Had problems with my Diesel truck s batteries (2). Cold outside and regretted to have to change it outside their business. However, they do free installation on the batteries sold at their stores. Service representative, Kyle, was super helpful in picking the correct and cheapest batteries which he installed in a couple of minutes. Have super helpful hints in maintaining my truck and gave printouts of item they have that I can purchase later.

I needed a light bulb for a tail light, but didn't know which style I needed. They gentleman at the front desk came out and figured out which one it was and also helped me put it in. It was super helpful and easy.

Top shelf Customer Service, great selection of products across the board, and fantastic prices/ good sale deals. I started shopping exclusively at this store for auto parts, etc., about 3 years ago for the very reasons listed. They consistently provide great products coupled with the best customer service. They can't be beat, IMO.

These guys were super helpful! I went in because I needed to have a diagnostic scan on my car. Not only did they do the scan, but they were able to show me what needed to be replaced and ways to verify that it actually needed to be replaced before I bought the part!I would recommend and I'll go back.

Yall just hire anyone?? Im silly for trusting your workers on giving me the wrong parts TWICE!! Now my car is on jack stands and dont have a ride to get the part im already stressing about the 10 hour drive ahead of me. Never coming to this location and i dont recommend to anyone.

When someone purchases an item online for in store pickup, it's pretty reasonable to assume that the right part is waiting for you correct? Dennis at your 40th and old Cheney location has messed up yet again on my order. Causing me to run late. He was also very snarky when I called out that he picked out the wrong item no item it was so wrong and obvious that you'd have to be blind not to see it.UPDATE-

Came in first thing in the morning to get a new battery after a storm. The guy working, Kyle I believe, was a huge help and did an awesome job. He checked my battery, helped me pick one, and replaced it. Very friendly guy and great service.

The two men who helped me today were extremely kind and helped me clean my hands after working on my car. Never caught their names but they were on shift Friday the 17 of March at 4pm.

So, I went to the Advanced Auto on Cornhusker to get brake pads and a rotor. On the plus side the gentleman that help was very professional and showed no disrespect at all towards the customer. The others yelling from the back in the other hand were not so nice. If that is how Advanced Auto allows it customer's ro be treated, than they should just close the doors now. So after purchasing the parts I need for my car, it turned out to be the wrong part. I decided to call the Advanced Auto on the corner of 40th and Old Cheney, to get a replacement. The gentleman said of course I could, since I did purchase the item from Advanced Auto Part Store.I make it to the store, the was very professional and eas very adamant about replacing my item. Since I had thought the gentleman knew what he was doing. He charged me for the cheaper part but gave me the same part i just returned. Now I am stuck waiting until tomorrow to get the correct patt. That is how my time at two different Advanced Auto Parts Stores has been. I understand that people dont want to work, there was a time I was one of those people. That still doesn't excuse the way a customer was treated, and if it was for the two gentlemen you had working today, it would be a one star. Hopful tomorrow will be a better experience.

There is a guy there that seems to know nothing about cars and acts like he collects human hair,wouldn't sell me FUSES cuz I "didn't know which one I needed" I just wanted to buy a value pack with all kinds since I was switching out multiple fuses on my car. But insisted that he went out and looked at my car, he couldn't even find the fuse box but picked up all my pennies that had fallen on my floorboard and started handing then to me when I said you don't need to that. And then told me to leave and find out what I needed before coming back. Will never use your company again and I've told everyone else to stop going there also

Very helpful. I have a new diamond plate floor in my trailer. Hector was really friendly and nice. He found the best products to clean the floor. Sometimes auto stores in general do not make me feel welcome, but people at Advance Auto Parts are always ready to help.

Usually employees are helpful, but not today! I was sold a battery and wanted to keep the original for comparison but was told I would have a core charge. I said that's okay meaning I still wanted to keep my original. Aparently my words not clear enough? My original battery was taken to the back and not thinking too much about it, I went home to try new battery, and much to my surprise the new battery would not fit!When I went to return the battery I was told because I tried to install the new battery they would not refund my money. Needless to say I left new battery that would not fit at the store, and will not be back again for something as simple as wiper blades!

After a few modifications from Advanced Auto Parts, my Civic now makes 17,000hp to the wheels (before VTEC). Confirmed on a dyno.

They sold me a broken CV joint, and take no accountability for it. Will not refund my $100+ I spent on the part. Guess I'm sticking to O'Reilly's and telling my friends to as well because this is a shady business for that. Reading other reviews tells me that this is not uncommon. Yikes.

Typically the first place I go for parts. Yes there are many part stores and they are all similar...this one is the closest and typically about the same cost as any others.

One of the people who works there (I think his name was Cole or Cory) really went the extra mile for me in tracking down a hard-to-find part. The standard catalog didn't show the actual part I needed. I'm not sure if it's the fault of the catalog or a weird mod made by the previous owner of the car. Long story short, he applied a lot of knowledge & extra work to finally get me the part that I needed. The other folks that I've met there have also been consistently helpful and knowledgeable. Dunno about other stores, but I've been very happy with this one.

This is my go-to auto parts store. I'm capable, but certainly no "gear head." I change my own oil and I can replace a lightbulb here and there, but anything more complex than that leaves me lost. The people at Advance Auto Parts are all extremely knowledgeable. When I have a project that I'm trying to get done, I always get good advice and help from the staff at the store. The prices here are also very reasonable.

Good selection, but most of the counter employees are not helpful at all and seem to have a severe lack of knowledge when it comes to almost anything I come in there for.

I went to the 40th and Old Cheney store due to buying headlights from a different store. I went thru two sets neither gave good lighting. They had poor lighting at night. Beau asked me right away what I needed help with, came and looked at my car and which lights I was having issues with. He was suppose to be done with his shift but stayed late anyway and gave me advice on which bulbs would solve my problems. On top of this he also had a great attitude. He was very helpful.

I called to see if they had a certain kind of battery for my model of car and their employee on the phone, Emily- was very kind and helpful. She went out of her way to try and accommodate for my situation and provided excellent service.

Friendly and plesent staff. Very helpful. Helps you find parts you need snd if they need to be ordered it doesn't take long to get it , they also check their other stores for parts and you have the option to go to that store or wait for it to be shipped to their store. This is a smaller shop but still offers plenty of products !

The employee was very helpful and kind. He got us what we needed and there were good discounts. A few things weren't in the store, but there are options to have them ordered, or go to the downtown store.

I came in because my car was overheating. I was freaking out. Damien guessed the problem and helped me fix it in about five minutes, and actually took the time to explain it to me in a way that made sense to me. I ve never had service this good in my life. A+

This is my favorite auto parts store. Customer service has always been good but prices are high. It really bothers me that I have to place my order online just to receive a fair price on a product.

Was in a bind and they were the closest auto parts place at the time. The guy that helped me was nice enough to figure out which wiper blades I needed. Plus free install even though it was cold and snowing outside :D Saved me time and frustration, got in and out faster than I could have changed the wiper blades on my own.

After another location didn't help me (I believe due to sexism) find the part I needed I went here. The kid was super helpful and I installed the part no problems.

The best AAP in town by far. Always the cleanest and most helpful. The staff is packed with knowledgeable people. If they dont have what you're looking for, they'll go out of their way to get it for you.
