OK ladies get set. This auto care center is unbelievable.The men are gentlemen. The quotes come with photosyes ladies so you can see what needs to be repairedunderneath the hood. Towing service. Car loaner service.Service done in a timely manner complete with warranty.Yes labor rates are high like the dealerships. But come on,these mechanics are for real. Truly truly the best service!Thank you Devon and the Meineke crew on 48th.Highly recommended!Becky, a 4 time customer

Excellent shop with very friendly staff. They got me in on very short notice for an oil change, and had me in and out in no time. They perform a very thorough inspection process with the oil change service, but don t try to sell you stuff you don t need. Both service staff I interacted were extremely accommodating and very friendly. As long as I m working in the North Lincoln area I will definitely come back here again.

I would highly recommend Meineke to anyone looking for quality service by trust worthy professionals. They are completely transparent in the work they do and the work that needs to be done. They are no pressure when it comes to things that need attention and will provide you honest feedback. The services they provide are reasonable in cost. Devin, Mike and Andrew are awesome to work with!

Had an issue with a company vehicle. I was able to get in virtually the next day. Most other places in town were out almost 2 weeks plus. They communicated the whole process above expectation and will get all of my future personal or work business

The team was very knowledgeable and personable. Got me in on short notice. Talked to me about the repairs and other services they found during their inspection. They weren't pushy on the extra work. The repair was done in a timely manner. Great customer service. Definitely will go back.

I have always sworn by Meineke. I have never met a rude employee/manager at any location (ive been to omaha,NE, Peoria, IL, and this location which is in Lincoln) and even if a mistake is made, they are quick to correct it. No shady business practices here! Absolutely thrilled with my transmission and oil change. Car drives like new, thank you!

My oil change appointment went very quickly and they checked all the other fluids, tires (will rotate if needed, included) etc. Let me know my wiper blades were pretty worn ( which I knew but kept forgetting about) and they had some in stock. I had them put those on and it only added a couple minutes. Great job guys! I will be returning for my next oil change.Services: Wiper blade installation, Oil change

On time, kind & friendly. I went in for an oil change & the tech suggested other issues with my vehicle. Suggested that one potentially expensive fix was unnecessary. I appreciate honest quality service. Recommend.

So imagine if you will waking up to not 1 but 2 flat tires. Yep vandals hit us and our nieghbors. Called Meineke they sent a tow truck at no expense to us and had the truck ready to roll by 4 o'clock. Just amazing! Our nieghbor who went through another place had to wait 4 days to get thier car back. So grateful for Devin and his team they really saved us time and more importantly money. Will so be going back to them!

I can't thank them enough. I brought my car in to diagnose a suspension rattle. They inspected the whole car and found a leak in the plastic oil filter housing. I had no idea...Called the dealer, I still have 1 month left on my drive train warranty.Saved me a bucket of money. THANK YOU!Ps, if you're thinking of buying a car, I recommend the thier inspection before you buy. A great value.

Very nice, they got my car towed quickly, and contacted my warrant company so I didn t have too. They went over all charges and explained everything in detail. They were also very nice and have great customer service.

I have had your company work on my Blazer, and they fixed the problems I was experiencing. They came and picked up the Blazer, did a free inspection and found several issues. They called me and told me what was wrong, and I told them to fix it. My Blazer runs great now!!I was very impressed with all the employees there, because they treated me very nicely and did a great job.That is why 2 weeks later, I was having trouble with my Charger, and Meineke did some tests on it and found the problem! I would recommend Meineke to anyone that I know. That is how to run a business!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance

My car has had the same problem for almost a year and no one else I took it to was able to fix it. Dennis did amazing work, found the problem, fixed it, and kept me informed the whole time! What the dealership had called an unsolvable problem, or priced me for multiple thousands of dollars, Dennis was able to fix for a very reasonable price, in less than a day, while checking everything else in the process.
