Had never been to their shop. I was promptly greeted. My questions were quickly answered. It was very casual, but yet professional at the same time. Service was done before I knew it, and I was back on the road. Very reasonable pricing. I will be back! Thank you!

I had a low tire on the weekend and brought it Don's and they were very helpful and squeezed me in. I was back on the road in no time. Highly recommended!!!

Stopped here to see about a tire of mine that I was told that had a broken belt. The guys told me I didn't, and I just needed new tires and a 4 wheel alignment. I appreciate their honesty. I thought I would have to buy a tire to replace the one. They gave me a good price on 4 new tires and a place where I can get my cars alignment. I will differently be back to get the tires.

Dons new and used tires did NOT provide good service or service at all. Are you serious? My sister was told to pick her own tire from their used selection (she was not offered a new tire or told that a used tire was good for up to 50 miles) and they told her to bring the tire to them! They barely told her what to do! They had HER drive her car off the ramps its self! Are you kidding. The owner said and I QOUTE IF YOU DON T WANT YOUR RECEIPT ILL DROP IT DOWN TO $60. That s sketchy. And the receipt said she was response to check the lug nuts! Her profession is NOT in mechanics how was she supposed to know ANYTHING about checking lug nuts. RIDICULES. DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

I popped a tire on the interstate on a Friday evening, got the donut on and got home. Had some things going on Saturday morning so didn t see Don s hours until about 45 mins before closing. I called and they said if I get there before they closed that they would put my tire in my rim for me. I got there 15 mins before closing. They were all AWESOME! Very kind, fast and efficient. Price was amazing too! Would recommend Don s over and over.

My first experience here was awesome and I will buy from Don s again. I called on a Saturday morning needing a couple tires and having never purchased used tires before, but the gentleman on the phone explained the process and said to stop in. So I did. An hour and 15 minutes and less than $200 later, I backed out of their shop with a pair of really quality "new" tires. The other two fellas working that day were friendly and they have a nice waiting room/office area for customers to hang while their vehicle is being worked on. Collectibles and photos make your wait enjoyable and show the family spirit of this locally-owned Lincoln business that s been open since 1978.

No wait, they was proficient, courteous, and got the job doneThey even explained to me that the tire shop I went to gave me the wrong size tie, instead of 16, they gave me an 17Don's New and Used Tires was really professional changing my tire from the donut spare I was riding on, because of the blowout of my other tire, they changed it with the tire I bought from WalmartI appreciate Don's New and Used Tires and I encourage others that need an tire changed to go there

I called yesterday for a quote because I wanted to avoid hidden fees and I'm sure I talked to the owner (when I was there he kept saying I talked to his manager) either way I asked how much would be the total for 2 used tires plus the extra fees and I was told $132 including mounting and balance (obviously plus taxes) turns out when I was ready to pay it was $145.50 plus taxes, I asked why it was more and the owner said "all his fees are posted" and he got agitated quickly, and was very rude raising his voice, turns out the $10 fee to keep the 2 tires was not included on the quote and there was a $3.50 supply or service shop fee as well, on top of that it would have been nice if I would've been told that there was an additional NON CASH CHARGE of $5.35 if I didn't bring cash, all in all the owner will charge you hidden fees and be rude if you question that

My adventure to the tire place all started when I had a last minute trip that came up near the end of the business day that I needed to be prepared for the next morning.I have had a tiny micromachine spare tire on my car just until I could get a replacement, but now needed a replacement faster than I expected.Well I called them (Don's used tires) and the dude that answered the phone was really nice, and very helpful when answering all my questions.I saw on the website that they close at 5pm, and at the time of the call it was already 4:30pm. I asked if it was to late to bring my tire in, and he said that I can, if I make it there in the next 15 minutes.So after almost forgetting the tire, barely being able to lift it, and after finally getting it in the trunk, and the time it took for me to pause when reminding myself that it was the whole point of going, I was finally able to head there.Well on my way there I ended up having to pull over to GPS the location, because apparently I heard the street number wrong.I finally made it there, with just a couple minutes to spare until it turned 5:00pm.I was so afraid I would be turned away, but instead they were very patient, extremely polite and more than willing to still help me.They got it done in record time and even gave me a cheaper price from what was told to me on the phone.I couldn't appreciate them more for saving me from my dilemma! I also couldn't be happier with my new tire that they put on in place of the micromachine spare!!

