Have taken some vehicles here in the past for alignments and had pretty good luck. This time I needed a tpms sensor replaced on my brand new set of wheels and tires that I ordered from another company. After picking up my vehicle I went to replace the rear brakes and found all sorts of scratches. Not sure if it was from not putting the protectors on the machine clamps or from carelessness upon reinstalling the wheel after replacing the sensor. Either way it sucks because the wheels are only a week old.

My wife and I are on a cross country trip from Seattle to Scranton. Thank God we found John at Daily Driver. I was actually referred to him by Firestone Tire. Rear drivers wheel bad alignment ruined my tire. Haas Tire installed a replacement tire but warned me that I need an alignment fast but they couldn t do it as their machine was down. So I took it to Firestone and the manager (Corbet) refused to work on it because the bolt was rusty and didn t want to be responsible if they snapped the bolt. Took it to Daily Driver and they did an alignment and the work was completed in an hour. Turned out both back wheels were toed in 4 Happily resuming our trip east. Thank you John

I was referred to Daily Driver from a family member, as having a mechanic you can trust is very important, since car repairs are expensive but necessary. I took my vehicle in due to some swishing noise every time I turned left. A day before I took my car in, I had an oil change done, which afterwards I didn t hear the noise anymore. I thought I better still take in just to be safe. They called me and said they didn t hear anything. I told them I had an oil change done the day before and he said oh, they must have topped off fluids but we will take a look. Called me back and said there was a hole in an input hose. I gave the okay to have it replaced. I go to pick it up and they had replaced the input and output hoses, a little expensive but again car repairs aren t cheap and it was fixed, so I thought. Now, it is time for my oil to be changed again and what do I hear the swishing noise again. What? The hoses that I paid over $700 for didn t fix it. I call to talk this over and they say oh, something else probably went wrong. You can bring it in. You know I probably would have thought okay, maybe something else went wrong, however, a few weeks after I had my car repaired. My son s starter went out, so I referred him. They fixed that and then he needed front brakes (rotors and pads) he had them do that too. He got his car back and the hood latch was broken, it wasn t previously, suspension is off and it keeps dying. He called and I called to talk it through and same response, oh something else went wrong. Also, my sister had her car in between the time myself and my son had our cars in for brake repairs and she paid $110/hr for labor where my son paid $120/hr for labor. Okay, maybe in a few weeks the price increased but there was no communication with any of that. I just find it hard to believe that something else goes wrong every time a repair is made. Communication is key with a business, as well as being honest and reliable, which I can t say from my family s experience Daily Driver offers this. Due to all of this I will not be back nor will my family members.Service: Brakes

I have had multiple problems with this place over the past 3 years. Before then, it was awesome and I would ve really recommended it, but now it is not great. Every fix they have made for me over the past few years, has broken down within the year and every time I bring my car in, the service has not been good. I really wish this place had the service and quality of fixes that they did 5 years ago, however everything has gone downhill sinceServices: Brakes, Battery

Update - Went back to the Daily Driver again this summer with a few car issues. The items were fixed correctly and price was reasonable. They did find another issue, explained it well, gave me the pros and cons of fixing now and never any pressure to sell me something more , like i have felt at other shops.- Thanks again Daily Driver !!I have used The Daily Driver twice now and both times was very pleased with the quality of work, fair pricing and customer service. I will definitely use them again for any car issues i have. Thanks Daily Driver !Service: Steering & suspension repair

I have gone through this company for three years now and they have never let me down. Understanding with a fair price. Honest and trustworthy and this to me goes a long way. I will continue to give them my business as long as John stays there. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a great mechanic!

Best mechanic in town! John and staff are always friendly, and most importantly, honest. We've been going to them for all our automotive needs for 15 years.

I am surprised by the reviews praising the fair prices charged here but maybe I just showed up on the wrong day. I just had an oil change and battery replacement for a 2011 Honda CRV and the charge was $272. Ouch! I also received estimates for 3 other services that seemed high so I got quotes from the Honda dealer and all came in quite a bit lower than Daily Driver's estimates. Seem like nice people though....Services: Battery, Oil change

As a small independent collision repair facility with limited access to quality suspension alignment in a timely manner. We have been making use of John & Nick @ Daily Driver for the last 1.5 years and have never been disappointed, They have consistently managed to find time in an already booked schedule to squeeze us in. Since we are outside the Lincoln area , we will typically have our runner wait for the repairs and somehow they manage to turn the repairs in a very timely fashion. I would certainly recommend for alignment as well as regular vehicle service and maintenance. Quality results and fair pricingThank You

I've been using Daily Driver for several years now for all of the hard stuff that I can't do myself on our Tahoe and Wrangler, or when the weather's bad enough that I don't want to deal with it myself. John and the guys are very good at what they do and very honest. Their prices have always been a lot cheaper than the dealership that I used to (begrudgingly) use.One time, they even turned away work when they discovered that it was a simple problem that they knew I could handle on my own, rather than taking the easy money. That particular episode made me a life-long customer of theirs, and I recommend them to everybody I can.

