Great place, great staff did a oil change and new rotors and brakes done. Very fair prices and they will tell you exactly what s wrong with your car. From my personal experience they have the best employees here, they also were able to get me in right away even with their new oil change hours. They are always booked so make sure you call and setup a appointment:

Recommended by some friends, and I am so glad they did. They are reliable, honest, very reasonable in price and prompt. I took one of the vehicles for headlight replacement and oil change, and now I am taking it for pad/rotor work. We think we finally found someone that we can trust for our mechanical needs. Thanks

Got my catalytic converter stolen from my Honda Accord. They cut the oxygen sensor and everything. E&N got me up and running and charged me $50 less than what the internet was telling me the repair would cost. Honest folks!

I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! I was on the road to Colorado and had been told by 10+ shops that the repair I needed would take 1-3 days E&N had me in and out in under and hour, including the time waiting for the part to arrive! Friendliest people I ve ever met, helped get my car in tip top shape for a very fair price. The lady who works at the desk was particularly kind and friendly and filled the wait time with great conversation! I d almost consider driving back here from Chicago next time I need my car serviced!

I had set up an appointment to have my car looked at at nine a m monday,Made appointment with the owner and when I arrived there the owner was not even.The man said they did not have time to look at my car .a complete waste.Avoid this place.

I have been here several times to have my vehicles fixed. Their prices are competitive, reliable,and honest. I Recently had my car worked on, oil leak something serious. They fixed a leak....but it's still leaking. They ALWAYS call you with a update and diagnosis. A rough estimate on what it will cost to have it fixed. Unfortunately this last time around I wasn't nearly as impressed because my vehicle was still leaking.

We started going to E&N about one year ago after reading the reviews. The reviews seemed too good to be true but they are indeed not. Ngoc and his team are polite, attentive, respectful, patient, and efficient. We have been treated so well every single time. The customer service is the best of its kind. Their prices are the most reasonable in town and everything is fixed perfectly. If there's ever an issue, they handle it immediately. I can't say enough great things about this place and the staff. Great job team!

I reviewed this place 4 years ago with five stars, and I'm updating my review to say it is STILL five stars. I don't trust ANYONE else with my cars in town. They've serviced my old Crown Vic and now my 2014 Kia Forte. They're honest, reliable, quick (considering how much business they get it takes a few days but you KNOW you're getting the best price and service), and just great people. I was having major issues with my 2014 Kia Forte, I was convinced it was the transmission and was prepared for a $1000 repair or higher. After taking about a day to diagnose the problem (the mechanics were stumped, the owner had to come in and look a bit further) they gave me a game plan on how they were going to approach the issue. They explained in detail what needed to be fixed, what they were going to do if that didn't fix the problem, and if I was okay with them proceeding. You know what it cost me after labor and parts? Under $400. I was FULLY prepared for a MUCH higher sticker price and I know they knew that, but they still charged me an honestly and my car is as good as new!! After working on it for a few days, when I came to pick it up, a few of the mechanics came out excited to tell me it was working and how much better it drives now. You need to make an appointment to work with them, and it is worth the wait. You won't get better service, price, or people to work on your car and if they can't fix it (which there have been issues in the past that are out of their expertise) they provide you the information to prepare you for if you have to deal with different and not so friendly mechanics. My wife and I had our car fixed recently. The service was excellent, and very accommidating. The crew is awesome and the pricing is very reasonable. They told us how long it would take, and it was done even faster. We had gone to other mechanics in town, but we were treated so good here we will never go any where else again. We have already told our family and friends, they will be bringing their cars here also. Again, thanks for treating us and our car with the upmost respect.

Absolutely the best. Helpful, honest, and reasonably priced. They worked on my car carefully and were really honest about what they saw and did. In addition, they told me about the aspects of my used car to keep an eye on. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Really impressed! Customer for life. Took my daughter's car there today at 10:30am. Fixed and picked up by 5:00pm. Auto zone did a diagnostic check, thought it was the catalytic converter (thought I'd spend at the very least $1,000-2000) even told that to the man at the front desk. Turns out it was something else. They could have easily said it was the converter, (I would have never known) but nope he was honest and only charged me $200 for the actual problem. I highly recommend them!! And I NEVER EVER write reviews!!

The owner is always spot on his employees go beyond everything to make sure that the job is done right. If or whatever reason something happens they'll get you back in there in a heartbeat and take care of it.

