I was very happy with the promptness they got my car in for service and how soon it was done. I originally asked for a more expensive Amsoil product and they explained to me why a different (and less expensive) product was better based on my driving. Very nice people!

Potential to be your next all in one shop. U-Haul, Phillips 66 Gas, Air, Food, Bait, ATM, Mechanic, Wiper Blades, Coffee, they offer a lot.My experience with their U-Haul business was pleasant. Their gas prices aren t the lowest in town so be sure to use the P66 app to get a discount. All in all a convenient place.

Great place to rent a Uhaul. I reserved a truck for a move on the Internet and it was cancelled through the "district office" for some reason. This wasn't a problem though on a busy Saturday as they still got me set up with the van I needed in no time and I was on my way.

We drove in to Lincoln from Minneapolis for the weekend. Our car was making a noise. We called HIS and they got us in right away. They were very friendly, honest and helpful. Our car needed breaks. They assured us we were safe to drive the 6 hours home and get breaks at home. This family-owned business is a gem! So thankful we called their number.

Terrible experience with this shop! I first brought my vehicle to them in an emergency. They forced me to wait 3 days before even looking at my vehicle after I had told them all I needed was brake pads and 1 new brake caliper. They kept telling me my vehicle was next over those several days, my kids missed 2 days of school because of delays. When they finally did work on my truck the quoted me one price on the phone then charged me something completely different. Also put parts on my vehicle I didn't ask for nor did I approve and of course charged me extra for that. To make it even worse the parts they put on are not safe for me to drive on. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP, they will deceive you and overcharge you. I was charged $237.00 in labor for less than an hour actual work and at least an 80% mark up on parts. They are scammers!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service. H.I.S. Auto Care is reliable and trustworthy. They were very patient with me after I came up with a flat tire last minute. Thank you to Chandler, the mechanic who worked on my car. DO NOT have your car serviced at H.I.S. Autocare at 70th and Van Dorn!! This is the WORST run place I have ever come across! Their appointment bookings MEAN NOTHING!! I made an appoitment, dropped the car off and went home. Then i received a call that they are backed up and cannot get to it.

I don't recommend this place to anyone; I took my car there to clear check the engine light, and they cleared it and charged me $66, and while I was on my way it came again. The next day I headed there, and they said that the staff member who worked on your car is off and he will come tomorrow and we will give you a call, so the staff member came to work in next day and they didn't give me a call, I drove my car there, the person who worked on my car didn't come and talk to me, however, the cashier said that he is booked until Tuesday and won't be able to check your car, She asked me to go to Advance Auto parts and they should be able to take care of it, it took 16 minutes driving to get there and they said they can't clear the check engine light. This place doesn't value its customers. I can't give less than one star or I would.

The customer service was incredible. Most mechanics are hard to talk to or just straight up not good with people. Not these guys! The phone was answered everytime I called, they got me in and fixed in a couple hours, and updated me via phone calls anytime they had a concern or question about my car. Reasonable price and was actually less when paying then what I was quoted for initially. Shout out Martin for the help and extra work he put in for me, will go there again!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my mini-van here a few weeks ago and the team took amazing care of it and me. Everyone was friendly and the work was well done.Rico has also personally checked in periodically to make sure the van is running correctly. I definitely will be suggesting their work to everyone!

First time I went here it was a amazing place. However the second time the mechanics tried charging over double for repairs and wouldn't give me a quote without seeing the car which was fine until I went to pick it up and was charged 60 for them to look at it. I'm sorry bit there is in no way should cost almost 500 dollars. Another quote had 2 of them for 250. Won't be back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Needed emergency tire change. Website said open til midnight. Called at 420 pm. Was told all mechanics leave at 5. No one willing to stay maybe five minutes to provide service for emergency situation. What has happened to SERVICE in thi country?? ARGH on this SERVICE???? station. I also read on another review that owner stated that at his business that customers always come first. Huh that's NOT what I got from his employees. They were more excited to go home on Friday night than help a paying customer.

When I asked for an oil change, they did just that and nothing else. They did provide a free evaluation and recommendations on how to go further, but there was no pressure!Second time I left my car with them, I thought there was something wrong with my AC compressor, but they checked on it, and nothing was actually wrong with it. Because nothing was fixed, it was free of charge.Best place I brought my car to in Lincoln. Highly recommend.

I recently took in my Dodge Journey for some service needs. H.I.S. put on my tires for me and test drove, as well as repairing my front breaks. A mechanic called to confirm with me what was going to be completed and also gave me an estimate of services. They also gave me a ride to and from my apartment while my car was being worked on. Impressed with the quality and price of services. Will definitely be returning in the future!!!Services: Tires, Brakes, Brake service & repair

Best Shop in town! good prices! Almost always done right*! I've taken lots of vehicles to them to have them fixed they can handle anything from Corvettes Mustangs Ninjas Eclipses Etc. with great time and efficiency!*have had 2 problems with the service I received from them in the 2+ years I've been taking my vehicles them. they fixed the problem ASAP and got me back on the road!

