The entire experience was great given the circumstances. I didn t like the fact I had to repair my vehicle after someone hit me but Scott made the process easy. He handled communication with the at fault party s carrier and kept me informed throughout. The finished product was also stellar. If you need body work, Joe s should be at the top of the list of options.

Nothing but good things to say about Scott at Joe s Body Shop. Being a female with little mechanical knowledge visiting a body shop can be very intimidating and often come with a fear of being screwed over. Scott walked me through all of my choices in a calm and kind manner and was super responsive over email. My bumper is all fixed and I d recommend Joe s Body Shop to all my friends:)

Managing a service center myself, I can't say enough about Joe's! Scott is nothing short of knowledgeable, professional and courteous in every way! From the minute you walk in the door, you can tell it is a clean top notch facility! Highly recommended!

Joe s Body Shop is a fantastic place to bring your vehicle! Scott was very responsive and communicative throughout the process from the estimate to the end. The car turned out great, and they detailed the inside as well! Scott made sure the parts needed to fix my car were ordered and in before I brought my car in. I even got my car back earlier than expected!! I definitely recommend Joe s!!!

Took my vehicle to Joe s for repairs after an accident. Scott was very helpful, kind and informative throughout the entire process. He communicated the status of my repairs throughout the time that they had my vehicle. I took my vehicle in for an estimate in the morning and by the afternoon, they had sent the estimate off to my insurance company. They got things rolling for my vehicle as soon as they could. When I got my vehicle back, it looked brand new. Very pleased with my experience with them. I will be taking our vehicles to them from now on and referring everyone I know to them as well!

Amazing bodyshop. Scott is incredibly nice and accommodating. They really went above and beyond my expectations. They did an unbelievable job on my car and was very surprised when I got my car back and how quickly it was done as well.

I had a great experience with Joe's. I was constantly informed on what was happening with my vehicle. They checked with me when some replacement parts were less than perfect and kept me up to date with how a large snow storm was affecting parts delivery and letting me know the new timeline. They took care of all the communication with the responsible party and the rental car company so I didn't have to worry about anything.Service: Body & Trim

I will always take my car here anytime I need any repairs. The customer service provided, as well as the quality of the work done is totally worth the price. Scott will work with insurance to make sure your repair is covered, as well as make sure the work is completed as quickly as possible. My son was involved in a collision. In the end, we were not able to repair his car, but I am so thankful to Joe's for their advice and information. Scott took the time to talk me through the condition of my car and prepare me for what insurance may tell us. He was very patient and informative. I have no doubt that he would have done a great job with our car, if it was repairable.

This was a great experience, at what started out awful. Got hit in my brand new 2019 Honda. Took it to the folks at Joe's and they couldn't have been nicer. When I got my car back it looked like brand new again. My friend who was with me when I picked it up couldn't even tell what side it had been hit on. Will always go back if I need repairs. Super happy!
