-20 degrees with windchill and halfway through the winter storm, I was quoted 3 hours after making sure I was safe, warm and off the road. They still came in less than 30 minutes. They diagnosed the problem in the first 90 seconds. Local air pumps were hit or miss and all the parking lots were treacherous. So after making sure I could start the car, they checked the oil and filled my tires at their shop. Not a single effort to upsell, price gouge, or charge me for anything I didn t need. They were the only business that didn t have a full voicemail, or say they weren t taking calls in the storm. I m still 1200 miles from home. But the professionalism and care of Midwest Towing & Recovery made my mechanic father sleep peacefully, knowing someone looked after my vehicle with the integrity and discernment he would have. I can t say enough good things about them. They have the right people and equipment for every roadside need. But if you don t need it, they re not going to try to sell it to you.

Son got stuck in crappy, rutted alley with his rear wheel drive car. We couldn't get him moved.I called Midwest. Was told it could take 1-4 hours for service to show up. Tow truck showed up in a few minutes. Driver was super nice! Thank you so much for helping drivers who find themselves in stressful situations. Great customer service is truly appreciated!!

I didn t have any weather related/stressful situations to deal with, I just had an appointment for 4:00 for my car. That was my only request that they get it to the designated location by 4:00. They got it there 45 minutes early, and it was done by 4:00!!!! Also, I had called the shops recommended tow company first, and their quote was about $200 higher!!!! So, overall, I was extremely pleased with the service I received!!! Thank you for everything!!! They were very nice and professional!!! Hopefully I won t need their services again, but if I do, I will definitely call them first!!!!

Amazing company. Very knowledgeable. Inspected the vehicle and the surrounding area. Came prepared. Easy to work with. Pricing was affordable. Made it stress free and enjoyable during a broken down vehicle moment. I would definitely recommend Midwest Towing & Recovery.

Awesome company! Knowing nothing about Lincoln they were very helpful finding a mechanic and going the extra mile to get us going again. Will definitely keep their information handy if I ever need towed again.

Midwest Towing to the rescue!! Coming home from a camping trip in Central Nebraska. 90 miles from Lincoln the transmission went out in my truck. I called the Roadside Assistance company that I have a warranty with. I just got the run-around from them. Then I called Midwest Towing knowing that I was well out of their service area, but I had heard good things about them from others. The dispatcher I talked to was great!. She found a driver willing to make the 180 mile round-trip call. The driver, Tristan, showed up, disconnected the drive shaft on my truck so he could double pull, hooked up the truck and headed back to Lincoln. He was very nice, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He is a great asset to Midwest Towing. I would highly recommend Midwest Towing to every in need of towing assistance. Great company!! I only wish that I could give them 10 stars. Mike was able to get to our house (where our dead car was) so fast and he communicated his timeline with me very well. While he was here he explained everything to me and was very thoughtful in helping me understand what needed to be done. Highly recommend.

I know roadside service drivers have been going non-stop the past couple weeks with storms. It's not always a safe occupation helping people and they're often times not thanked enough for their assistance. Midwest Towing provided quick response, user friendly text link to be able to see where the truck was and friendly driver who helped with flat tire (and saw the humor in the situation) on my company vehicle. Would definitely recommend!

They were fast and 1/3 of the price of the first place I called. I ll be calling them again if I need help with my car again! They were so nice and polite. I m happy I called them instead of going with the first place I called.

Mid West tow driver was so efficient and kind. He truly is an asset to their company, I always refer friends and family to them!! I had a car issue and my car got damaged NOT BY MIDWEST ! They took the time to put the puzzle together of WHO was responsible.. I never recovered the cost for it as a trusted shop I used for 17 years lost my business and respect as they doctored photos to lie about it being their responsibility.. Midwest and myself were So Busy Doing our jobs I let it go and the Woman I worked with really went to bat for me.. So I would trust them beyond words. The staff and company stand behind their work!! If it was them she said We will fix it let me find out the details!! 2 days later she had put it all together and I knew she was telling me truth and cared. They want their reputation to shine and be proud of!!! They are a great group of people!!! Trustworthiness is what matters!! Use Midwest you won t regret it!! Sharon

