George Witt service is a car service shop that goes above and beyond for their customers. I appreciate their honesty, integrity and professionalism they have. They will do what they can, and if they can not, they share why and won t just do stuff to gain the extra cash. I highly recommend their services!

I just needed some regular maintenance done on my new-to-me 2018 RAV4. I just moved to the area in the last year and have tried out a few other shops with my previous car but I wasn t completely satisfied with the services I have received. Laura and Becky were great to work with, exceeded my expectations and were fairly priced! They didn t try to sell me something I didn t need and were very knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back with my other Toyota! Thank you!

I never really write reviews on anything, but I couldn t resist not to. Not only this is my first business to review, but also as a new customer to Nebraska. Super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They clocked out of their hours to stay extra long to work on my Honda CRV battery issue that was driven from California, to then successfully finishing it within just a few hours, rather waiting next week to finish it. I chose my current car-Acura RDX- knowing i could continue to have the best automotive maintenance care in Lincoln. I just took it in for my 2nd oil change and preventative maintenance inspection. Maintenance checklist was used and now I know the condition of my car. Easy to make appointment, loaner car used, and maintenance completed ahead of schedule. George Witt Service values my time as much as I do.

I have been going to GWS for over 20 years. I am on my 4th Honda and love them all. I have seen this business grow and improve their car care to us. I appreciate the knowledge the staff has on the care of my car. Becky rocks! She is an expert in all aspects of Honda ownership. Ask her any question any time. You will get an easy to understand answer. The staff is constantly busy, but they get you in as soon as they can. The waiting room is meant for relaxing, with lots of tasty treats. Becky is fantastic and so friendly. You can really tell she s passionate about her work. She broke down the cost of repairs, told me in detail everything they were doing and why, and didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need. I will definitely be returning any time my car needs serviced.

George Witt Services, Inc. provides excellent service. Even though my vehicle was relatively new, the malfunctioning part was obscure and hard to find. The staff literally searched the country for the part and was able to find the part and repair the issue. The loaner car service was also highly appreciated. I highly recommend George Witt Services, Inc.

I've taken my cars to George Witt Service for more than 20 years. From pre-purchase inspections through 294,000 miles of travel on our Civic and 225,000 miles of travel on our Prius (and still going). Becky even helped me make some repair decisions over the weekend when I was 2 states away. Becky was friendly and professional and very accommodating with letting me drop my car off the night before. I was notified when my car was ready and was able to get it earlier than I d expected. I ve been taking my vehicles here for years and always have a good experience. I feel safe knowing they care about my cars safety and service history. I highly recommend George Witt Service! After 10 days of vacation, I got into my car at the airport and discovered the air conditioning was broken. I called and they fit me in the next day, giving me a loaner car until it was done. I now have very cold air in my car, and the reassurance that there was nothing I could have done in preventative maintenance to prevent this. I always get prompt, stellar service with information that I can trust.Service: Air conditioning

First time needing service on the Acura we purchased 6 months ago. They were very knowledgeable and truthful. I m a cut the BS kind of guy and I don t want to waist their time either. They treated us very well. The final price came out a bit over estimate but it was very well broke down and easily understandable as to why. Had it done when we needed it to be and willing to meet us on our schedule for pickup. Will definitely use them again, though hopefully not too soon. Highly recommend! Thanks again

Took my 2002 Honda Civic into George Witt Service on May 10th to have have rear brakes and front suspension worked on. They did a great job just like they always do, feels like a new civic. They are professional, thorough, speedy and affordable. They always try to do the right thing for their customers. I would definitely take my car back and you should give them a try to. We feel very confident in taking our Honda Pilot in to George Witt Service. Delta and Becky are awesome to work with and know their stuff!! The mechanic goes above and beyond to get things done right and usually quickly! We love that they let us use a loaner car, it makes everything so much easier. We wouldn t go anywhere else!

Took our 2009 Honda Odyssey in get checked over before we loaded the family up to trek halfway across the country. They were honest about repairs needed and what could wait. Speedy work. Own a 2011 Honda Pilot with high miles. I have student at UNL and the check engine and VTS lights started flashing. My local mechanic not want to risk driving vehicle back to Omaha and recommended George Witt. Loved the attention to detail and making sure they understood what was going on with my car. Very personable and easy to work with. The reason for four stars is that I felt that I was charged too much for tightening a belt. I was referred to George Witt s several years ago from a friend whose entire family went there. After my first time going, I then immediately told everyone I knew about how fabulous they are.You will not experience a more detail oriented, friendly and professional shop. They are able to provide loaner vehicles now too, which makes things SO MUCH easier for those of us who can t get rides. It s a pain free process as well.I have moved a lot as an adult and been to many different places. (Oh hey, I ll be super honest. There was this one time I was married to a mechanic for ehhhh many years. True story). You will not find service like this anywhere else. Couldn t recommend it more!

Had a quick problem: my wiper blades flew off before a long trip. I scheduled an appointment online and Delta was able to schedule me in at my requested time for this quick fix. The process was easy and as usual, George Witt Service did a great job! I don t send my Honda anywhere else. Thanks, Delta and team.

Recently, I had the back panel dash lighting in my 2005 CR-V stop working due to an electrical shortage from an aftermarket stereo. Not only did Becky respond to my inquiry with prompt timing, I also received some of the BEST customer service. I was expecting for this to be an issue that took several days to fix, (as I was told as such by another Honda mechanic in Omaha) but it took about three hours tops! Everything about this experience was pleasant, timely and professional. my husband and I have a Honda, an Acura and two Toyotas, all of which we will only be bringing here from now on.
