I arrived at the dealership needing repairs to allow my truck to be driven in the immediate future. Several parts were needed to be ordered with a 2-3 day wait. The service agent managed to get the parts the next day and effect my repair the day after. The service department exceeded my expectations in every way and managed to get my vehicle back to me allowing me to use my vehicle for an out-of-town trip that very weekend. I applaud the efforts and professionalism exemplified by the service department in getting my truck back to me in such a timely manner.

I was hesitant to switch over from the make of vehicle and dealership I have used for decades. I was however extremely pleased with the courteous treatment and sincere efforts by the staff to meet my requirements and provide a solid deal on the new vehicle I leased. I am excited to continue a relationship with Chevrolet and this dealer going forward!

My service advisor was great! Unfortunately they weren't able to duplicate the issue my new car was having. But he was very kind and professional. My only issue was that when I got my car back (brand new 2024 Buick Encore GT), it was filthy. The mats had dirt everywhere, the door had dirt smeared on it, and the steering wheel had what looked like dried GOOP hand cleaner on it. It had crusted on my controls of the right side of the steering wheel. I have worked for dealerships, including Husker Auto in 2000. We NEVER would have released a car to the customer like that. They took it back to the detail shop and vacuumed and wiped it down after I told them about it. That part was unacceptable. Otherwise the service was fair.

Thank goodness for Marty Upton. I ran into a problem. I need to be out of town for a few days and was low on oil. I called Marty and asked if I could get my car in and he got me in even though they were very busy. I cannot thank him enough. I feel so much better after he has checked over my vehicle. I no use your service because of Marty.

Marshal was so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Most of the features on the vehicle are new to me and he explained them all very well. He was also always ready and waiting for me with our scheduled appointments, I never had to wait for him. He is very personable and eager to help. He provided the best buying experience I have ever had and I felt comfortable leaving the lot knowing I could still call and ask him questions if I had them. I appreciate my experience at Husker Auto and it was a very smooth buying experience.

Our salesman was canaan Janicek he sold my husband and my self a beautiful blue canyon Truck, he was the best salesman person we have had in awhile. He was very kind not pushy he was also very kind to our puppy Lu Lu. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he sold us. To us he is a great salesman a 10 plus. We also delt with Larry he is Canaans boss he was also very helpful to us, he worked things around so all we needed was our car as a trade in. Great guy. Next there is Chad the financial brain he was also very helpful they were all 3 a great team . 3 great men that I would say deserve 10+. We will tell everyone how great they were to us. We live over 6 hours away, we had been looking for a new pickup for months and my husband found they had the one we wanted here, myself and my kids were heading to Lincoln for a volleyball game and stopped in to look at and test drive the pickup. We decided we were going to purchase it. We had to get the the v-ball game so we left the pickup there for them to detail it. Scott, the salesman, called a while after we left and said the passenger mirror had been damaged. They assured me it would make it down the road and would order the parts, the catch, I would have to drive back across the state to get it fixed, so they could claim it as a warranty issue! (Not a warranty issue as it wasn t defective to begin with) Oh, they would compensate us with a tank of gas. As I would have to take time off work, hotel rooms, food and many miles on my pickup. I said we had a GMC dealer 45 miles from us and they could send the part there. He then informed me he would talk to his manager. The next week we heard from Kirk the manager and he stated it was fine to ship the parts to our dealership! This was on November 17, 2023, needless to say, 3 months later, I don t have a fixed mirror, I am driving around with duct tape on an $80,000 pickup! And nobody will return our calls. We ve both called numerous times with no return calls. There s a lot more to the story, a lot more that the dealership has dropped, but this is the short version

My Tahoe had a new rim put on a tire on April 6, 2024. Yesterday while driving the tire fell off my Tahoe went down the street and hit two more cars. Husker auto did not get the lugnuts on the tire tight. There was a lot of damage to my tahoe and damage to other cars. I had to find someone to tow my car they did not help. Sure they are paying for repairs which they should but someone could have been injured very badly because of the neglect of whomever put the tire on and for no one making sure that person did their job correctly.