My car broke down in traffic. I called two companies. You know you re upset when this happens. One was going to be two hours. One wasn t answering. Then I called the RIGHT company. Midwest Towing is kind, professional, the driver was clean cut and very sweet. He gave me a ride to the dealership and was very personable. He was very careful with my car. They said it would be 45 min to an hour. It was a half hour! And they have a map like Life 360 to see where the truck is and they text you when he leaves and arrives. This company is in my contacts now. I ve already referred two friends. I will never call another. The driver also said they are one of the biggest towing companies in town. A+++

The money-sucking company towed away my car on Saturday at 9 pm and I retrieved it on Sunday morning at 9 am. Despite not having my car for 48 hours, they charged me for 3 days of storage fees. Additionally, they damaged my car. Furthermore, their charges were excessive. Despite explaining that I am a low-income individual and a student, making it difficult for me to afford such a hefty amount, they showed no consideration.

Needed a motorhome towed, truck and driver came pulled out of driveway then hooked up to tow truck . Everyone from dispather to driver had the best patients, and great sense of proper business practices. I would recommend them to everyone. Great service, great people, great price.

Flat tire on my BMW on the i-80, called BMW roadside assistance, they told me 2hr wait!!! After waiting I researched a local towing company Midwest got to me in 10mins! Super friendly, the girls on the phone were super nice, the tow driver went out of his way to mark the tire exactly where the damage was! Thank you so much! Needed a tow from my parking lot to an Auto shop and are great over the phone with scheduling and updates. My F250 was in a tight spot and kudos to the driver for getting it loaded and knew what he was doing. Great towing company for sure.

I had scheduled to have my car towed due to a starting issue during the cold weather. Upon arrival the driver asked to evaluate the issue. He attempted to tighten the poorly designed OEM battery connections and applied his jump starting battery. The car started like normal. He explained the problem and detailed the solution in the event I wanted to repair it myself which I did choose to do. I was impressed with his willingness to evaluate the problem and offer an option other than towing it as was the original plan. I was charged the cost of a jump start and a few dollars for battery terminal connections at the local parts store. The battery was also tested at the driver's suggestion. It was determined to be faulty and was replaced at no charge. Had the car been towed to the predesignated repair shop I suspect the total cost for a tow and the repairs would have been more than $500. Instead, I spent $55 for the repair. It's nice to know there are honest people willing to help instead of being driven by profits. I highly recommend Midwest Towing. I could not have had a better experience.

My tire blew out on the interstate and had to get a tow on Thanksgiving! Midwest came up first I called and they answered very quickly. The dispatch person was very nice and told me how much it was going to be and how long it was going to be. It was only going to be about an hour and the price for a tow on Thanksgiving was way better than I was expecting. The driver Adam called when he was on his way to my car. I asked that he call once he was on his way after getting it loaded up and he said he would and he did. I dont know if that is their process but it did not seem like it was an inconvenience and I really appreciated it. Great professional service. You also get text updates when someone has been assigned to your tow when they are on the way etc.

Midwest towing charged me double for our tow being right on the outside edge of town lady on the phone was short with me. Driver was nice will most likely use another service next time.

We were at an event and had our vehicle inside the building and the tire went flat and we needed to have it out quickly. They arrived, got the tire changed and we were able to clear the floor with time to spare. Thanks for a great job.

Staff at Midwest very friendly and helpful. I've used these guys twice in the past year, once for a flat bed tow and once for a Jumpstart. They come when scheduled and got the job done. Will continue to use them when I have a need.

Mike is a life-saver. Avoided unnecessary towing due to his due diligence. Coming from Omaha to Lincoln this was a pleasant experience despite the circumstances of my car. Thought the issue was bigger than it was and Mike checked it out before towing to tell me it wasn't as bad and I decided I could just fix the small issue and go on my way. Highly recommend if you're within a 30 min radius of Lincoln.

We arrived at the same time. First thing Mike checked were the cables on the battery post. The negative cable was loose so he pushed it down on the post. He then check the voltage on the the battery. It registered 12.25 volts and it should be up around 12.75. When we got it started the alternator was registering 14 amps. Everything is good, just need to give the battery a charge and tighten the bolt on the negative post on the battery. Thank you Mike with Midwest Towing. I will recommend your services to others that need a tow or roadside assistance.

I liked the notifications and confirmation I received after making the appointment. Driver was there to pick up my truck a little earlier than promised and very personable.
