Alan was amazing! He got me in my dream suv when all other dealers turned me down, he was very communicative and worked diligently to get me approved! He made me very comfortable and my family beyond happy! I will definitely be going back for all future cars

Was looking at a salvage title with 30,000 miles on it, 2020. He gave me the VIN number off it. Got a CarFax on it, and it looked great. He said the airbags did not go off. Then I go to license it, he gave me the wrong VIN number, and the 30,000 miles on the odometer is not accurate, I do not know truly how many miles it has on it. Then my airbag light was coming on just recently and took it in, and they said it because I don't have a passenger side airbag.

Don't buy from them! Quiet possibly going to file a lawsuit Against them. Spent 9800 on a car that we can't even drive! Honestly doesn't even deserve 1 star! When I called and talked to them his answer was well if you can't drive it then what good is it to me. Took it to the dealership and they can't figure out why it's doing what it's doing. But when it was at the dealership they found some wires that were cut they said if they hadn't of caught it it would have started on fire while we were driving it. They also found that the headlight had a crack in it and someone tried fixing it with silicone and there are parts in there that are ruined due to all the water that got in there from the cracked headlight.

I wish there was an option of 0 stars cause they don t even deserve 1 star. They are SCAMMERS!!! Sold us a car that didn t even work. Lost our $10,300 with their damaged car. Promised to give guarantee and then stopped picking up calls and emails. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM !!!!

Alans Auto sold a Truck that had a very faulty frame. They had knowingly painted over the frame to try and cover it up. It was deemed UNSAFE to even drive let alone sell! We took them to Court and WON the case as they were clearly at fault. The are still trying to refuse to pay what they owe and will not take back the truck and are being shady.DO NOT BUY from these fraudsters.

Bought a car from them had it a week and started having issues. Did everything I could to fix it but no change in the issue. He isn't willing to do anything. So now I am stuck with a lemon of a car.

Don t buy here! I bought a 2017 white Ford fusion a few days ago. They said there were no issues. However, when I took it home, the transmission started shifting hard. I scanned the car and the code P2701 popped up. I took it to Certified Transmission in Lincoln and they told me that it needed a new transmission for $5100. I called Allen s Auto Sales and they told me that they scanned it before they sold it to me and there were no codes. They said they would call me back, but they didn t so I called them again. Never called back. They had to of lied about the code. There had to of been a code before they sold it to me and they probably cleared it. I stopped the check in time and dropped the car off around 6 PM Wednesday. They then had the audacity to call the police on me and said that I dropped the car off in the middle of the night when no one was there. I got a call from Lincoln Police Department and told them everything. I dropped it off at 6 PM and handed the keys to one of the guys. There are cameras to prove it.

cut corners....Purchased a vehicle from here. Have found nothing but problems in the repairs they did from the accident it was in. The under shield came off on the highway and ruined it and the wheel liner. Also the windshield washer fluid reservoir was still broken along with the line, most importantly the mount for the computer to the engine that is underneath the drivers headlight was completely shattered and the computer was hanging by its wires and you can see where they used a screw to try and hold it together instead of replacing it like it should have been. The airbox was broke and also was not replaced but it had been detailed so I know they knew it was broke they just put it back in.. also there was a wire that got cut behind the airbox that they did it improper repair on as well. Lastly I was lied to about the airbag being deployed in the crash and they denied even fixing the car when I confronted them about that. Also forgot to mention that the hood they used to replace the one when it was wrecked is hail damaged like crazy and the rest the car doesn t have any hail damage . so again terrible work on repairs. In response to Kyle M s review he is accurate look up this company on the BBB website it has an F . I ll post a screenshot if it ll let me.

I purchased a Ford F-150 from Alan. I got a great vehicle and a great price. There was an issue, after inspection, with the transmission cooler. To alleviate any concerns that I had, Alan and his brother Ramon replaced the transmission cooler at their cost. I really appreciated their desire to make may experience fair and positive and that is exactly what it was. Their car lot is clean and their cars/trucks seem to be carefully selected...at least the one I purchased was. They also printed out a car fax report that verified a well maintained truck. Thanks Alan for the great experience. I will certainly recommend you guys. Mike

Do not try to drive from a distance to purchase a car here. 4 hrs into a 5 hr drive to purchase a car and was told the car was sold. Had been in communication with seller for 4 days planning the trip. Again, in the morning of the drive informed them I was on my way to purchase the car. found babysitter for kids and took off work to make the trip. No Integrity.

Great experience! Very kind, easy-going, and honest. We highly recommend Alan's Auto!Got a great van with salvaged title, and they were up front and honest about damage and work done to it. And it was fixed well. Have waited to write the review so I could drive it a while and love it even more than when we pulled off the lot. So thankful we came across this dealership!!

I bought a 2011 Ford explore from these guys, they was very friendly and helpful. My sunroof didn t work so I called them up and they fixed it for me. Most places don t do that. So if your looking for a good place to go to buy a new car this is the place to go. Also I would buy another car from them.

