Called had what I needed. Website says opentill 4 I get there at1:15pm they're closed. Needless to say, I'm from out of town and have to go searching elsewhere. Thank you Napa for wSting my time on 100 degrees weather

Excellent customer service. Kyle is especially helpful. Every time my husband sends me in for parts and I clearly don't know what I'm doing he always goes the extra mile to help me out. The store is always very clean, organized and I'm always greeted and asked if I need help finding anything as soon as I walk in the door. If I could give 10 stars I would.

On January 28,2022 I came into the NAPA auto location at 1220 Viscaya Parkway in Cape Coral Florida. I purchased new calipers for my truck along with brake fluid, brake lubricant, and two wheel seals.The salesperson was employee #7882 as listed on my receipt, his name was John. When he pulled the parts and placed them on the counter I said these seals do not look like the old ones, can you see if your screen shows another seal for my truck. Without even checking, his response was "this is the correct seal for your truck". I made the purchase assuming maybe I was wrong.As it turns out I was not wrong, the seal he sold me was substantially smaller than what I needed, not even close. I purchased the correct seals at Auto Zone, they had no problem pulling up the correct seal in their system.When coming back in on 2/2/22 to bring the caliper cores back for a refund and the incorrect seals, John said "you did not need the seals?" I said "you sold me the wrong seals without even double checking as I asked". I brought in and showed him the correct seal next to his seal on the counter, he said nothing. I said you cost me an extra trip to Auto Zone wasting my time instead of getting the job done, again he said nothing.After getting the core refund and before leaving I stated, "no apology, no nothing from you, glad you never worked for me, I certainly will not be back".Had another incident at this store over a year ago. There are many NAPA stores to buy parts at, MAYBE THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THIS LOCATION, I FOR SURE WILL NOT BE BACK.

I ordered a part for my car, got it in same day. And one of the guys there was kind enough to help me put the part on. Well really he did it, while I held the hatch door up. I was very grateful to him. Thank you.

I sent my daughter in for a specific fluid and Jim immediately greeted her, found out what she needed and went and got it for her. He got her exactly what was needed, at the best value. She commented on how well she was treated, and I thought I would pass that along.

Bought Steering Fluid and the sticker says $19.99 but they charge me $29. When I asked about this he said price are increasing everywhere Dude, then change the sticker price. If I didn t need this today I would ve just walked out. Next time I ll just go on amazon next for next shipping for the real price of the $19.99.

Bad service, I bought a battery less than a year ago and it was damaged, and they don't want to change the battery because I don't have the receipt! I'm sure other companies will treat me better !! NAPA NEVER BUY ANYTHING WITH YOU AGAIN !!!

Knowledgeable staff, quick service and good selection of auto parts. The only negative thing I could say about this place is the parking, the location is right in a corner and parking is just off the road side and can be tough to get out of at times.

The crew at the Viscaya Napa store is always polite and helpful and Justin is a wealth of knowledge. Having tried other parts from other places, I've found Napa's prices to be competitive but the part quality is generally better than similar parts from those other places.Good parts, good prices, treated with respect...Napa is my "go to" place for car parts.Don't waste your time and money shopping in some amateur discount zone, BUY NAPA instead.
