VERY TRUSTWORTHY!!!!I am from Minnesota and was visiting customers when I accidentally drove over a curb and then noticed a bulge in the side of my tire. I drove to this Firestone as it was the closest one. Patrick told me I needed a new tire as it wasn t safe to drive with a bulge. The tire was $270. Which I felt was a fair price for my vehicle. I was really relieved they didn t try to take advantage of my situation and gouge me or insist I had to buy 2 tires. AND they were able to change it in 15 minutes-before I was even able to open my laptop and start working on emails! PATRICK WAS OUTSTANDING! GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My experience with these guys left me with a mix of feelings.The positives include:- Immediate service without a wait early in the morning- In-stock tires of the required size- Received a discount- The cashier was highly professional and courteousOn the downside:- The shop personnel seemed inexperienced and struggled with challenges- Damage to the thread occurred during the service- Lug nuts were removed with an impact gun, causing additional expensesOverall, customer service gets a -5, while the actual service rates a -2.

They were great. I planned to buy a new tire, but the service attendant said he could patch it. Saved me $170. Super helpful, great integrity.

Ordered two tires and installation after getting a flat tire. Tires took a week to get in after some shipping delays, but Josh and Patrick were great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and they got to working on my tire installation immediately. In less than an hour they were done and I was back on the road. The facility was clean and the team members were all friendly. I ll definitely return for future vehicle service.

Went here for a complicated tire change. Was across the way at Sam's the day before and probably will take all my needs to Firestone in the future. Excellent service, management was great. Coffee was fresh and nice place to wait. The total price was reasonable especially considering how fast it was done.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Had tires replaced, oil change front brakes and ac charged. All in 2 days turn around. Very friendly staff all the way around. Great communication also!

Don't waste your money going to this business. Took my 2008 Honda Element here for an alignment and was told that the passenger rear was maxed out and can't be aligned. Went To T.O. Haas and they aligned my vehicle no problems.

Went for 2 new tires and an alignment for my sons suv. Tires were fine and decently priced but the alignment was done twice, and the steering wheel was still tilted to the right. Instead of them trying a third time (which I already wasn t happy about) the guy says well you can just go somewhere else if you want since our alignment isn t working for you rude and unprofessional. 1/10 would not recommend. I did get a refund for the alignment but having to take it somewhere else is a pain when it should have been done correctly to begin with.Service: Tires

Took my new car in for an oil change. Left with my coworker who dropped me off. Upon my return, my car had 50 + miles more than I brought it in with and there were ashes in my car. Appears that someone took my Mustang for a joy ride. Tires looked like several burnouts had happened. They denied it but refused to show me video footage. I suspect the manager. Will never use a Firestone again.Service: Brakes

Went there for just an oil change. There is now a pool of oil on my driveway. I have called multiple times to get ahold of someone to see if I can come back in and no one answers. Don t trust this place and don t go here.
