I had great service here. From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by Andrew to later in the day when I picked up my vehicle. He answered all my questions and they got my car in that same day. The price was reasonable and they also offer 2 types pf financing and also free tows to the shop. Def will be going here from now on and would 100% recommend. Thank you for your great service!

The company I work for takes all their vehicles to meineke for everything we need and they have always been the best! So it was a no brainer to take my personal vehicles here for work that was above my head. The staff is always super nice and never belittles my own knowledge of may or may not be wrong with my cars. I feel they might be a bit expensive but that never bothers me when it come to the service I receive in return! Simply the best people to work with and very knowledgeable about all types of vehicles! I will continue to take my vehicles here for service! Thanks again guys!

Vehicle was towed in quickly. Problem was detected quickly to be battery. No other issues were indicated. A day after replacing battery found battery cable connection to be bad on the positive. Thought I was getting a diagnosis done as I explained the vehicle was recently purchased used from a private owner needed to know what all was wrong with it. I had previously used their services before with a different vehicle and received an email with everything that was wrong with it down to the headlights. So not sure if it was a misunderstanding or possible change in procedures. Will continue to use their services just will be more precise in what I'm wanting.

The staff are always so knowledgeable and kind, even when I come with 5 million out-of-place questions. They are not pushy about services that are not needed or can wait, but do list everything they see could be a future issue in the very detailed report send before starting the work (with pictures)! They always verify all prices before completing anything so there is never a surprise when it s time to pay and the communication is always quick and helpful. I love the texting feature. I choose Meineke every time I need work done and I ve never been disappointed!

My power steering went out unexpectedly so I called the first place that was recommended to me. The free towing was amazing and so convenient. Andrew gave me a price for the repair and unfortunately it was just too much for me. He helped me figure out options and haggled a bit with me on prices that fit my budget better to get me back on the road. I am a single mom that doesn t usually have the extra money laying around for these types of things. A lot of places I ve been would have been like This is what you need so take it or here s your broken car back! I appreciate so much the customer service and compassion I was shown in this extremely stressful circumstance. Thank you Andrew and the Meineke team!

Highly recommend automotive services. Communicate well on the work being done, prices of service and when work will be completed. Also would like to recommend one of their mechanics - Nick Mares. Very professional/talented mechanic and has always done great work on my automobiles

I am impressed with how my warranty claim was handled at the local shop.I spoke with Mike, and he had my vehicle towed to their shop within 30 minutes or so. Other than the misunderstanding of leaving my window down on a drizzly day everything was above par.My plans are to use this shop as my go to since they are familiar with my warranty service, and they are close to my house.

No heat in my car with temperatures way below zero. I called several places that couldn't get me in for days, weeks, & the dealership was over a month! They were able to get me in, fix it & back out within hours! Gave me a ride to & from the shop too!! Above & beyond! Will go there for everything now! Thank you!!

Meineke was extremely helpful. Every person I spoke with was accommodating and understanding of my situation. I was able to get 2 cars in and have them fixed in hours. I will be taking my business there going forward.

Great group of guys, they show you want your vehicle needs done but allow you to make the final decision. Their great work is why a brunch of us also take our work trucks to them as well

They did not do a thorough inspection. The mechanic was unable to see an idle problem that was evident within minutes of driving the car. He said they took for a drive but I m sure that meant driving it into the stall. The inspection was $75 & I m no closer to having my car fixed. In their inspection, they found a low tire & didn t even bother filling it. They literally let me drive out of their shop with a low tire. I guess air costs extra? I did not get my moneys worth on the inspection but they are so over priced, I would not have opted to let them do the work anyway. Go to your little guys, they actually put pride into their work.

Do yourself a favor and bring your car in to Meineke. Consistently outstanding, exceeds my expectations every time. Angie is always so friendly and Nick will make sure your car is taken care of. 11/10

I have been coming to Meineke for awhile, the staff is kind and never pressure you into anything. They are honest about when something needs to be taken care of immediately or if you are safe to wait a little.

The staff at Meineke are great! Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. They took great care of my vehicle, were very transparent and up front on the costs and what exactly they would be doing, and got all repairs done very quickly! Not only that, but they provided me with a loaner vehicle free of charge while mine was being repaired, since it would be there overnight. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I usually go there for oil changes, tires, maintenance and for other fixes that I may have. Easy to work with, and have used a courtesy car when necessary. Able to explain what is wrong, what is needed and provide quotes. I took my Nissan Murano in to have a driver's seat panel replaced. The store is clean and spacious, the waiting area is large with comfortable chairs, a tv, a coffee/tea machine and cold bottled water. Not to mention the Dum Dum suckers stuck in several cups, bouquet-like, scattered around the shop.They noticed I was overdue for an oil change, and asked if I wanted to have them add that to my service today. I agreed, and they took care of it without trying to upsell me with an additional air filter, muffler bearing or blinker fluid.I figured the oil change would add quite a bit to my waiting time, but I was wrong. They got my panel installed and the oil changed so quickly that when Angie announced that my car was ready, I was surprised.The cost was exactly as estimated, and I left there happy. Plus, as a bonus- I found a new sucker flavor- cinnamon roll! Yum!Service: Electrical repair

Everyone there was super friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in with no trouble and performed the services quickly. During the usual inspection review phase of the oil change the gentleman working the front desk went over issues with my vehicle highlighting which ones were the most urgent without any pressure whatsoever. I had been going to the dealership prior to this visit to Meineke and highly doubt I ll ever go back. They ve got great people, fair prices and White Elm is literally next door if you want to have a beer while you wait. 11/10 will be back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Extremely friendly and helpful. My car runs so much better after being serviced. There was clear communication through the entire process and the use of the loaner was an added benefit. Wow. I can't say enough about Devin and his commitment to customer service. I own a catering company (doorstep diner catering) with 7 delivery vehicles and moved our fleet over to him about 6 months ago. The service is incredible. The work is top notch. I brought my personal vehicle in as well and these are honest, outstanding humans who went above and beyond.

Took 3 attempts to install the type of alternator required in my car. I drive a Kia, they installed 2 different after market alternators before they figured out my car requires Kia made parts. This is the type of information you expect the mechanic to already know. I took my car back to the shop after this had happened, because the employees are so nice, however after my oil change they stated I needed a test ran to find the oil leak my car had, as well as new struts, new wiper blades, new license plate light, and new tires.I didn't act on any of their concerns except installation of a new license plate bulb. With a second opinion the only thing my car needed was struts. -Not wiper blades, tires, and no oil leak. I will not be returning to the this shop. they are sloppy and dishonest.

I happened to get two flat tires, from a violent curb check, across the street from this Meineke location. The owners wife was the first on the scene and asked if I needed help. She went back to the shop to initiate a FREE tow truck. The owner, Mike, walked up the hill with a bottle of water, as the temperature was 104�! They were certain they could put on new tires but doubted they could find a similar wheel/rim. A couple of phone calls later they located a used, but matching wheel! That was impressive! A new employee, 2nd day on the job, crossed Van Dorn St. during 5:00 traffic to retrieve my side mirror cover, that was laying in the ditch. A sheet of plastic from underneath flipped up and tore it off. Way to go new employee! They replaced, aligned and completed all of this within four hours, for me to travel back to my hometown. I even got a small healthcare discount! I would recommend their service to anyone. Not only were they transparent with individual fees, Customer service was a remarkable and personable! If we lived in Lincoln, I would take our vehicles there for everything! I was blessed by them in so many ways!!Service: Tires