They were pretty helpful and I didnt seem to have any issue with them. Prices were low relative to a car place, they were only a little bit more expensive than if I'd buy all the stuff myself. I asked a bunch of places what they would charge and Daily Driver was the best price. Always make sure to ask around for quotes but definitely consider these guys.

Bottom line Daily Diiver Auto is a place you can take you vehicle to and know that they will do the work right and be up front with you about what needs to be done. They do everything with a smile and are happy to answer any questions. We have been going to Daily Driver for years. We love Jon and the team he has there. We tend to have older cars and they have taken amazing care of us and the vehicles. One of many examples of what doing business with them is like. We had a van that had a timing code. They tried the easy and inexpensive fixes first. When it was discovered that the real fix would be around 2K Jon told us best thing to do would be to save the money and move on. He even took out the part that didn't need to be replaced and gave us a refund for it and the labor.

The Daily Driver is AWESOME!! Thank you John and Dylan for getting my car back on the road and purring like a kitten in record time. I had my Mazda 3 towed here, sight unseen, but HIGHLY recommended by a former coworker after the local Mazda dealer couldn't even look at it for days. Turns out the Master Airflow Sensor was shot thus why it kept stalling and preventing me from driving it anywhere! Customer service at the Daily Driver is top notch and the waiting room is very clean too! Thank you so much!

Great work with great prices. Had an alignment appointment made and on short notice asked to get brake hoses replace. Got both done with fair price. Thanks for getting brake hoses done with out notice!

I've been taking my vehicle to Daily Driver for many years. It now has more than 200k miles on it, and they've done a great job of maintaining it. Being an old vehicle with lots of miles, they occasionally run into an issue that's tough to diagnose and fix. In those instances, they've always been honest and fair in their efforts to fix the problem. These guys operate with a high level of integrity and professionalism, and that's not easy to find these days.

Very impressed. I took my car in for a problem I was having trouble diagnosing myself. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The prices were reasonable as well. I would highly recommended this place if you are looking for a solid mechanic.

I recently relocated to Lincoln from out of state and have always done my own automotive work. I ran into a serious issue that had to be addressed immediately for which I did not have the tools on hand. I contacted John at Daily Driver and explained my problem. As a individual that does my own repair, let me tell ANYONE looking for an honest and professional mechanic; John and Daily Driver will be my only referral. He addressed my issue immediately and saved the day. He didn't have to do what he did for me, but showed top quality character and humanity beyond business. I will go out of my way to refer to his team and to him personally for a mechanic I KNOW cares about people, not only business. Thank you John. Thank you for being an amazing human being, and a true community professional. You have my loyalty and eternal gratitude.~West Coast

Family owned and operated by honest people. Very good mechanics that have handled everything I've thrown at them with no problems. I have recommended them to many people and everyone has been very happy with the service. Fair prices for the service. Services all makes and models. Highly recommended.

After being referred here by trusted friends, I am sorry to say that I will never be back. The customer service (or lack thereof) that I have received in the past year has left much to be desired. After sharing with them that I was displeased by their lack of communication, James told me that "there are many shops in town I can go to". Then Taegen told me to "get the f**k out" of the shop. Stay classy guys, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Took my mitsubishi there with an AC problem in and was told (after $122) that they thoroughly tested the system and found the problem to be a leaking compressor. They wanted $1000 to fix it, but I instead bought a used compressor online (another $150) and installed it myself (took me 2 hours - not sure where they came up with the $1000 figure) only to have the same problem return a few days after recharging the AC. Then took the car to a different shop (another $20) and was told that it took them 30 seconds to spot an obvious major leak in the condenser. Im not sure what kind of "leak test" Daily Driver did but it was obviously not done or not done well enough. I purchased a condenser online (another $140) and installed it and the problem is completely fixed. Needless to say I will not be going back there. I can't imagine what their story would have been if I had spent the $1000 and allowed them to replace the compressor. Im sure they would have come up with a reason to charge me for the condenser as well when they realized that the problem wasn't fixed.

The guys that I dealt with were very nice. That being said, I had a squealing sound, they said it was the pulley tensioner that cost $235, little expensive, but okay. That didn't fix it so they tried two other pulley belts and that didn't work either. They told me they think its the alternator and they wanted $698!!! I went and bought the alternator for $169 and had another company put it in for $94.50 in labor. Saved myself $434!

Went in expecting something to be wrong with my transmission and a $2000 bill but it ended up only being the tire rod. They also fixed my power seat and all together that was about $300 so I definitely would go there again.
