Morrow fixed our 2017 Subaru Outback. They did an outstanding job. They called me half way thru the process to update me and finished the repairs a day early. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for car repair. We also had them detail my husbands car, was spotless inside and out. Quality people and quality work. 100% recommend!

I had incredible service with my Toyota Highlander here! Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful, communicated thoroughly, and fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. When I picked up my vehicle, it was freshly washed and detailed which was above and beyond! Highly recommend.

Great communication and service. They were very thorough and made the coordination with the insurance company invisible. I also took advantage of their detail service to have the interior detailed while the work was done and it turned out great. Very handy having the Hertz partnership as well.

Took our truck in to be detailed and when we got it back the same day it looks brand new!If you are looking to have body work, PDR, ceramic coating, or detailing for your vehicle look no further!We have had multiple A++ experiences at Morrow Collision Center. They provide great customer service, prompt communication, and has always gone out of there way to exceed our expectations!

All associates involved with getting my truck back in a timely manner were courteous and communicated along every step of the process. Truck looks and drives great. Strongly recommend Morrow Collision.

Morrow's not only did an excellent job with the repairs (my car looks like new!), they went above and beyond with customer service. They communicated well and even cleaned my car! These days it's hard to find places that will even do what they are supposed to do... Morrow's does MORE than they are supposed to do! I will ALWAYS go there from now on.

Would highly recommend this business for any of your auto damage needs. My recent experience was related to asking if they could mount my replacement rear splash guards on my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica because of damage to one of the flaps. Which Mike was more than willing to do. Took the van in this morning and he was done in 10 minutes. But the best part---all Mike charged me was a "handshake". In today's world of rapidly deteriorating and non-existent customer contact experiences replaced instead by automated voice response systems that never let you talk to a person, Mike's personal interaction and generosity is the true definition of customer service.

Overall, very happy with Morrow Collision Center. Mike communicated with me during the entire process and even helped me avoid paying extra fees for my rental car through enterprise. My only complaints are that it took longer than I was originally told but most of that was because of Progressive insurance agents. Also I was told they do a pretty thorough cleaning of the car before return. I could only tell that my mats were vacuumed. But this wasn t a huge issue- just had higher expectations. I will be recommending Morrow!

Very happy with entire process. Everything was well explained, job was done (and done well) in the timeframe, helped in the rental car process. They made the best of an unfortunate situation (accident). Will definitely use them again if needed

Everything was clearly explained and described, all my questions answered, excellent customer service, and end result far exceeded my expectations. No surprises or anything unexpected. This is one of the best places for any type of collision repair! The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and very professional! When something was needing to be fixed they were more than happy to fix it! They also made sure that the vehicle was OEM approved which is very helpful and reassuring. I wanted work done to my personal vehicle out-of-pocket, such as paint refreshing and OEM accessories installed. I chose Morrow because I was impressed with the clean and orderly nature of their shop and their outstanding reviews. It's a local, family-owned business and the employees are close-knit and long-term, all good traits in a reputable business. I dropped off my car with all the supplied accessories and Morrow got to work. They performed all services flawlessly and did real clean, solid work with the paint detailing and installation. I thought my car looked pretty nice when I dropped it off but it looked damn near dealer-new when they finished. The shop did great work on my truck. They even touched up a couple of rock chips on my hood that weren't part of the original repair. That is excellent service! I had my truck back on the day they said it would be done and it was even cleaner than when I dropped it off. Very friendly and courteous employees. On-time service was completed as promised and scheduled. They did an excellent job in repairing the 2 dents on my car door (from a grocery cart running into it). AND, they were so nice and surprised me by touching up a few minor scratches and paint issues (unrelated to the job). They made my car look SO much better. I am EXTREMELY happy with the service I received from Morrow on N. 84th street and highly recommend them without any reservation.Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair
