I had never used Jensen before. Called and got me an appointment within 24 hours, I dropped off early and they called told me the cost which was reasonable and they had it done before my appointment time. Really enjoyed my experience.

Always receive excellent service. Friendly, professional, efficient service whether scheduling a maintenance service or dropping by to get air in my tires. Jensen is always my first choice for tire purchases and vehicle service.

I was referred to Jensen by my father who had recently serviced his truck at this location and felt they were reasonable and honest in that experience. When my father found out about the cost of service to my vehicle, he was shocked and felt I was being taken advantage of. Going up the street to their competitor would have been a fraction of the price after further research. He discussed his frustrations with the Jensen employee at time of check out and provided examples of local competitor fees for the same job but it was not even considered and was completely shrugged off.I dropped my car off in the morning a provided the code for my check engine light for a single cylinder (3) misfiring. They charged me $150 for a diagnostic to tell me the same thing I had already told them. The service and fix were fast, but the price was EXTREMELY high overall to replace 6 sparks plugs and 1 single coil. The itemized receipt also included hidden fees such as "environmental charges" for $70 that were not applicable to my service. When asking the gentleman what that meant when it doesn't apply to my service, he said, "It goes towards the paper mats and / or cleaning/chemicals. They would apply that charge to those materials."Furthermore, I was not thanked for my business a single time upon checking out. I will not be back and suggest reviewing a detailed itemized invoice of charges before agreeing to any services along with doing your research to avoid getting completely taken.

We are extremely disappointed with our visit. My car was there 3 months ago for a tire rotation and was told that o needed an alignment, so we had them complete it. Fast forward 3 months, I took my car back for another tire rotation and was again told that I needed an alignment, however this time the cost would be $100 more than the previous alignment. When we went to pick up the car and questioned why it would need another alignment in 3 months and why it was $100 more, we were told it could be due to the roads or maybe the car hit something. I can assure you, nothing was hit by my car and most of the traveling is on the highway as I work out of town. We were told the cost was more because of all the points that were out of alignment. They gave me 2 papers with what was out of alignment and how they fixed them, which is something I never received 3 months ago with my invoice. When I questioned why I never received this previously, they asked if I was questioning whether or not they completed the alignment. I m wondering that same thing now! When getting home, I thought I d compare the alignment codes and cost from my previous invoice to my current one and was shocked to see that they gave me someone else s invoice, so I have another customers personal information, including address, make/model of their car, their VIN number and mileage, so I m betting they have mine! CONCERN?!!!!! When calling them about this, they emailed me my invoice and to my amazement, both invoices show the same alignment code and description, but one was $100 more. I cannot help but feel like I ve been scammed and am left wondering if they even completed the alignment 3 months ago. You can bet I ll be taking my car elsewhere and will be sure to voice my experience and concerns with others.

Twice I ve taken tires in for repair. Twice I ve been told the hole is too close to the side and it can t be repaired. The first time I bought a new tire. This time I m getting a second opinion. In their favor, they didn t charge me for the diagnosis. P.S. The second opinion was the same. I bought another set of tires from Jensen, this time with the road hazard warranty added.

Went in for a tire alignment, didn't do the job, still had previous marks from new suspension. Charged me, but did give me my money back when I came back to shop.
