Very friendly and helpful staff, my daughter took her car there for a battery issue and they went out of their way to call another business to verify they could assist her before sending her on her way. I appreciated their professionalism!

After having car troubles I contacted Dirks auto and they were very professional. I barely got my vehicle there and they went above and beyond in their service. Quoted me a really good price and stayed true to their word. Had my vehicle done very quickly. I d give them 7 stars if I could. My family and I were stranded at a local rv park after my steering failed in my pickup. Dirks was the only place within 30 miles that could fix it same day. Nice guys, great work, and great price. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Called them on Wednesday and described the problem. The gave me an estimate and told me to come in Friday. This morning I dropped it off. They found the problem an hour later and had the parts and repaired it less than 6 hours after drop off. Every shop I called told me it d be two weeks before they could even look at it.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My daughter's tire when flat and they stayed open so we could get it all taken care of before the long weekend. We've done business with Dirk for 15+ years and we've always been 100% satisfied...and always at reasonable prices! Thank you Dirk and crew!

The best part about this place has nothing to do with how talented they are at auto repair (which, they very much are). It's to do with the people who work there. When you take your car to Dirk's Auto, you're treated like family.Dirk's a talented mechanic with a conscience and that holds true for his entire staff. If you take your car there, you can bet that it will be fixed correctly and you won't get taken for repairs that you didn't need.I'm proud to call these guys my friends.

I have used Dirk's Auto for over a decade since 2008 for my auto repairs. They have fixed check engine lights on several of my cars. They fixed a belt and pulley once and saved me hundreds from other shop estimates. They also fixed faulty spark plug and wiring issues on a car for me once. There has never been any hidden charges or surprise billing. I highly recommend this shop.

We have been going Dirk's for 9 years. Trustworthy and great mechanic. He doesn't recommend fixing things like other places just to make money. If he says it needs repaired it's in bad condition. Very fast service. Reliable and friendly. I won't go anywhere else.

We just moved here to Lincoln and had no idea where to go. My alternator went out we today and we went to them to fix it. It was a great choice! They got us in/out same day and fixed everything for cheaper than bids I got at other places. We will always be using them in the future!

Have nothing but good things to say about the work and professionalism at this place. I was in Lincoln for a few days taking care of my father, and the alternator went out on his car. Bought the alternator myself and had these guys install it. Found them online. After calling several garages around the Lincoln area, these guys quoted me the most reasonable price for labor. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they were quick, they were honest, and the work was perfect. Some guy named Brian did the work and he knows his business. Highly recommend!!

Dirk's Auto Repair does excellent work at fair price. Keep them in mind when you need tires - they just installed a new set of tires on my car at a very competitive price. I recommend Dirk's Auto.

Thanks to the guys at Dirk's Auto. Traveling across the country and blew a spark plug. They got us fixed up in a jiffy so we could get back on the road. Excellent service when you need it most.

Dirk was able to get me in right away when my car window switch stopped working on a roadtrip. He is very helpful and didn't try to charge me for something I didn't need like another local shop.

It was an emergency repair they got me in cheaply and done within a couple hours and I work as a medical Courier and got the job done quickly and reasonably. nothing but props for the job they did
