We had a great experience from the time we called to set up an appointment through the pick up of the vehicle. Thestaff is very professional, communicated with us every step of the way, and the finished product looked perfect. Thanks for taking such good care of us when the car was hit out of state. I knew my daughter was in good hands with Glenn's CARSTAR.

Everyone at Glenn s made it incredibly easy to get my car fixed. I was nervous about the color matching for a front bumper, however it looks stock. They were very nice, easy, and did great period.

I will never take another vehicle there again! I had to take my car back 3 different times after they supposedly fixed it. They worked on things that were not even broke. Gave me my car back leaking fluids. Then they said they can t fix it and needs to go back to dealership!! After $6,000 they were paid! Never again! They need to be shut down!Very funny! Never once did I raise my voice please run your cameras back from the time I walked in your place of business. And post that! Like I said worst place ever to take a vehicle.

I have had bodywork done at other places, but this was by far the most organized, professional, fabulous place yet! My car is perfect and I was notified periodically as the car was being fixed. I always felt like I was in the loop! Thank you for a job super well done!

Been here twice due to car accidents, for repairs. Both times they have done amazing work, had great customer series, kept me up to date with repairs and estimated finish times, kept my insurance and car rental company up to date as well. Really happy overall with the quality of work and with their high expectations of providing an over safe and great looking car to return to me. I highly recommend!

I was consistently updated with where my vehicle was in the repair process. They sent text message updates and called when needed. The work done to my Jeep Wrangler is amazing. I highly recommend using them!

Glenn's Carstar did outstanding work on my GTI. They kept me updated through the entire process. The fit and finish is OEM quality and was able to pick up the car two days ahead of completion date. I highly recommend this shop if you want it done right!

My car was damaged from a Geico Insurance customer, which Geico then directed me to Glen s CarStar. The repair process was quick and seamless. Excellent service. They coordinated the Rental Car, paperwork, and it was done on time.

Visit this place if you're looking to have your car repaired and damaged simultaneously. They unintentionally got staples into my tire and refused to replace it, without ever offering an apology. How can you believe I ended up with staples in my tire on my way home? According to their explanation, people are apparently dropping staples all over the city, isn't that quite a stretch? Absolutely absurd. Furthermore, the warning popped up as soon as I got into the car on the day of pickup. If you are looking for very rude people who does not apologize for what has been wrong, go here.

My insurance, Geico, suggested that I take my vehicle here. I Left my vehicle there for nearly a month to get a door, rocker panel, and hood replaced. I got it back and there were multiple issues, including bubbling in the paint, deep scratches around the repair area, electrical issues, and rattling. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I had to have my car looked at here because the lady who hit me had insurance through USAA and this was the only place that insurance covered for an estimate. I set up an appointment and was to drop my car off on Tuesday at 10am, on Monday evening they called me and said they were sending a tow truck to come get my car and it would be there within 20 minutes. I told them I could drive my car there for my appointment the next day but the lady insisted the tow truck would just pick it up. Ok. On Wednesday night I get an email with pictures of my car and them saying I need to contact MY insurance company because they hadn t received authorization to start tearing into my car yet. I emailed them back saying please don t tear into my car, I can t see the estimate in their email and I d like a second opinion regardless. Thursday morning I wake up to an email that said well why did you have your car towed here????? Yes with all those question marks. I replied by saying that they called me and told me they were sending a tow truck and that was that. I finally got a copy of their estimate and there were obvious damages that weren t listed on there. Mainly the frame of my car at the impact point and the rear tire and axel. I called the shop where we usually take our cars and they told me under USAA s policy that they couldn t do a second estimate that I could bring my car in for them to fix but that they couldn t write up a second estimate that they had to go off of what Glens said but once they got in there if they saw more damage they would request a supplemental check.m from USAA. So I told them I would talk with my husband and Glens and see what we wanted to do. Thursday afternoon when my husband got off work we went to Glens to talk to them about the car. They were rude from the very beginning. We walked in told them we wanted to talk to someone about our estimate so we could go over it with them and explain the things we thought were important that were not in their estimate and see what was going to happen. We sat there waiting for awhile and then our car pulled up out front so we went out there and the guy got out and just went to walk inside without even speaking to us. My husband said hey, we had a few questions for ya real quick the guy grumbled and turned around and said what?! And my husband started asking about the frame, showed him what he was asking about and the guy was audibly upset that we were questioning his estimate and basically dismissed his question and said well ok you people do whatever you want with it now! And walked off back inside. We still had more questions but he didn t even have time for us. It was like once they knew we wanted a second opinion they were just done with us. For reference I drive a 2018 Chevy Impala that we spent over $20,000 on and don t want a slap together quick fix. We have kids that ride in that car and we wanted to know everything was being worked on properly but they didn t even have 5 minutes for us. 0/10 do not recommend, very unfriendly and unprofessional.

When my truck was repaired a month ago, they forgot to put my front license plate back. No one contacted me, I had to call them and they had it. They did reattach it, but with no reason as to why it was not put on while they had it.

Wow! Just Wow! From the courteous receptionist, to discussion with the technicians, the communication with this place was top notch. My Jeep had diffuse damage... all fixed past my expectations. Overall a great experience at Glenn's Carstar! Thank you.

Very professional! Good communication. I'd recommend Glenn's to any Family or Friends. Only 1 minor issue. My antenna was broken off top of jeep. They ordered one and are going to replace it.
