I was very impressed on the quick and excellent service that I received at GP Customs. I brought my car in for some front end grill work. I showed them the issue and they fixed it right away. The Staff was great to work with and was very pleased with their work.

This is my second time using GP, years ago I had my car windows tinted and all went well so I came back when I wanted windows tinted on my new car and a hood decal. I visited the store March 1st to get things started, got pricing on window tint and asked if they order and install custom graphics and what they need from me. I returned March 15th chose a decal color and tint, got a rough estimate and set an appointment for install. The window tint is well done with a good trim around the edge. The decal looks great! I m really happy with the way they tweaked the positioning of the decal to minimize any trimming around some plastic parts on my hood and its larger than I pictured in my head. GP Customs did great work and took good care of my car.

Pretty disappointed. I was in the process of trading my car that had a Drone Mobile remote start installed on it previously by GP Customs. I called to ask what it'd cost to remove it before trading and later reinstall it on my new car. I was told removal was about $75 and reinstall would be about $150, so about $225 total. (When I did this exact same process a few years earlier on the car I was trading in it was in fact $150 to reinstall, I don't remember what the removal was.) This time removal was $77, as expected, and I was told at that time the reinstall may have some additional charges for a new harness on my new car, which is acceptable to me. But after they reinstalled it this time in my new car I went to pick it up and SURPRISE it's $275! And the receipt only listed two hours of labor, no harness, etc. Expecting $150 and being socked $275 wasn't cool; but it's not like I could tell them to remove it and pound sand because the work was already done. Whatever. But now, after remotely starting my car it dies when I open the door to get in, and they're saying it's normal and it's like this on all newer cars. Why wasn't I told this? Remote starting my car in the cold on a cold battery, only to have to re-start it a few minutes later when I'm ready to leave will put extra drain on the cold battery, and I'd probably not have reinstalled it and just paid the monthly "connected" service offered by my car manufacturer for three years for less than $275! Be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing BEFORE they do any work on your vehicle. Save yourself from being charged nearly double what you were quoted. But the people are really nice at least.

Big shout out to GP Customs for helping me with my remote start/Drone Mobile system. Had to have a new battery installed in my car last week and the remote was no longer programmed. I had tried everything to do it on my own with no luck. My drone Mobile was installed by a shop that is no longer in existence so GP Customs agreed to take a look. Apparently they had to hook it up to a laptop and reprogram the remotes completely (something I couldn t have done myself). They got it in, took care of it fast, & didn t charge me a dime. Plus they were really friendly. That s good customer service. Thanks guys!

Everyone at GP Customs has been great. They are easy to get a hold of, follow up and respond quickly, get parts ordered and appointments made with minimal wait time so work is done without having to wait weeks for it. They are knowledgeable and do quality work. They even got us in on the day after Thanksgiving and got our car done in 30 minutes when we thought it would take all day. We will definitely use GP in the future and recommend using them if you are in need of the services they provide.

When your in need of work that your not familiar with it's nice to know there are shops and people knowledgeable to help you out. That's what I found at GP Customs and from a very nice man named Mark. I have an older pickup that was having problems with radio reception and maybe needed a new antenna or radio. Mark walked with me out to the parking lot to take a look at my problem and gave me some options to repair or replace. After some work I did at home on this problem I soon found out I was in over my head with this repair.I once again headed to GP Customs and once again Mark was there to help me out. We headed back outside to take a look at this problem again and with Mark's knowledge and a few hand tools I brought along with me. The problem was fixed right there in the parking lot in about 15 minutes. It's really nice to know there are still places like this in this old world that problems like mine can be fixed with a little customer kindness. When I asked Mark what do I owe him. With his frim hand shake he told me there will be no fee. Thank You for coming back and that he was happy to help me out. This old world is sure in need of more Marks and places like GP Customs.I am a old farm boy and have never took the time to write a customer review but this act of kindness and willingness to help out someone in need should never go unrecognized. I have had several vehicles at GP Customs ranging from tint, partial paint protection film, full body paint protection film, tonneau cover, and mud flaps. I can t say that everything was done perfectly and I can t say that customer service has been the best in the past. Although, I can say they have improved their customer service recently by adding Mark to management. Mark is very personable and makes an effort to satisfy the customer. If you have issues, Mark will make an effort to resolve it. Mark is a major improvement to customer service.

We had a radio going out on my son's 2012 Camry and took the vehicle to GP Customs for their assessment. We worked with Mark and he explained our options and he went the extra mile in working with one of their suppliers to get us the right radio for a reasonable price. We also worked with Mark to tint one of our other cars and, again, Mark was great to work with!

I have had multiple cars customized at GP from tint, ceramic coat, light bars, off road rack systems and they always kill it. I have never had a complaint or had to question the workmanship. I highly recommend GP Customs for any customization work on all your autos, boats, off road vehicles.

