Brought my phone in for a battery replacement. The replacement did not go as planned and they had to send my phone in for circuit board repair. They gave me a loaner phone and covered all the costs of the repair for me.Great customer service will be returning for any further repairs needed!

Just had my lcd n glass fixed here. Cheaper than new phone n took less than 2 hours. Guy working there knows whatsup. Finished earlier than he said. Looks like new. Had parts instock. Fast service. Called ahead said bring it right in. Boom. Done in 1 1/2 hours. No issues. Def a goto.

Customer service at this location is excellent. I was happy that they had an OEM replacement battery for my iRobot. The website explicitly says "top of the line OEM" but it is NOT OEM. The manager at the store told me that they don't have any OEM for iRobot and suggested that I contact the corporate office about the incorrect info on the website. I will most definitely do so. I could have purchased directly from iRobot for the same cost but since this store showed that they had OEM in stock, I went with the quickest option. The battery works, but I've heard stories about how they don't last unless they're OEM. I'll wait and see.

I worked with Jaylen (I think that was his name) there and had a great experience. He sold us a new battery for my son's dirt bike but kept the old battery overnight to test it as well. He followed up the next day to let me know that the battery was in fact bad but just want to make sure I knew he tested it. Would recommend for your battery needs.

First time I went into the store. The store manager, Jaylen Karber, was great. I really had no idea what I was looking for so I just showed him the old battery and he got the new one. He had to do a little work on it to make it work for my daughters big wheel, but did it happily. He took the time to let me know where he was in the process, and made sure that I was not held up too long. He was very friendly, and I will definitely go back to that store more often.

Went in there yesterday because my phone battery desperately needed to be changed and he was polite, and quick about making sure that he had the right battery and next time if me or my husband need to get a new phone battery, we are going here. Thank you for helping me get the right phone battery. It made my day a little bit better. If anyone needs a phone battery, this is a great place to start.

Have been fighting them and their policy for 7 months on replacing my battery. It is under warranty, has been evaluated by Hillis66, and been in here multiple times for their "charging". Somehow it always charges. And then, always strands my son. The management will argue and they throw around the word policy when in fact they are just trying to guard their numbers and thus, bonus dollars. They also don't wear name tags or have any business cards to contact anyone for real, quality service. Less than 1 star. And yes, after 7 visits, I am irritated and tired of excuses and being blunt. I'm sure their feelings have bruises.

Horrible customer service. Went in for a screen repair (everything else was working) and within 48 hours my phone is breaking at the seams for a broken battery that they also replaced very recently and had no issues. They even tried to blame the battery breaking down on me. My battery was under warranty and the employees didn t know their own warranty policies so they didn t replace it. Been told to come in by the manager by a certain time for repairs only to be turned away when I get there. After 4 visits I still have a broken phone because they can t seem to coordinate a simple repair. My phone has so many issues now that it didn t have before I took it to them. Speaker doesn t play consistently or Face ID. Keyboard randomly types in numbers instead of letters. I was better off with the broken screen. They wouldn t even be offering to fix all the screen issues (phone coming apart at the seams) which still have yet to be fixed if I hadn t also coincidentally had a battery under warranty with them. Apparently a screen repair does not actually equal your screen is going to be attached properly without them trying to charge for other services for things that THEY broke during the repair.Edit: one day later they replaced my battery and I left the store and now my screen is dark on one half so I m back to a broken screen. You can t make this stuff up. Im going to be 5 visits in at this point with the same problem I started with.

I came to the store this morning looking for some sort of battery jump pack for my vehicle. I received some of the best customer service I could ask for. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and professional and helped me select the exact product I needed without any pushy up-sales. He explained to me the services that the store provided and ensured that I knew about their return policy in case the product that I purchased wasn t perfectly suited to my needs. I was in a hurry so I did not catch the employees name, but the receipt says jkarber on it so hopefully that will help to identify and give credit to the gentleman who helped me. The customer service that we received today will guarantee our returned business in the future, and I will gladly recommend this location to friends and family!

Made an appointment online last night for 9am this morning to get my Pixel 3XL battery replaced. The person behind the counter/working on the phone was extremely polite and professional. And, I was out of there before 9:30am. Fast, reliable, awesome service. Thanks again. Will definitely be back to have more batteries replaced!

I called this location to enquire about phone repairs. I was in a huge jam, and desperately needed a phone due to being in town for some family business. The manager worked with me the moment I called, arrived for my appointment, and waited on repairs. He was able to repair my phone, and make it like new for a 1/3 of the cost to get a new phone. He was very polite and professional during the entire ordeal. I would recommend this location for potential repairs, or for any other possible needs such as batteries, bulbs, and accessories in that area!! Thank you so much!!

Went in to get battery replaced. Then when I got to my car the screen wasn't working and they got it fixed super fast. Great friendly service and got it fixed quickly. Great job guys.

good experience except for spend a lot of time there and didn't get the final results we wanted. Employee tried very hard, but is not versed in setting the G-Shock watch and did not have the information to do that. Overall I liked the service.

I came here a few times b/c I didn't know where to go for batteries for my cars. They really did work miracles. If they don't have your battery they will special order it or try to do something to help you out. Plus they provide amazing warranties. Great customer service. Guy was so kind to special fit a battery for me. He said to come back in 30 min and he'll have it up and running. Car been running great battery wise every since.

Ordered watch batteries on-line and received an email a couple hours later they were ready for pick-up. Took my watch with me and Jerry installed them at no charge. He was both friendly and helpful.

Customers service was great. But i find it funny that a store that specializes in batteries didnt have and couldnt order the batteries i needed. Amazon delivered them 2 me in less than 48 hours. Shameful
