Nice work fellas! So quick, it was shocking. I called to request a quote on performance tires and was shocked to find they had them on hand. Maybe a fluke but 3 hours later I was in the waiting room for an expected 1.5 hour tire change. I asked that they protect my high rims (BMW Rims are pricey) which they did. In under an hour, to my surprise they were done. Fair price, quick professional service. Im good.

I needed to have a tire switched from an old rim to a new rim. A lot of other places were either too busy or couldn t get me in for a long time. I live out of town so it s not so easy to do that. Everyone was super polite and outgoing. I had a very nice conversation with the man at the front desk while my tire was being changed. I will definitely come back again for any future needs.

I needed 2 track tires on short notice - Graham got them in 2 days - so I am good to GO !! Shout out to Dave for advice and suggestions. Graham is a good neighbor.

We had one service that was not necessary, and we were told this fact. We went in for brake replacements and were suspect about the tires. We found our tires were needing to be replaced. Grahams suggested getting the Good Year credit card to save a couple of hundred dollars, so we did that! (We can pay them off within 90 days without paying any interest!) So glad for the tires replacement, because my vehicle feels like it is more stable on the road! Grahams are there to help US watch our dollars for our sake! Thank you for everything you folks do!!!

Toussaint gave me some GREAT SERVICE! Came in because I had some steering wheel vibration. They ended up finding that my front left tire was damaged and out of round. They recommended atleast the front two tires get replaced(need even wear on the same axle), but I decided to get all 4 done since they didn't have a lot of life left. Got them on and balanced right away, and I was good to go.

Terrible service. The person checking me in treated my like I didn t know anything because I was a woman. Even said we want to earn your trust, especially because you don t have a man to help you . Told it would take 15 min, 30 min max took over an hour and 15min. I was also mansplained to. I will not be back.

UPDATE:Graham tire reached out to me and offered to replace the 2 damaged rims. I appreciate that kind of service from a business. With that I have updated to 5 stars for their professionalism in this matter. Would recommend and will continue to use their services. 18Sep23This is a hard review to do..on one aspect I can give the front office people 5 stars, as they were accommodating, friendly and professional. That being said I'm disappointed in the shop staff. I had two rear tires replaced and in the process they ended up chipping both rear rims on the edge. These are 20-in black rims. I had inspected my rims on my vehicle before going in and they were in perfect condition. So now I have two rims with chips on the front facing edge and 2 that don't. It's not a world ending issue, however I'm just really disappointed as I work hard for my money and don't expect these kind of things to happen from professionals. I will follow up with the owners and see if something can be done.

car got in and out fast. They towed my car from my house to their shop as well! They replaced tire pressure gauge sensors for me and tried to tell me my battery wouldn t hold a charge and I needed a new one. I told them I had just replaced the battery less than two years ago so it shouldn t be a problem and if it was I would deal with it outside of their shop. When I picked up my car, it started perfectly and had no issues with the battery at ALL. They tried charging me $200 extra for something that I 100% did not need. Also told me my back tires were extremely unsafe over the phone, but I have had all 4 replaced in the last 6 months. appreciative of the fast service but be warned if you re a woman who doesn t know a lot about cars, just like every other shop they will try and upsell you on stuff you truly DONT need.

We were on our way home to wyoming from the east coast pulling a camper when we started hearing a grinding noise in what we thought were the brakes. We googled tire shops in Lincoln Nebraska and found Graham Tire Company and were so glad we did. This company has got to be the best in the country. We got there at 4:30 and they close at 5:30 but the manager. checked in the shop to see if they could get us in. The manager was so friendly and accommodating! He even invited us to bring our dogs into the waiting area! Jeff, one of the mechanics said he would work late to fix whatever was making the noise. After performing a brake test he said they were fine. He did additional checks and found that the U-joints were bad (which is quite serious) so staying late he replaced them and got us on the road. Needless to say, no more grinding noise and we made it safely home to Wyoming! Thanks to Graham Tire Company.

walked in, said it would about a hour, bought 3 got 4th free.watched tv for a while in nicewaiting room. information me if other problems i may have.very helpful. recommend to anyone.

They are friendly and courteous at this location, made room for me to be in for an emergency tire Repair. And it s right next to Goodwill so you can go shopping. Lol.

They got me in quickly for a new battery and I had my vehicle back in less than an hour.UPDATE: My pickup had issues and they were able to get me in and back on the road in 24 hours! The dealership wouldn't even look at my pickup or have anything to do with the issues I was having.

Last minute decision to get my oil changed. Staff was friendly and quickly had me back on the road. Definitely recommend and will go back here again

The service manager was very upfront and honest and my tire rotation was completed much more quickly than expected. I was kind of bummed that it didn't take longer because they have some really comfy chairs in the lobby!My next set of tires will definitely come from Graham!

I got new tires so I had gram tire swap out the old with the new they ended up scratching 2 of my black rims after only Admitting they damaged one then told me to go to mings didn't give me a number orDirections just said go here hey good thing there's google right?!?!? I'm picking up my jeep now ill let you guys and gals know how it goes

We are not from Lincoln. My husband was in the hospital at Bryan West and I needed an oil change. Graham Tire was recommended by a friend. The staff was very friendly and I was happy with the service.
