If I could give Stonebriar Chevrolet any NEGATIVE stars I would not hesitate! ABSOLUTELY the WORST experience of trying to buy a car I ve ever had! I negotiated a sales price and told we had a deal contingent on financing. I filled out the Credit App as requested. I have very GOOD credit and a high Income. After 3 days dealing with them, they called me to say they would not honor the price because they realized they made a bad deal. The Used Car Manager called me and said, "the other manager is new and made a bad deal." and they would not HONOR the price quoted. Instead wanted to charge me $3K more than the priced we negotiated. BEWARE! They also tried to ADD "Reconditioning" fees on top of the list price. $190 Air Filters, $200 Oil Change, $250 Touch Up Fee, $275 Used Car Check Out. CROOKS! DISHONEST!

Do not recommend buying a used car from them. I bought a used car that had a Carfax with no accidents and they said they had everything fixed. The next day the back door wouldn t open and the engine light went on. Took it in to get it fixed at the same place and it was not even fixed after they were done with it. Not even 6 months later the heat wouldn t work. Tried to take it in again but the warranty I bought through them won t cover it. Highly do not recommend!!

Great experience with this Dealership. Purchased a new 2024 Yukon AT4. Marshall did a great job getting me setup with the GMC app and walked me through everything. Also followed up with me making sure I was completely satisfied. Start to finish 5 Stars.

Very happy with my experience at Husker Auto. Drove 200 miles to purchase the vehicle not knowing what to expect when I got there. It was exactly how Mr. Keys described. The communication through text, email, and phone calls was also great. Thank you Mr. Keys and Husker Auto for a positive buying experience.

Terrible customer service. Had an 11:00 appointment on Monday. Drop the car off on Friday night. It is now Thursday and no communication. I called 3 different people at Husker and no answer. 4th time car has been in with the same problem, after spending $14K on a new motor. HELP me spread the word!!!!

Bait and Switch on pricing. Run, Run, Run!!!!Went in looking at a used 2022 Chevrolet pickup. Would not budge on price and said they add a 2,999 reconditioning fee to the price to make up for all the detailing and fixes they make. That 3k should be added into the price, they said they don't because no one would come on lot to look at cars so they purposely have fake low prices.If you see a price from this dealership just know they are going to tack on about 3k.Also we told mgmt we were serious and they wouldn't discount. Said it would go to auction by end of next week but would not discount. No thanks and enjoy sending cars to auction. Have tried twice to buy a car at Stonebriar and customer service is so bad

I called Stonebriar Chevy ( Service Dept )to get more info about a tire on my daughter s vehicle that had a nail imbedded and she was putting air every two days or so . My wife and I were in another city and I was attempting to handle the situation . I needed more info from the service department about the tire warranty. I called 6 times attempting to speak with anyone. I went thru the prompts without any success until the operator answered. After explaining the situation she forward me to the service department again in which I left a detailed message for Caleb in which he has yet to respond . It s been almost two days now . It is easier to reach a salesperson to purchase a vehicle but difficult to reach a person for other questions. Thankfully we were able to resolve the problem on our own .

Richard is a GREAT salesman! It was down pouring cats and dogs here in Lincoln and I asked about taking a test drive and with no hesitation he said YES! With streets flooding and wipers going as fast as they can go I Definitely got a TRUE test drive in adverse conditions!Also he is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot.

Don t buy used from these crooks. Bought a used Kia from them in July and have nothing but issues. There was an accident they didn t report to me, had to spent over $500 fixing the airbag that wasn t reinstalled correctly. Left messages for multiple managers and never heard back. Absolutely the worst car experience.

One star because I couldn t even get out of my vehicle without a sales guy wearing an Iowa hock eye shirt jumps on us. I m sorry but at least let us get out of our vehicle! He even waited standing staring us down for 5 minutes till we got out. Then kept bugging until we just got back in the car. Won t come back.

We had a great experience this weekend at Husker Auto! We have been in the market for a minivan for our family, and we had set up several appointments with other dealerships to test drive only to arrive and find that the vehicle had been sold. Josh M, our salesman, did a wonderful job keeping us updated on inventory and having our desired vehicle ready for us prior to our appointment. He and Hector, the finance manager, took great care of us and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family! Thanks, Josh & Hector! We will definitely be back next time we are in the market for a vehicle!

