I ve been to, these guys didn t try to take advantage of money or up charge for false repairs. I was passing through from Utah to Georgia and had some issues with my car and these guys were more than helpful with diagnosing it. 11/10 recommend.

My boyfriend and I were on a PCS move from Florida to Washington state and our temp sensor light came on. We stayed in Lincoln a day and tried to repair it ourselves. We could not so I called so many places in the area and no one could get us in until days later. I called One Shot Auto and Serre answered and said she could put us down the very next morning. We arrived and they immediately made us welcome and started the work. James was the tech that worked on it that day and he was so quick to fix the issue. After he was done the Jeep was already running so much better and we had heat that we didn t have before. They are honestly lifesavers. If I could recommend them over and over I would. They were very helpful and got me in on the same day to help me with my exhaust that wouldn t properly hang up and they did a awesome job and I will definitely be going back to them for all my needs!
