Went there approximately 10 days ago, told service writer there was a hole in one tire I found, second tire is just going low and I hadn't looked into it. 2.5 hours later they told me they could not find any holes and resealed the bead and tire stem. Yesterday tires were both still low, within five minutes of myself spraying them with soapy water I had found both holes in the tires themselves. Called to see when I could get back in to have the original holes to be fixed and even marked out tires. Made it to the time they said I could get in and over a half hour later my truck was still sitting inside. Told the service writer to give me my keys and that I will not allow this location to fix my tires and I would rather pay Walmart to fix my tires even though I had road hazard through Graham. This is on top of previous issues I've had with this location in particular.

Winter weather had my tires low. I went to 8 gas stations and all were out of air or air did not work. Drove to Graham and asked if they would help and they filled all my tires, no questions asked! Appreciate it very much! Awesome service.

I had a good experience. I scheduled an appointment to purchase and have new tires installed on my car online.They called me ahead of time to select the tires that were right for my driving and my vehicle. When I arrived, they took my car right back, gave me updates and were very friendly through the entire process. I will go back to them again.

Service is always great as usual. They always keep me informed of how things are progressing and never make any unplanned fixes without checking with me first. I usually can leave my vehicle one evening and pick it up the following afternoon unless they need to order a part. I trust them to keep all of my family vehicles running smoothly. They do all of this with a smile. Thanks guys. Jan

My experience with Graham so far has been excellent. When I call, I talk to a real person who can answer any questions. The service is fast and they give you a good estimate of the cost before you buy.

Graham Tire always does a great job. Whenever I need something fixed on my car they re my first choice! They always make sure to get me in as soon as possible. The service is excellent. Vern always makes it convenient to pick up the vehicle once it s ready. They are quick & efficient with their work & Family friendly. I highly recommend Graham Tire for your vehicle repairs!

I originally called to get my battery replaced because it is located behind a tire wheel well and to get new wipers. Fortunately, for me the team at Graham tire had my best interest at heart. They noticed my wiper pump was going out and was able to replace that. Additionally the manager said he noticed my back tires were the original ones from 2014 and were getting worn. He didn't push to make a sale but helped me find affordable tires and fit me in to get all items fixed even though they were short handed. They team were honest and had integrity they are my shop from here on out!!

I had a nail in my tire that was leaking fast. I called some other tire shops who said they couldn t see me until the following week. Graham tire scheduled me the same day and had me on my way in 30 minutes. Thank you !!

My wife had an issue with ruining a tire. It happened at just before 5:00 p.m. by the time I got the tire changed and called it was almost 5:30. I called in the gentleman said bring it in but they couldn't do it till tomorrow which was fine. They took care of it. Took care of me in a very nice. Very friendly and professional manner

...but I just found out from my main mechanic that Graham Tire should of not did a motor mount under the car is rusting and I could loose my everything underthe car they pretty much did work to get money out of me because my car is not worth fixing ..smh....

I arrived a little early and they took my car back right away. I had a front end alignment and new wiper blades put on. I did not have to wait very long for them to finish my car. I've been going to Graham Tire for years and have never had any problems with them.

Had my brother take my car in to get it aligned while I was at work. All I wanted was an alignment. They also decided to charge for a steering wheel position relearn, which they didn t ask him about before hand and I would ve told him 100% not to do it since I have an Autel diagnostics tool which would ve taken me 2 minutes to do and been free. Instead they charged $50 for that service. The alignment is fine, bs practices on the other hand makes me done going to Graham ever again.

Gratitude for providing outstanding service! My vehicle was shaking and wobbly; I just knew it had significant suspension damage. I bit the bullet and called Graham Tire. Both Chris and Vern very professionally and promptly got me scheduled, diagnosed my vehicle, and I was back on the road all within 2 hours! Check out Graham Tire! I give thanks!

I stopped in on Monday to check into tires for my car. I looked at 2 different tires then they asked what type of roads I would be driving on. We discussed what worked best for me. I took my car in the next morning & was on my way home by noon. They checked out my car for possible problems & fixed them. Very happy with the great service I received.

Graham tired has treated me well for over 15 years. The manager Vern is always in the ball and runs a quality crew. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is excellent. If something isn t perfect, which is rare, they make it right; frequently they are the ones that catch it before they return the vehicle. They are my mechanic and general service shop of choice. Thanks for your high quality service!

I LOVE GRAHAM TIRE, been taking my car there for years. . VERN always recognizes me. I feel like I can trust what they say I need. This week they squeezed me in b/.c my car was making a strange noise & I wanted to know if I could safely drive on the hwy. They replaced a $3.00 part & the noise was gone. They also updated me on my brakes. THEY ARE THE BEST

I was towed to Graham Tire because I had a flat tire and didn't have a spare. The tire was damaged, but they were able to put another tire onto my rim. The fact that they did this with a tire I already owned with a minimal charge is appreciated.

I needed a tire repair on my wheelbarrow and determined I needed a new tire. They ordered a new tire and said they would call when ready. They called the next afternoon and had it ready. They unloaded and loaded the wheelbarrow for me and we re so efficient and friendly I will be back anytime I need help with my vehicles.

Graham Tire at 1401 Cushman Drive in Lincoln, NE went out of their way to provide service for my car! I went in for a routine tire rotation and oil change. My engine light had been on and turned off, the office manager checked for codes (without charge) and found no history to be concerned about but advised me to be watchful and come back if it turns back on. Also changed out my wiper blades for 17.95 each and told me they will be replaced for free for life of the car. All this after I had a less than stellar experience with the dealership for my Tucson. I highly recommend them!!

We just moved to Lincoln a few months ago and needed to find an automotive place to get a oil change and tire rotation. I googled Graham tire and saw that they had great reviews so I took my vehicle there to get serviced. I can honestly say they are worth every star! They have fast, efficient, and quality service! I will be coming back again!

I had new 4 tires installed at Costco on Friday.. Best to have a wheel alignment after installing new tires and Costco does not do alignments. On Monday morning called Graham Tire to get an appoint during the week and was able to schedule for 11:00 a.m. that day. Went to the appointment and wheel alignment was done within a hour.

I purchased tires from Graham a few years ago, and ever since then I've been treated like a regular customer with top notch service. My wife and I come here first with any issue we have with our vehicles because of that. Very helpful and kind. Highly recommend them.

Asking the appointment was easy and quick. Oil changed, tires rotated, checked out all items in my car s manual for servicing on time. Pleasant to deal with the personnel here.

Great example of how a company should be run. Very professional. Did work on my tires and brakes and also fixed a tie rod end which I didn't realize they did that work. If you need anything fixed give them a call. They also do oil changes. Ill definitely be back!