Tried to call and talk to people about getting work done on vehicle. Called multiple times thru out the day and left messages for 4 days no one called me back. Finally called to talk to boss of service center finally got a call back after two days of leaving messages. They had my car the first time for over 6 weeks and I ve had it back for 1 month and car is not fixed right after I spent over 5 thousand dollars to get it fixed. May not be a lot of money for some people but for me that is a lot of money. I have a warranty on the work done so hopefully they honor that. But I work til early morning and apparently they have no loaner cars so don t know how I can get car fixed right with no way to eat home from work or really go because I d have to leave about 2 hours early to catch 2 buses but no way home at 2 am. This sucks.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever had from any company!!! Had my car for 4. MonthsAnd never even fixed it and what in return my calls. Discount needs to go under bad bad bad customer service. To add to it all I think they should have paid the tow bill. Husker Mercedes just needs to shut their doors.

I want to start by saying Julian made buying a car for the first time, too easy! Got me a good price, was courteous, and was aimed on getting me what I wanted. In love with my new car!!!! Couldn t have asked for a better experience.

We have purchased many vehicles from many different dealers and this has to be the worst experience. The vehicle we purchased from Husker Auto Group was a used vehicle. Luckily we had our mechanic check it out. It had a head gasket seep or what our mechanic called a leak. When we brought it up to them they said oh yeah, we know BUT they never told us. So we had them throw in a warranty to cover fixing the issue. As we knew that if we didn t buy the car they would turn around and sell it to the next person without telling them. Mind you our mechanic stated the fix would be $2500. The funniest part is they asked us to finance the car so that they could get the credit for the loan and to keep the loan for 6 months on a gentleman s agreement . Only wanted to be a gentleman when it worked for them.Yeah paid that off the second I got the paperwork from the loan company.Buyer beware- have your own mechanic check out any vehicles you would buy from here.

Great Customer Service! I recently drove up to Omaha, to visit my daughter. When I got here my car would not start. I immediately called the Omaha Mercedes service department. At first I was told I could bring it in. I explained it would not start. After getting it to start I called back and was told I would not be able to bring it in for three weeks. I was only going to be in town for a couple of weeks and had a 6 hour drive home. I asked to speak to the service manager and was told they would all me back, they didn t of course. I was then told to call the Lincoln dealership as they may be able to help. THANK GOD I did!!!! I spoke with Julia in the service department and she immediately told me to bring the car over. I explained my situation and she was not only caring but, worried about me driving it home, which is a six hour trip. They took the time to completely look at my car and fixed the issue. I will be forever grateful for this dealership and especially Julia.

Friendly place to buy a pre-owned vehicle. Salesman Wade Darnall treated us fairly and finance specialist Keith Brooks got us a fantastic deal and made quick work of all the paperwork!! Highly recommend this business!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to Husker Auto back in 2019, and had an amazing experience, so I went back 1 year ago today to upgrade my vehicle. Since then, I am going on $15,000 worth of engine problems. I purchased the extended warranty they provided, because even though it was a 2019, I knew I wasn t going to be able to dole out $1000s for engine repairs if something went bad. Within 2 weeks, my check engine light was on with a problem so weird that it took 3 mechanics to diagnose it. When reaching out to Husker to inquire why they sold this car the GM of sales said, unfortunately there are no lemon laws in Nebraska protecting used cars, you could purchase the car, drive 1 block down the street and break down and we have no obligation to fix the car" and another fun remark fromhim was "what do you expect us to do, pull the engine out of every car we receive and inspect it to make sure there are no issues?" Actually I expect to purchase a $25,000 cat that does not require me to put $15,000 worth of mechanic work into it. Out of the year I ve had the car, made in 2019, I have had it in my possession for 1 month, March, without it being in the shop. Here s the kicker, Husker Auto ghosted me in October. I was having trouble with my extended warranty covering anything, fyi they covered nothing, and the GM of sales said that he would try to reach out to the warranty place. then stopped returning my phone calls. I received a random refund check from Husker, and was able to reach a sales rep that said he would try to figure out what the refund was. I was hoping that maybe that was them assisting in paying for the repairs. I still haven t heard from Husker since then, even though i ve made an appointment to get zaktek reapplied, which I have to cancel the appointment due to my car being in the shop AGAIN. Do not purchase from this company, they do not care about their reputation, as you can see from other reviews. No one at my current dealership could believe that another dealership would act like this.

