We've been going here for years, it's always been amazing! It recently was bought and it's under new ownership. I'll be honest, we were a little worried at first but the new owners have been nothing but upfront, friendly and absolutely amazing. It's to the point that my car, my husband's, my brother's, my father in law's, my mother in law's, and my best friend's cars all go here too. All of us have only ever had amazing service!

I have finally found a great mechanic(s) in Morris Auto & Truck! I got in the morning after I called about getting my car diagnosed, & fixed, they found the problems immediately! Then had it fixed and ready to go before the day was even over! They where courteous, and professional, I will be a return customer for any further work on my vehicles! The Owner Jim, is very smart, & seems to be professional, and punctual! It's hard to find a good shop, I highly recommend Morris Auto! 5 !

Yes, the buisness has had a change of ownership, but my experience is that it is as good as before. The staff was friendly. The new owner seems very knowledgable and took time to answer all my questions. They replaced the blower motor on my car and serviced the air conditioning system. The fee seemed reasonable to me for the work done. I will be returning in the future if I need services on a vehicle.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

This is not the same company that it was a year ago. It used to be excellent but now it has new owners. The new owner offered to buy my vehicle (after he checked it out) for a certain amount. But then, a couple of days later he reneged on the agreement and offered me 1/3 of the agreed upon price. I would have used the vehicle for a trade-in on a different vehicle but I didn't because I thought it was sold to him.

Morris Truck and Auto rocks! They are friendly, honest, prompt, and they charge a fair rate for their excellent work. This is the best shop I have been to in Lincoln, and I have been to several over the years. I highly recommend Morris Truck and Auto! I have been going there for about 20 years. Excellent!

We started going to Morris Auto almost 20 years ago as a result of a reference from a close friend and since then have given them many referrals due to their amazing service. This family run business takes a personal interest in your needs and ensures you are satisfied. The prices are fair and you can always trust their evaluation on what is needed for repairs. Whether you need major repairs to your vehicle, a simple oil change, or a U-Haul rental, Morris will take care of you!

I have recently started going to the auto shop and my first visit made me notice this was an honest group. I was previously told I need $1,200 worth of work done on my car and with a second look from Morris Auto they found the real problem and fixed it for $200. Very excited to have them work on my car in the future

I learned about Morris Auto about 20 years ago from my niece's husband -- he knows a LOT about cars and buys cars for me and for many other people. I haven't gone anywhere else since I learned about this family business! Over the years, they have saved me a lot of money. I recommend them to friends at every opportunity and I predict that if you take your vehicles to them, you will also be impressed with and grateful for their competence, accommodation, and honesty.

My daughter's car was overheating. Based upon a referral from a friend she took it to Morris Auto. They got her in right away. Turned out it was just the fuse for the fan. They could have said it was anything and she would not have known the difference. It's comforting to know that they are honest people and she won't be taken advantage of. They gained a customer!

Quite possibly the best automotive place I ve ever been. Been here roughly 4 times and they always do excellent, honest work and a few times didn t even charge me because it was easy fixes. They are super duper nice and easy to work with. Such a great place and even better people!

It was hard for me to try and find a place in Lincoln that I could honestly trust my vehicle with. However Morris Auto was able to win me over right away. I have never been overcharged for a repair and if I need something fixed they do right the first time. I wouldn't take my car any other place!

Was on a cross country journey when the U-haul trailer marker lights went out. Was directed to Morris where they took care of the issue immediately and got us back on the road. Everyone was very nice and every customer we met was complimentary of the service they have received over the years.

Been taking imports, domestics, old and new there for 15+ years. Jim and family have always been honest and forthright in offering options and working with my ever-flexing schedule. I will always use them for my auto care needs.

I have been talking my vehicle here for several years and I couldn't imagine a better place. My experience has been so good that now not only my vehicle is serviced here my wife's my parents and brother have all started going here and have no intentions of going anywhere else.

Took son's new "old beater" in to have them look at; Morris Auto did a nice job diagnosing, and discussing priority of its issues, and were very fair on price. I'm comfortable going back

Took my car to have ac serviced along with another repair. After paying and picking up check engine light came on. On checking codes I discovered a module had been left disconnected. The cap had been left off service port of air conditioner. I called and spoke to Jayse owner son about my concerns he couldve cared less. Had my truck there 3 times they never could fix the air conditioner on it.

Provided the requested service. Very rude service from the staff. Had to wait 45 minutes past rental pickup time for employee to show up. And got told that's life.