We found a vehicle that we really liked and the price was right. The salesperson, manager, and financial manager were very professional, kind, and able to answer all our questions. They made sure we left the lot feeling comfortable and confident with our purchase.

Had a master cylinder failure on my 2021 Yukon Denali so they ended up having to replace everything that the fluid touched so took a while. Husker supplied us with a rental car which we appreciated! I love working with this dealership!!

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. We had gone to Beardmore Chevrolet the weekend before buying here and our experience was less than commendable. As a matter of fact, I had so much anxiety going into Husker Auto Group that I felt sick. However, from the moment we walked in until the moment we drove away, we were guided, supported, assisted, and NEVER pressured. Mickey, Larry, Jesse, and Lorenz were all outstanding and I have already referred a couple of people to your dealership. I have never had such an excellent buying experience in my life. Mickey is to be especially commended as he learned all the features on the car in a short period of time just so he could show me what everything does. You have earned a customer for life.

Finance guy Chad is not transparent and changed the terms out our finance without releasing it until we got home and had time to look over everything. I asked him about gm special financing and couldn't answer my question about it. There were other issues that I realized after we got home. We will not be coming back to get another vehicle. Even calling back wasn't helpful. Chad is a liar and not an honest person saying that we forgot what we told him.

0 stars! I bought a used car here from Chaz. I test drove the car and it had a smell so I asked Chaz to take it in and have it checked out by the service department to make sure it was a solid car before I put out the money for it. He assured me the car was checked out. With in days the smell returned and smoke was coming out and I took it to another shop because their shop at Husker was too busy to check it out for another week. This independent shop gave me devastating news that it had a major oil leak and would cost thousands to repair. That shop also said this problem was not a new failure and was already there when I purchased the car. I told Chaz that I had limited income and wanted to make sure this was a good vehicle. Terrible customer service here with NO INTEGRITY, you are definitely a dollar sign not a person here.

I traded in a 2011 Audi and purchased a 2019 Acura TLX on 10/18/23. I usually don't write reviews, but here goes. My experience with Husker Auto was not good. After we came to an agreement on the car, I asked what and extended warranty would cost. They gave me the runaround for a while on an extended warranty price, then they came back with a price of $5900.00 more than 33% of what my loan would've been. I declined for obvious reasons, then he came back with another price of $3600, I declined again. After I declined their ridiculous extended warranty I didn't feel welcome anymore. They shut down and didn't say a word to me after that. I signed the paperwork and left. When I get the car, I thought they would have at least another key fob for the car if not maybe the actual key for the car, NOPE. They are sending over someone over to make me a key, after the fact. It has been a week, I don't know how to feel. I am starting to resent the car because of how I was treated. At this moment I would be happy to take this car back and drive off in my old car! I should be happy with my car, but my experience with Husker Finance was horrible to say the least. I paid you what you wanted for the car, I didn't haggle, and got a cold shoulder. At this time I would gladly bring back your car and take my Audi back. Also when I got my paperwork for my loan, they told me my interest would be @ 6%. The paperwork showed up and it is over 9%.

Attempted to purchase a car After dealing with a salesperson for 2 days, getting some videos and answering my questions I have since gotten no response. It also took several attempts for them to send a video and text me after being told they did so. I even replied to a manager, how was your experience email explaining everything and yet again, no response. At one point while speaking with the salesman I was told Warren Buffet owns their dealership. I don t think he would be impressed.

Our experience with the dealership was excellent! After a long, stressful day of car shopping it was so nice to walk onto the lot and be treated like a human being rather than a check book. We told our salesman, Cristian exactly what we were looking for and he advised there were two on the lot that matched our requirements - one was potentially in the process of being purchased but the other was still available. We looked at it, liked it, and went back inside to get to work on the negotiation process. The process was smooth and we loved that the dealership was willing to work with our budget and get the price down to a number that we were comfortable with - not a whole lot of back and forth which was incredible! While we went to work with the finance department, Cristian went outside with my father and kids, to help transfer our belongings over from the old car (we traded it in) to the new car. He was so pleasant and made us feel so comfortable to be there and made sure we were happy with our purchase! Even in the finance department, Keith was awesome as well! He was quick and efficient, and answer our random questions. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase.