The salesman, Aaron, was extremely helpful in sending photos and videos of the truck. The truck was very reasonably priced. When I got there, I was greeted with a great attitude and courtesy. The truck was clean and any imperfections were cleaned and touched up near perfect. They made my truck buying experience easy and great!If you re in the market for a vehicle, definitely give these guys a look!

This is probably one of the worst car dealerships I ve ever been to. My sister and I went in about a month ago to buy a car and the experience was somewhat okay. Chas was really great and helped us out a bunch had no problems with him. Keith Brooks was the finance guy and he seemed super nice until we found out that instead of having it a 5 year plan he changed it to a 6 year plan without letting us know that he changed it. All he said was that he got her a better interest rate but nothing about it being extended another year. Then now we re trying to get her car licensed and they never sent the title over to the court house. After she has told them 3 times on where to send it. She has been trying to contact them the last 3 days and no answer and no call back. We ve left voicemails to call us back and nothing. This is one of the worst experiences I ve ever had with a car dealership and will absolutely never be going there again

Just purchased a truck here. My salesperson Tre was attentive and helpful through the whole process. Top notch guy. Between Tre and Lorenz in finance, they managed to work a deal I couldn't believe. I was in a rough spot and they made it happen. I've got a truck I love for a price that fits my budget. Thank you gentlemen!

Had a good deal on a car, figured I'd grab it before someone else did. Haven't had any problems. I will say that employees were openly swearing in front of me, said "Don't come crying when the car breaks down when you drive it off the lot" for not getting their warranty, and tried to give me the car on an 1/8th of a tank. Julian in the pre-owned department and the deal are the only positives of this process as it took a total of 4 hours to get out of that place. I wouldn't shop here, there are better places out there.

My husband and i just purchased a vehicle from this business. At the time of purchase we were offered to have our windows tinted but they did not tell us we would have to pay. There was never a price given to us for the tint. We were charged $720 for tint on top of this I was told we could bring it in on a weekend, I tried canceling it many times and just do not get a call back from anybody. I have called and left messages nonstop With multiple people in the office to get our money back. No one has yet to return my calls. On top of the tint issue we signed up for the mpp protection plan. I just found out that our vehicle is to old for this plan and does not qualify. This company is continuing to charge us for this mpp plan we can not use. I have called on this issue multiple times now as well. We have had our vehicle a month now and nothing continues to be done. We just want this company to make things right. We came to this company expecting great service but all we continue to get is disappointment and regret for coming here to this place of business. A company who treats their customers with so much disrespect should not be getting peoples hard earned money or time.

Do not buy a used car from here unless you have money growing on trees. I bought a 2016 Chevy Cruze last August for $17,000. The night I drove it off the lot, the engine light came on. The next day I took it back and asked to return it and the salesman said no returns. The engine light was on for the camshaft. It was in the shop at least ten times and I replaced the solenoids a couple times, the actuator a couple times, the thermostat housing, then the fuel pump and the now a new engine. They refused to help pay me pay for a new engine so I asked for a trade in value as it is. The sales manger said they would give me $2,000 for it, but when I decided to sell back the sales manager changed his mind and said $500 only and that the $2,000 is what they would give me for a new car. So I m lost over $17,000 to them and have nothing to show it. Please don t go here. Buy a warranty if you do.

He and his crew go above and beyond to make sure my car is fixed correctly and in a timely manner. Marty is always courteous, and takes his time explaining car things so I understand. I highly recommend Husker Auto Group, just ask for Marty!

My wife and I just recently bought a car off their used lot and I feel they went above and beyond so I want to share our experience.First, their used inventory is incredible considering the used market right now. They had triple the inventory that any other dealer we went to had and very reasonable pricing.Next, the car we were looking at had exceptionally low miles, although it had minor cosmetic damage. They were very upfront with all the car s issues and were very happy to let us poke around and check it out for as long as we needed to feel comfortable with the purchase.When it comes to the purchase, this was the most painless and low pressure experience I ve had in a dealership. They didn t try to force the car on us or do similarly scummy practices in jacking up payments, interest, or the loan term.Lastly, we had a ton of issues, having recently moved across the country. The largest of which is that our bank has no local branches and no easy way to get the cash for our down payment. They worked with us, I talked it through with the bank, and we found a solution that worked out well.If I ever buy another car off a lot it ll be from Husker Auto Group. Also, Jose is the best salesman there, he s the man.