They have full-service gas pumping which I love to take advantage of. Today the attendant got to my car right away, and as the tank was filling I looked up and he was washing my rear window. What a perk! He said his name was Tommy. So if you're there ask for Tommy. :)

If I could give no stars, I would. My mom s car broke down in their driveway, which started out as good as they were willing to let her keep it there for a tow, or offered to take a look in the morning. They stated that they thought it was probably just a battery and that they wouldn t charge her for labor, just the battery itself. Then the next day, they call her saying it was just the battery and that it was $210 because they ran two $30 diagnostics on it (one prior to the car even being able to start) and one after the new battery was in to ensure nothing else popped up as needing fixed. Neither of the diagnostics testing and $30 charge were mentioned to my mom the prior day but she didn t argue with it. Then, a week later my mom is driving out of town for work and her car again starts acting funny, so she calls and they tell her it is probably the alternator and to not turn the car off during any stops (she had two visits to make) as it likely won t turn back on. It then dies while she is out of town and she has to call a tow truck to come get her which she then tows to my house so that my husband can look at it (too bad he wasn t able to do it the first time due to work). He took the alternator out and went to have it tested, it was good. Ended up that the only thing that needed fixed was that the battery cables needed tightened down. My mom called back to tell Rico, apparently the owner, and asked for a refund on the money she spent on a tow, but he refuses to refund it because it wasn t towed to his shop and that my husband would of had to have taken the battery out to get to the alternator, which he didn t have to do, he merely tightened them down after replacing the still good alternator. I wouldn t recommend this place at all.

Rico and his team are pretty remarkable. Example: in the extreme cold gassing up, Rico came out to the pump to great me and to make sure everything was working. He didn't have to do that but that's what a man of god does. I've also had work done there that I was extremely satisfied with. Bless you Rico.

Last winter I came out from work and saw I had a flat tire. My son-in-law put the spare on and we drove to H I S as it was close to my workplace. The young man at the counter said he was sorry that all the mechanics were gone for the day and that they were fully booked for the next day. As I was leaving, the owner came in and asked how I was and I said not so good. As I was talking to my son-in-law about calling around to see where we might take my car to get the tire fixed right away, the owner came out of the store and said that I could leave my car as they were going to have an additional mechanic working the next day. I don't know if he made that up or not, but I thought it was wonderful customer service! Now we take our cars there all the time. They are great!

If I could, I would rate them NO STARS. Thier estimate was way off. It cost me money that I didn't have to spend. Then they had mailed me a coupon for $30 off a $300+ service, and I had a $390.00 bill, which they refused to deduct the $30 from! This was very upsetting, and I will not only NEVER used this shop again, I will make sure my friends and family understand their not-so-stellar ways, as well.P.S. The next day, after they worked on my car, it's sitting dead in my driveway. It doesn't even start!#?!

Knowledgable mechanics, low hourly rates, one of the better repair shops in town, like at 48th and normal or 40th and south. Much better and cheaper then going to a franchise place to get stuff fixed.

These people are AMAZING. Their love of Christ shows through when they interact with their customers. They are fast, efficient, thorough, and accommodating. They are reasonably priced as well. Our family trusts them and will always go back!

After working a 12 hour shift as an RN and coming out to a completely flat tire, I made it to this station desperate for help. I am so thankful for Rico and him getting me into the garage almost immediately. He explained what they would do and was so kind and caring! Thank you Rico! I really appreciate it!

My sister and I stopped here and had the best experience! Ustop in Hickman has a weird air pump so we decided to find somewhere else and boy are we grateful we did!It's crazy how different Nebraska is from California!People are just not that willing to help you in California, don't get me wrong some do, but it is few and far between!We are working on being Nebraska official as we were heading to DMV to finally get our Nebraska plates on our vehicles! Our final steps!!By the way the DMV here is amazing too!!Nebraska really is the good life Anyways!!We stopped at this Phillip 66 to get brake fluid as my sister's caution light has been on and we've been kinda going down the list of what it might be on for.The gentleman asked if we'd like some assistance. We were like sure!The light still didn't go out... He informed us that the light was only for the tire pressure, so he had us pull up to the air and come to find out the two front tires had way too much air and helped us deflate them!We've been trying to figure out that light for months, Jesus!Thank God the tires didn't pop there was so much air!!We are so grateful for his help!!We inquired about their little shop off to the side and he informed us they do anything! Oil changes and more!!We will be back!!Mark Whitehead just so you know... Another great employee works here!! I can't for the life of me remember his name because I had a stressful day at the DMV but this gentleman needed a shout-out!!He knows exactly who he is!!We appreciate you!!Love,- California sisters!!