We found this dealer on Facebook marketplace while looking for a larger car. When we arrived, Allen, who was friendly enough came out and we looked at the car that had been featured.The other person there, his partner, gave me a feeling of "I'll do anything to sell you a car".After spotting a couple things on the car that I had questions about, this guy was trying to tell me "Oh, it's nothing" even though I knew better.We did buy the car and even agreed to their "warranty" which isn't worth anything (and only covers the power train).The warranty only covers up to $500 and only if you haven't went over the meager mileage they allow in the 90 days.The warranty is managed by an outside source and actually has nothing to do with this dealer.When you buy a used car, you take a chance, yes, and you hope for the best. These guys get them from auctions or trades and really have no clue about them and try to turn a profit. I get that.However, that being said, would I buy from them again? No.I think Allen would be as honest as he could about what he had has, but the other fellow, his partner, is why I say I would NOT buy another one, here.Shady is the best way to explain that.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience! Buying a car is stressful, especially when it is for your child. I looked at several different cars and different dealerships and Alan s Auto exceeded all my expectations from the beginning. They were quick to respond to any of my questions, they provided any information I requested and I never felt like they were trying to hide anything. They were accommodating to my schedule. Even after I had purchased the vehicle and other customers were waiting to test drive vehicles, he took the time to follow us to the car and answer additional questions we had about the car s features before we drove off. He helped us program her phone and Bluetooth.I dread the idea of buying a car and I am so thankful for the positive experience this was. Used car salesmen sometimes deserve their bad reputation but not this place, he s one of the good ones!

I purchased an HYUNDAI ELANTRA 2013 with Alan's Auto Sales LLC and to be honest i am very happy with the car--they sold me a great and nice car at a very good price.After driving the vehicle for couple of weeks i realized that one interior light and one tag light were not working. Also, the A/C was not kicking in well therefore i swungby to Alan's place and his brother and him fixed the problems very fast with such a great professionalism. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought a 2008 Ford Edge and the transmission went out in less than 4k miles. When I reached out to the dealership, they were unresponsive. Below are a couple documented attempts to reach out to Alan's Auto as they allege that the have "Unfortunately we have no records that you reached out to us and and if you have Records of that please proof it for us."

Car had a perfectly clean one owner Carfax and regular service every three to five months. Their post says it has absolutely no mechanical issues. I try and be as thorough as possible asking them over and over for details about the vehicle before I drive halfway across the state to look at it. When I get there I find out the check engine light is on and have it looked at by a local auto parts store. Turns out the Hybrid battery is failing completely and the brakes Can't Hold vaccum and the battery wouldn't charge even if it was working. Also found out they used color match spray can paint to hide the rust underneath all of the doors and the door Sills as well as all of the fender flares. They made detail their cars and make them look clean but make sure you take a very close look at all of their inventory!

**UPDATE** I came in today and spoke with alan. He assisted me in looking at the 2014 Ford explorer sport black I color with odometer reading 59,000 miles vin #1FM5K8GTXEGC56767. Also when you said it wasn't wrecked I don't see why insurance would say it sustained severe damage.you saying I didn't come in and didn't speak with you tells me my gut feeling about your business was right. Thanks again. For clarification.Called a week in advance. Asked if anything was wrong with the car. They said no and that they bought it from an auction disassembled. Said it wasn't in any sort of wreck. Showed up and found the radiator leaking, intercooler for the turbos had a small gash in it. Valve cover leaking oil. Had valve shatter. Also had an unaligned bumper and you could clearly see it was in a pretty decent front end accident. Would have been nice to know when I called a week in advance before I drove 150 miles to look at it. Thanks.

2 weeks ago I purchased a 2008 suburban and it has been nothing but problems. Dvd player not working, power seats not working, door locks not working, headphones broken, powered running boards stuck down. I even found the previous owners registration and other paper work in the vehicle because they half assed cleaning it out, fairly minor things but annoying to say the least. Then today me and my daughter got stranded on I-80 because it lost all oil pressure. I have put less than 200 miles on it since I bought it and this happens. I called Alan's and they told me they wouldn't do anything to help. I had to have my vehicle to a shop and god knows what this is gonna cost me. I would NEVER recommend this con to even my worst enemy. I understand it is a used vehicle and it is not gonna be perfect but this is getting ridiculous, I didn't ask for my money back I just wanted them to cover the bill for getting the vehicle road worthy again. I am nervous to have my kids in the vehicle because I don't know what will happen next. I feel totally taken advantage of and really hope karma catches up to these crooks.

This place was run with top integrity, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good well maintained used vehicle. I've been to many used vehicle shops, and I can say that I felt most confident in Alan's Auto. I talked with the father, and both sons and gathered that they work very hard and are quite successful at what they do.

I bought a used 2014 Chevrolet Sonic in fall 2019. Have had the car for over a year, have put a lot of miles on it and still runs great! Got the car for a great deal, and their service was outstanding. Definitely recommend!

I bought a 2010 Volkswagen Jetta from "Alans auto sales". I bought it August 13th, 2019 and on August 18th, it broke down which I thought would be a small problem. Turns out, it needs a whole new transmission. I called "Alan", and went down to Lincoln to talk to them in person. one of his associates said "YOU REDLINED YOU REDLINED" which I declined because I know how to drive a manual transmission. So, they came and picked it up to take to their mechanic, and they said the transmission went out because of abuse. I had the car 5 days, and I don't know what type of abuse anyone can put on a car in 5 days to make the transmission blow up. I talked to the previous owner and he said it was leaking, but didn't know where from. it turns out this was transmission grease, and it was bound to go out soon. They said the car was fine, and "ready to go" but it turns out it really was not. When you see Alans auto sales sign, just keep driving. I would not put it on my worst enemy to buy a car from this place in a million years. A lime scooter would last longer than one of the cars they sell. DO NOT PURCHASE from these crooks, I really hope karma catches up to these people.