Finally, an honest mechanic that won't overcharge! I was visiting from Kentucky when my Honda started making a strange sound. E&N fit me in and gave me a fair price. Their work is guaranteed. My family in Lincoln now has a reliable mechanic!

Every time i bring my car here they take care of me fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I will always come here for everything that I need done. I recommend them completely and anyone that has car problems I always tell them to come here. They never disappoint me.

If you're looking for honest, reasonable priced auto repair, E&N Auto is the place to go. I've gone there for 10 years and sent dozens of people there as well. All are now happy loyal customers. We all love E&N.

Ngoc is the real deal! I was driving along I-180 two weeks ago when I noticed my car getting really hot and beginning to overheat. I pulled over and looked up the nearest shops, and E&N was less than a mile away. I usually go to another shop in town, but it was the hottest day of the summer so far and I needed my car repaired quick, and there was nothing but 5 star reviews. He was able to get me in, call me the next morning with a diagnosis and estimate and had it ready to go 2 days later. He gave me a year warranty and his price estimate was spot on. Bringing my business to E&N from now on!

Unfortunately I have to give 2 stars. I paid for a diagnostic for a problem I'm experiencing, they suggested a part replacement, so I get the part replaced and the same problem still persists afterward. Maybe what they saw needed to be replaced anyways, but it ended up not affecting the problem I brought it in for in the first place.

Recently had my vehicle towed here with a serious timing issue fearing that it might be the end of the road with a repair exceeding the value of the vehicle. They were able to diagnose the issue, order parts that were not readily available, and complete the repair in a time frame I didn't think was possible, and at a price that was extremely reasonable. Ngoc was also very friendly to deal with, and did a great job keeping me posted through the whole process.

I've been going to E&N Auto Repair for over 8 years now and I must say that in my 30 years of driving and car ownership I have NEVER found a more honest, competent, friendly, sincere and truly awesome auto repair shop & shop owner as I have with Ngoc (pronounced knock) and E&N auto repair!With free diagnostics and the low cost of repairs this shop can not be beat. They're always up front with what's wrong and/or what's going wrong and fix only what needs to be repaired without adding on allot of extras or junk you don't need like most all other shops do!Also if you need your car towed in like I did one time but I didn't get paid for like 4 days just call them let them know and they will get it towed in and worked on and then you pay for the repairs and the tow when you pick up the car. SO AWESOME, WHAT GREAT SERVICE!!!YOU'RE A FOOL IF YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR AUTO REPAIR NEEDS!

After seeing all the great reviews, I was disappointed to have such a poor experience with them. They had my car for 3 days and said they fixed the issue by replacing 2 ignition coils. After hearing they wanted $270 for 2 duralast ignition coils plus labor, I told them to remove the new parts, which they did promptly. They still charged me a diagnostics fee of $100. I headed to an autozone, bought 4 duralast ignition coils for $280 and replaced them all in 10 minutes. The worst part is that the car is still not running properly so that was $100 and 3 days completely wasted. I gave them an extra star as they were polite and willing to take a quick look at the car to see if the issue could be immediately remedied.Update: Before I took my car to E&N, I put 4 brand new spark plugs in my car. After getting my car back, I found a broken spark plug in the engine bay. I took the car to a different mechanic and asked them if they could verify the car still had 4 new spark plugs as they tried to fix the issue. Sure enough, there were only 3 new spark plugs and a bad one which was the issue. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I have been going to Ngoc ever since I began driving back in high school. Me and my dad won't go anywhere else. I refer anyone I can to him. He is a great person to do business with and is very reasonable on prices. A big thing to me is he will show you what the problem is before he fixes it. Most shops tell you on paper and you have to trust their word. A+ service and amazing prices. No matter what always go see Ngoc for car troubles.

Traveling on a holiday weekend, they got us in right away and diagnosed our cars problem. A few hours later we were on our way. fast & Friendly service, not to mention reasonable on price.Would recommend them to anyone looking for a shop in the Lincoln area.

Ngoc was very helpful and honest when the check engine light came on in my car. The transmission was going to need to be replaced. I didn't realize my car was still under the original warranty (I bought it used) so he told me to take it to a dealer and saved me a bunch of money on repairs!

Want a mechanic in Lincoln who cares more about you and your vehicle's well-being than they do about their profit margin?? Stop looking.These guys have gone above and beyond for me countless times. I would honestly drive hours to get these guys to work on my car.

Best auto repair shop in town! Fast and friendly service. The owner, Ngoc, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He has a very hard working staff and they do an exceptional job. Highly recommend!!