Had a tire replaced on my truck a couple years ago. Fast and courteous service then. Tried them again. Dropped tires off. They didn't have them at the shop. Fair enough. Went home to mow lawn. One hour and ten minutes they called back. Tires were done! PERFECT timing! And a great price for the tires I purchased. AND American made!!! Picked tires up on the time they said. Considering. Thanks guys for a job well done!!!

Great place for used tires quick at a decent price. Whenever I need a tire asap, I go here because I know they'll have a tire in stock and I'll get in and out quickly. I got a standard tire for my minivan with good tread, mounted, balanced and everything for about $64.

$300 bill for two $60 tires? Both of which were so dried out that they only lasted 2 weeks. Rather one lasted 2 weeks the other one didn't even stay inflated for the ride home. Not to mention the horrid attitude I got from the guy at the desk when I simply asked about the excessive fees. I got a whole set brand new for the same price some where else. No over charged tool fees or ridiculous charges for mounting and balancing. They were kind and friendly too.

I have purchased several excellent used tires from Don's since first going there in 2009 for a tire repair. When going in for a repair, they have always been prompt, courteous, and done an excellent job of getting me back on the road. In 2011 I was selling a small truck with very poor tires, after going in they set me up with a great set of matching used tires for about what one new tire would have cost me. This small detail likely got me several hundred dollars more for that vehicle.Last summer I needed a couple of used tires for my truck, I was in and out with two great used tires in less than an hour for a great price.This week I scored a set of Goodyear Wranglers and needed them mounted on my truck. I came in the day before a huge winter storm, and they were swamped. The guys were busier than a one legged man in an ass-kicking contest, but they were knocking jobs out and selling tires left and right. I had to wait a bit, understandably as you want to service the customer buying product from you first, but when they got me in the dismounted, remounted and balanced everything in less than 45 minutes! This is taking eight tires off of wheels (and not banging up or scratching the wheels either) then remounting the four new tires onto my wheels, balancing them, and mounting the wheels to the vehicle and putting the other set of wheels in the back of my truck. I paid a fair price for this service, and all I had to do is back out of the shop.I will continue to see the guys at Don's for my tire needs, and I highly recommend them to my friends!

These guys are so helpful, always willing to help me out in a moments notice. Very friendly and very good prices and they always have the sizes we need. I will not go anywhere else as long as these guys are around. I have two sons with cars and they go through a lot of tires!

Bought two new tires there yesterday. They gave me a pretty fair price on the tires, but the service is what really made them stand out to me. They had me in and out within 5 minutes. Also one of my strut brackets had broken so instead of just ignoring it and letting me go on my way the mechanic there took a look at it for me told me what I should do, and jimmy rigged it back up there for the time being. Thank you very much Don's I will definitely continue using you guys. Best Tire Place In Town!!!!!!!

Came in the other day to replace a spare. The guy who helped me out was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me understand what tire would be best. The prices are very reasonable and I had my new used tire and was on my way within a half hour or so of showing up unannounced, I will definitely plan on returning next time I am looking for new or used tires!

I recently visited Don's needing to replace one of my front tires. The gentleman that assisted me T.J. was absolutely wonderful! Throughout the entire time I was there, he was attentive and informed me of everything I needed to know. He made my whole car ordeal much easier to deal with and still charged me a more than fair price. I know I will be going back in the future, and would recommend anyone else needing tire service to give them a try!! Thanks so much you guys, you're the absolute best.

I've purchased several tires here over the years. They usually have a good selection of new and used tires to choose from. They're always busy so plan to spend some time waiting. The staff is always friendly and prices are fair. I'd recommend this store to anyone looking for tires, especially if you just need one replaced quickly.