After exclusively working with the owner of GP Customs - Robert, I had a great overall experience and have the pictures to show for it!!Robert himself along with the vinyl applicator professional he employs met with me to envision a project I had in my head but still was not 100% sure of the end result. This vinyl wrap project was already turned down by another similar business.Robert's confidence in his workforce to do this job was without a flinch and this put me to ease because I felt that even if something did not go quite right, Robert would fix it to my satisfaction.The vinyl wrap project was predicted to last one to two days. I am a power wheelchair user and so then there was the small setback of not having my van for a while and the limited options of returning home after I dropped off the vehicle and transportation concerns for me to get back to the shop when the vehicle was finished. Robert went above and beyond and paid for a wheelchair accessible Z-Trip to solution both transportation concerns! This also ended up being just a one-day job because they continued to work on it at least an hour after the business was officially closed.Time will tell how well the vinyl was applied but I am confident if there are any obvious problems Robert at GP Customs will work with me!My 'social justice' van looks awesome!

Second time using them in the past year. They painter brake caliper covers on our Lexus RX500h, to match off-red interior. Excellent color match and excellent job! Highly recommend them!

Easiest people to work with. Started a year ago questioning them about if we had a bronco done. Not one time treated rude or disrespectful. Gave updates the whole time through the process, photos and all. They had great ideas and never turned down extra work when we asked. Appreciate everything they did! Absolutely will go back!

Rob and his team did an absolutely fantastic job throughout the process with my Tesla Model 3. He answered all questions and is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with Tesla and the specific needs of the windows and body, especially the glass roof. The communication was top-notch; there was no pressure at the point of sale, rather just a good education on the options and products. I highly recommend this shop and team especially for Tesla.

GP Customs is the go to place for aftermarket needs in Lincoln. I have used them several times now for different vehicles. They offer premium service for a very fair price. I highly recommend GP to anyone I know!

Lookin brand new after taking it to GP Customs for its annual wash and coat of ceramic treatment. They do a great professional job and even gave me a loner to drive during the four hours it was in the shop. Thanks to Robert and his crew for keeping this Vette looking nice year round! I absolutely loved working with Rob, Will, and Mark for my Custom Ford Bronco. They were so accommodating and gave me the best recommendations for upgrades, customization, and did it all very professionally! I AM IN LOVE with my BRONCO and even had a small sound error and Mark was on the phone with me instantly troubleshooting the issue. It was resolved with this fix and the sound is perfect again! I am so grateful for this team and 1000% recommend them to any one looking to purchase.

Did a great job with my truck. Girl at the front was super knowledgeable about lift kits and trucks in general. Good place to stop in and see what s available for custom options for your car. Will use them again for sure!

GP Customs is awesome. They put my remote starter in my car a number of years ago. When I had question s this past winter they were more than helpful when I called. Recently the car dealership had problems with my car starting and turning off. GP Customs found the problem was how the dealer was starting my car and put a block on so it shouldn t be a problem again. I highly recommend them.

Extremely professional, Dylan is a perfectionist, and flawlessly disassembles each piece they wrap and word goes far and wide on who to use for your wrap for a reason. Watch what happens this winter while she s put away Rim Wrap.......... Thanks GP

I've had windows tinted and had a remote start put in my car. Both were done on time and work great! When I had issues with my remote start they got me in as soon as possible and we're very quick getting me back on the road! Customer service was great each time! I would highly recommend them for window tinting and remote start systems!

Have had nothing but great experiences at GP Customs from getting clear bras, blackouts and custom painting on my Teslas. Always great service, done on time, quality work and no surprises. Robert and his team are as good as you can get!!

I had custom leather interior installed in my Nissan pickup by GP Customs and I just can t say enough about their quality workmanship and customer satisfaction policy. It is the most beautiful interior I ve ever seen and far beyond my wildest expectations for fit and finish. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for the best quality and satisfaction.

They applied PPF and then ceramic coated my car. Also, I asked them to install a front facing camera. During the initial call, they explained the process well, gave an pricing estimate, and scheduled the work with an estimate for how long it would take. Throughout the process, their team was very professional and did a great job. The work was completed in a timely manner. They even went above and beyond and made a custom mounting bracket for the front camera since the included one stuck out too much. Oh and the pricing was very reasonable for all the work they did. I ll be taking my other cars there in future!

They installed a remote start in my car. They were very professional. My car wasn't done by the time I needed it (I didn't have a problem with that, things happen), so they let me use a loner car. Gunner took the 2 car seats out of my car for me. He was very polite and he went above what he should have to help me. When I picked up my car he was very patient and explained everything to me and answered my questions. The crew here is A+ in my book! I Highly recommend them!!
