Stopped there randomly today. Really nice and helpful employee named Austin was friendly from the get-go. Helped me figure out which brake light was out and also got me the air filter I needed. He was so nice that I felt comfortable enough to call back later and ask him a stupid question about how to install my brake lights. Great employee you have there, hope you know it!

The manager always knows what I need as he is very knowledgeable and friendly. This is my go to place because of that and I feel comfortable going there.

Employee had absolutely no idea what he was talking about, Long haired guy, Kinda short, Name started with an M, Did not like him at ALL, when I found what I was looking for i went to check out & nobody was there, I stood for a solid 5 minutes while the employees were all in the back paying absolutely no attention. Have went in the past and had a younger kid help me, Will I think his name was, Super helpful and good with customers. If he is not there I will not shop there.

Aerica was absolutely fantastic. I had burnt out a positive cable from my battery to my solenoid on a 1979 Continental. She not only showed me exactly where the parts I needed were, but came out and helped me replace the cable in the parking lot. Someone with that level of customer service deserves a raise, to say the very least.

This store gets 5 starts because Leon makes it great. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. After being let down by 3 other parts stores, Leon came in and saved the day. I'll never go anywhere else. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!

Young man Matthew there this past Saturday night was superb, customer skills surpassed his own manager, very friendly and knowledgeable, clean cut all American kid, went out of his way to help me find what I needed, offered me options of things to order, he genuinely went that extra mile. His manager needs to take notes, Matthew was on point !! I'll be back, and Matthew will be the one I go back to see, your store needs more people like him !!

Love the tool rental program and the leniency with the return process. The store is well laid out and I found the current Covid practices to be up to standards. Overall, this is a location I trust and a business I believe in.

Asked if the headlight bulb I bought could be installed. The female who came to look said no, the whole front had to be taken off. That night I Googled it and learned that I had been lied to by female O'Reilly employee. The next day my uncle popped out the headlight and replaced the bulb in under 10 minutes. The current employees are lazy liars. My uncle is a mechanic and said right now it's one of the worst places to go. Do not recommend. Negative 5 stars.

The female worker wanted to be helpful but the older employee refused. Rude and unhelpful. Good thing there are plenty of other options. They won t get another dime or minute of mine

I had two burnt out low beam headlights tonight, and the clerk who helped me was so thorough trying to figure things out for me. In the end, he wasn't able to do anything, but I'm profoundly grateful for his attempts. Sounds cheesy, but he was my hero for the day.

Service was terrible. Honestly, every O Rileys store I have ever been in was terrible. Went in there a few minutes ago to buy new winshield wipers and the oh so cocky parts professional named Matthew was very rude towards me and my boyfriend. He was complaining about the product we were buying because he personally doesn t like them. I know every mechanic has their own preferences on the products they use but this guy is not a mechanic therefore he should not be telling the customers his personal preferences when he doesn t have any experience or education in the field. Might I add, we did NOT ask him his personal preference either. We told him the price listed on the shelf was inaccurate according to what was told at the register. That s when Matthew said Well it s that price because I just don t like that brand. Ummm... what?We thought it also was hilarious that he was bashing a product we were trying to BUY from THEIR store. That s fine, I ll make sure we take our business elsewhere next time and to not buy products from this company because even their associates don t want customers to buy their merchandise.

Every time I ve gone in the staff has been beyond helpful and helped me find exactly what I need. I ve also had questions about how to use the products and they always give clear answers that help me understand exactly what I need to do!

Went in yesterday to have a gentleman assist me with my brake light. Super nice and helped me out. I didn't purchase anything but now when I need something for my car, I will be coming back!

Had a headlight out and the employee (20yr old male) went above and beyond to help me out and was very friendly plus I learned a thing or two so even though I cannot remember his name but I seriously am going to return to this location for my next car need just because of him. Thank you!

The best service possible!!! Our daughter is a student at UNL and we live 4 hours away in South Dakota. When her car wouldn't start, my husband was trying to help diagnose over the phone. He sent her to an auto parts store to get some supplies and she came away with so much more. When she landed at O'Reilly's, Amar and the supervisor on duty went out of their way to help her out. Amar drove to campus to do diagnostics for her. Determined to be her battery, Amar jump started her car and had her drive it back to the store so he could do further tests to make sure she was good to go. It is people like Amar and the rest of the team that restore my faith in human kind. Your willingness to help was so appreciated.

Dont buy parts from there. I was told the first store I went to buy rotors not in stock then he told me to go to Another store and not in stock then to 48th street not in stock. I wasted 1 hour trying to get my rotors So in all I'm not buying any parts from No Oreilly stores.

I needed windshield wipers, the gal looked up exactly what I needed, explained the difference between them to me and put them on for me, in the rain! Excellent service