I purchased a low mileage, 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan with the black top package in September 2023. The sales person I worked with was "Matt". Matt was nice and easy to work with.I did look the car over for any rust or damage, but it was a cloudy day and somewhat rainy. The dealership was not really negotiable on price, and in not so many words told me the van would sell without lowering their price. The dealership agreed to come down a few hundred dollars on price if I used their financing. Matt told me he had no idea what the interest rate would be, and that the finance people would talk to me about that.I worked with Jesse in finance. My experience with the finance team was not super great, even though my credit is really good. When I have financed with dealerships in the past, the dealerships have shopped around the loan with several banks in the area and typically present you with multiple options. This wasn't the case here. Jesse at Husker Auto Group stuck me with GM Financial with no other options. I asked for a 48 month term, and Jesse told me they could only do a 60 month term because the loan to value ratio was too high....if this were actually the case then they would want a shorter loan term. The interest rate was super high and not competitive. Jesse tried to do the typical "push a car warranty and gap insurance" down your throat, which I declined. Jesse was somewhat frustrated with me declining this and told me these were products "You will actually use". Overall, my experience with the finance department is that they must get a cut of the interest rate from GM Financial, which is why they stuck me with them with a terrible interest rate and undesirable term.Picking the vehicle up took a couple of days so that the service team could do their safety inspection. I received the car, and within the first couple of days noticed that the rear blower motor didn't work. This is odd, because allegedly the service team checked the front blower motor, and fixed it due to not working properly...how did they miss the rear blower motor? I am a former mechanic and determined the rear blower motor relay was bad, and fixed this myself for about $30. Also, the second key I was given didn't work as it had lost it's programming...another $60 I shouldn't have had to pay.A couple of days later, I noticed in certain sunlight, some imperfections in the paint on the driver's side fender and the driver's side of the hood. I took this to a detail shop and they told me the van had been repainted on the driver's side and the imperfections were paint over spray. Not only that, but the driver's side door had some paint sag. Overall, to fix the over spray and the paint sag will cost me about $1000.Interestingly enough, my sales person "Matt" called me after I discovered all of this and asked how I was enjoying the "new to me" van. I laid all of the above out to him. Matt didn't seem interested in talking about the additional repairs I had to or would have to pay for, but did let me know he would let his manager know about my experience with the finance team.Overall, if you do end up purchasing a vehicle here, maybe get a second opinion from a shop you trust. My impression is that these guys are only interested in your wallet, and not your satisfaction.

My sister, son and I were heading to the husker volleyball game at Memorial Stadium. We had a flat tire on our jeep cherokee as we were coming into town. We weren't sure who to turn to but saw they were the closest servicing shop so we tried them.They quickly put the spare tire on. Didn't take much time at all.We were able to get to the game on time and everything.I will always recommend these guys for their attentiveness and fair pricing as well.Might seem like it was a simple task for them that day but when you're in that situation it's good to have dependable service!

Aaron W. was a great guy to work with. He answered all my questions and was matter of fact and to the point(which is just what I want). Lorenz in financing was very thorough and answered all my questions. My only complaint is that I had made an inquiry through the website originally on 8/26 and between 8/26 and 8/31 I received 28 texts/phone calls/emails from a salesperson (Scott) at Husker Chevrolet that was so annoying. For that reason when I went to purchase a car at Husker Chevrolet I went with a different salesperson. 28 communications in a 5 day time period is just ridiculous and why only 4/5 stars. Overall though, I would buy from them again.

The sales team was amazing. From start to finish, I felt like they were there to help me find the best deal for me. I had many questions throughout the process and they answered every one. The financial consultant at the end was extremely nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me, and I felt good driving away in my new car.
